Mute point now...what is going on must be constructive.. procrastination/ last ditch effort to satisfy the SEC transpired a while ago..SEC would have crushed him by now if his last hopes of late filing wasn't accept..I wonder if the medical apparatus he's working on has reached the stage of development that would merit any further investment by him/trustees, if he has any kind of issue with patient-pending in progress.

I cannot fathom the various degrees of this invention; legally establishing clear unequivocal ownership.
Who wants to invest in a product that would be locked up FOR YEARS in legal battles over royalties??
Not I!!! Let's make sure of everything the first time.
Yea, something going on behind the scenes...or this stock would have depleted to nothingness by now!
These million share orders in red are not sell orders....the price isn't dropping...they are buy orders in which MM are filling on the bid request.
Something is up...there is so volume here!
So what's holding this back?
You can check-out BUT, you can - NEVER L e a v e !!!
Double Down
I've had a few other penny stocks whose company folded or were delisted for one reason or another and the stock dwindle down to .0001 in a couple sessions. There's something still going on here.
Yea, it's like "Hotel California" my friend..
Do your own homework! Someone this morning thought it be a good idea...they purchased 8,000,000 shares...then again before the closing bell someone made three purchases of 999,999 shares each. Why are they buying and buying so much?
If this stock is dead, who dares to continue to purchase??
Leave it to MMs to spoil the party! :(
Well!!! Looky-there!!! Sweet!!!!
Doesn't seem to impress anyone...I thought we'd get a little rise
Good stuff Dino..thanks!
Ditto rich... haven't sold a share - Future/potential looks very realistic now...this is going to be great!!!
Still buying in small increments as funds become available. .0269 sweet!
...better judge of character
I think BlueStone is a pretty stand-up kind of guy. He has a lot on the line and is compassionate about other's possible losses (only if you sell) also, as he obviously feels some sense of responsibility for promoting the company on social media. I'm very grateful for his efforts in trying to keep communication open with CBBT and it's shareholders and in his attempts to get be a kind of liaison.
You'll have to read up on SFIO history...no pun intended but I don't think my answer would suffice
SFIO was delisted for some 10 yrs. Some FBI sting operation. I owned 12k shares left in it when SEC delisted it. When SEC opened it again my 12k shares were still mine.
.44...I'll take it! :)
We still need a merger ....
Just passing it on - we're all in this together
Well Matt...you sitting in/listening in/a fly on the way on this one? What's happening so far???
"Approval of a Company trading
