You are correct Doggone, all the stuff they sent to me was stuff that was deseminated ages ago that I need not have. And as per K Gp, who said they actually were not the consutant for SKNN but one of their officers were the direct consultant to the company. I spoke to her and my call was specific with what i was looking for and again was sent stuff that has been out in magazines that I just did not have. Simple. You try to disect what is not there.
Part two is very good..love the Mullet:
Very Good Interview:
And this was a pretty good interview:
Yes, I will email it to you
Actually why don't you call them and ask them. I am sure they will give you that info. I know what i know and not what is in their pockets. I can tell you as many others can, they are not a PR firm at all nor do they handle PR. In the case of ASFX what I was told by them was they came in on a multi task relationship.
They introduced the company to all of its current financiers for over the last yr and half, they brought them audiostocks, they brought them more of a legal team, they brought them a following of investors, and from a call i had last quarter with them they even invested a chunk of money into the company. What they have, do not have, only they would know my good friend. Only they would know. I'll forward your post and ask them if they can answer that. I am sure their legal team will have a field day with you.
Joanne, btw, the package I was waiting for again arrived with formerly disseminated into that we will be adding to the board tomorrow. Very GOOD STUFF
And info on KG, well call them and ask them what they do. I know that I have been in deals where they finance the company, restructure the company, do M & A, they have a research and anilitics department, they out on Trade shows for clients, and by the way, they are much bigger than you disrespect them to be and i am going to forward this post to their email to show them your disrespect to a firm that has put more PINK and OTC companies on the map. I know, ive been in 15 of them and so has some of my friends on this board.
Excuse me i really do not know what you are saying pal but I was in receipt of some great stuff. The stuff was newspaper clippings that i never saw, it was information of population and growth as to where the facilities are from, ect. I do not understand what you pretend to be or not be. But please keep sniffing bc You read wayyyyyyy too much into stuff pal. Wayyyy too much. I also put a request into ICR Inc. their former PR firm to get some brochures, specs, articles that were written, ect. That is GREAT STUFF to me.
I am waiting on a possible package from the old PR firm again. If I get it, it was already put out in papers ages ago I can post it for us. I was told it is really unbelievable stuff.
it def is a great sector and hopefully we will have nice follow through.
just trying to make a dollar out of eight cents. lol
i have all of them, which one do you need
I hear ya. I did not even make it to leave yet i was so excited to wait for this pr
As I said, we are going to be surprised. They would never let me know what is in the pr's not ever, but the list I just gave you is what they gave me
I can set you up w a call with my people there.
let me tell you, according to my call with the company they now have pr's lined up for us weekly with more and more contracts and revenue forecasts....and the up listing.
That is a bit personal girl...lol.....LETS SEE SKNK GET ASK SLAPPED AND MOVE INTO THE SIX'S
And if we got a PR.....WOW
And the wheels on the bus go round and round...round and round...round and round...oh the wheels on ASFX go round and round and this baby looks like its gonna take OFF!!!!

The central government is preparing to spend 45 billion yuan (HK$51 billion) on the overseas expansion of its main media organisations in an aggressive global drive to improve the country's image internationally.
The three state media giants - Central China Television, Xinhua News Agency and the People's Daily - could each get up to 15 billion yuan if they came up with "worthwhile projects" to enhance their global influence, a well-positioned source said. Even the smaller operator China News Service could get 2 billion yuan.
As I said....sweet
Technical advances in the field of communications are undercutting the PRC Government efforts to control media content and are likely to play an even-greater role in the future. In the PRC and other developing countries, even fairly basic technologies present a challenge to autocratic governments intent on controlling the information their citizens can receive. For example, importing fax machines—which are frequently used to spread copies of politically incorrect material from overseas news sources, internal party domestic publications, and more obscure domestic media—is strictly illegal in mainland China, but corruption in the form of payoffs and favors to officials hinders efforts to control such imports.
Residents of the Chinese mainland now receive more than 20 outside television channels by satellite, including Chinese-language services of CNN, Star TV, and the United States Information Agency. In the southern province of Guangdong, 97 percent of the households have television sets, and all—except those in a few parts of the city of Guangzhou, where reception is poor—have access to Hong Kong television through cable networks. Some local stations even intercept the signals and insert their own commercials. Beijing is unable to effectively monitor, let alone control, the illicit cable operators who have sprung up since the early 1990s. As of 1995, about 1,000 of the 3,000 cable stations in mainland China, linked to perhaps 50 million homes, were unlicensed.
Satellite dishes in mainland China that pull in programs from Hong Kong, Taiwan, and other places are regulated[citation needed], but government entities such as the Ministry of Machinery Industry and the military services produce such dishes outside allowable quotas and guidelines and then sell them illicitly to eager customers. Efforts by the Ministry of Radio, Film, and Television to halt this practice have been ineffective, mostly because of the large profits involved—up to 50% per dish. Indeed, the government has backtracked in its efforts to stop these practices—moving from an outright ban on satellite dishes to specifying allowable programs and viewing hours
Subscriber-for-subscriber, China caught up to the U.S. in broadband or high-speed Internet lines in August 2008. Plus, China continues to gain subscribers at twice the pace, says a report from Point Topic, "China Overtakes the USA to be World Broadband Number 1."
New broadband lines added in the U.S. fell from 3.4 million in the last quarter of 2007 to 1.1 million in Q2 2008. In the same period, new broadband lines rose from 3.5 million to 5.0 million in China during the same period.
After China and the United States, the remainder of the top 10 largest broadband subscriber bases are Japan, Germany, United Kingdom, France, Korea, Italy, Canada and Spain, according to Dittberner. Germany had the second largest annual growth – 23.4% – while Korea had the least amount of growth at just less than 4%. Germany's growth is caused by the slow deployment of broadband in the past. It will close the gap with third place Japan, but is unlikely to overtake it, Dittberner notes.
China overtook the United States as the largest fixed broadband subscriber market in the first quarter, according to market research firm Dittberner Associates.
With 28% growth over last year, China ended the quarter with 71.6 million subscribers, 1.4 million more than the United States. Subscriber growth in the United States was 12% over the first quarter of last year.

SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--MediaG3, Inc. (OTCBB: MDGC - News), a leading developer for broadband wireless product and interactive rich-media content delivery applications, today released an open letter from the CEO summarizing the company’s achievements in 2008, and projecting strong growth in 2009 and beyond.
“2008 has been a volatile year for all of us. Some projects were delayed and the customer decision cycle is longer,” said William Yuan, MediaG3’s Chairman and CEO. “However, difficult times and economic crises also create opportunities for us, as we adjust and position the company in the right market space and diligently execute the right vision and strategies.
“US technology and the China market have been MediaG3’s key strategy from the very beginning. While no country is immune to the downward economic climate, China still enjoyed over 8% growth. MediaG3’s business development made significant progress in the China market. MediaG3 initiated a broadband wireless connectivity project for over 900 million Chinese people residing in the rural and interior regions. The project has been approved by China Ministry of Commerce and State Administration of Radio, Film and Television. The pilot project is also funded by the US Trade and Development, which did extensive due diligence on us and found in favor of our technology, market feasibility and growth potential. The commercialization of this rural broadband wireless coverage in China means billion dollar business to MediaG3 with just 10% of market penetration,” continued Mr. Yuan.
“We are actively working with other Asian partners to provide our broadband wireless systems to support their WiMax and other telecommunication networks. Several sizable business partnerships are in discussions. These partnerships may bring upward of $20 million business for MediaG3. We will report our progress and achievements in the near future,” Mr. Yuan explained.
“MediaG3’s digital content delivery business has signed up long term service contracts with several Fortune 1000 companies in China. We also package and offer our content delivery services with our broadband wireless systems to gain more competitive edge and provide additional application features and benefits as well as generating incremental revenue, which is projected to be $2 million in 2009.”
“2009 will be a much better year for MediaG3 with significant growth. Our Q1 2009 revenue is expected to reach $1.5 million, or an 800% increase compared with Q1 2008. We believe the market will respond and reflect the real value of our company. We are also in planning to catch up the financial audit and filing, and our goal is to be listed in one of the major exchange boards as soon as we meet the requirements. There are many exciting business deals at work, and we believe they will produce excellent results for us in 2009 and beyond,” added Yuan.
Hey guys. I do understand where Accipiter is coming from. We all got really excited with the company, and when someone mentioned that cardinal word of mer^$# or Bu%$# we all went nuts. Whether it is true or not, i really do not care. I have been an investor and buying the stock when the company was under water and getting scrutinized. I have been buying when they were sued and could not see anything but red. If you are a true investor, you are not investing for today, rather a good tomorrow. If you are looking for a trade, this is not the stock for you. Trade RIMM, i make about 12% a week on it just trading it. ASFX is going to be a house hold name. But again, that is my view.
On the fact of anything Southridge says or Kauderer GP says, it is common sense they have to watch what they say. They are always and forever under the spotlight. They do deals, and any of them. If I call them as many of us do, I ask away, whether they wanna answer or not is up to them. When I ask about the up listing, I get an answer that i interpret, in their words, and this is not a direct quote but a mere example...It is common sense the company would uplist if they are spending the money to do a full audit...it is also public knowledge that Dr T has said on various interviews that he is planning to uplist after the new year...Now I take that and interpret as...They are going to uplist, would you not?
I do agree that there is a higher authority controlling the destiny of ASFX but it seems to be its shareholders. We need to band together.
Sorry was backed up with meetings. I agree. But its shareholders def need to show more support. Thats without a doubt.
Sorry. Well at least sknn is alive today
I appreciate your honesty and business sense. Now did you come up with that before or after your afrternoon nap. lol
HAMMER I think wee are right where we need to be before this baby takes off
