I will take a stab at a longer term projection which is solely based upon what we know to date, and what I believe might occur.
Once the company is validated and legitimized through the release of AF's, and the current year is also audited, an uplisting to at least OTCBB will occur rather quickly. Once we know exactly what the revs and EPS are, it will justify a PE. Without AF's we will be in pinkie prison for a while, and then it's anybody's guess as to CKYS' future. I am not saying there is no manipulation or fraud on higher exchanges, but a company will have a fighting chance at financial survival once they get off the pinks.
Currently we are expecting AF earnings will come in any where between .01 to .027. Once again, hard to make projections until we know exactly what the audited numbers are. Add into this equation the current earnings that none of us know either. My estimate is we will see an annual growth of between 40% to 60% for the next two years. This guestimate is simply that but I am attempting to extrapolate from what we are hearing. Add in an acquisition or two, and those numbers may have to be adjusted upwards.
I am cautionsly optimistic in an assumption of seeing earnings of .04 or better for the current 12 month period that we are in, let's say of six months ago, and the next six months. If numbers such as this do materialize, I believe a PE of at least 40 is warranted. You do the math.
I can hear the laughter already, and I haven't even finished my post yet. But under the right circumstances and events, these numbers are attainable. It is my belief, though, that the above is a real possiblity but only once CKYS is validated and a reporting company.
Any other guestimates?
Hello Past & Present,
Not really. The only change was that alot of the machinery had been placed in their rows and lines. My earlier visit say the equipment and machinery scattered and set where ever there was room. It's beginning to look like a production facility. As I said in my brief update a few weeks ago, they are now waiting for the ordered transformer which will run all equipment and machinery in both warehouses. They are expecting the unit to be in by the end of Feb. After that, the electrification of all the machinery will be the next task. The only other thing that stood out, was that another DynoValvePro was being tested.
I'm planning to go visit again in two weeks. I'll probably take a few pictures again (hopefully of better quality this time!). Hoping to arrange a dinner with Mr. Sweeney this time along with Bob and Steve.
Have a good weekend!
Good Evening Fls
Nice pop on that other stock today! Go Savi, there, I'm not off topic.
Even that would be nice, but probably quite a bit shy of the actual earnings.
I'll keep my fingers crossed!
.10 in EPS with a 10 PE works out to $1.00, not .10 PPS.
Check your math. I hope the corrected math (1.00) will be correct! :)
Is this a riddle?!
OK, I'll take a stab at it. Some of us evolve faster than others?!
JK! Just having fun. What are you still doing up?
I'll guess.
#1 - maybe within two weeks, but that's just my guess. :)
BerryBck You just don't get it, do you?
These are diamond studded carrots. Now you got it?!
Madmax! That is some fantastic advice! I hope it is adhered too!
Good Morning LJK,
It's all coming together one step and one piece at a time. By June or July we might be able to pop those corks.
Hi Fls,
I know where you found this signature! Have you been over to the CDCH/MDMN/H.I.S. boards? LOL
Read the post I was responding to. It was a joke!
Hey BB,
I know someone who does CPR. Let's let your heart take the risk and see it at $1.00. We'll save you!
Thank you very much for the offers. I will be in Europe in approx 3 weeks, but this trip will take me to the UK, Belgium and Greece. We won't have time for a side trip on the ocassion as it appears we'll be heading straight to the Philippines from there. Italy and Spain is probably going to be in May. Hopefully by then IHDR and CM2 will be well on their way.
I will be speaking with my partners in London tomorrow, and I will definitely pass on what you have offered. Thank you again.
Hi Aliangel,
It was a nice holiday considering what happened these last few months. It was nice and quiet. Hope you had a good one also. Thanks for the wishes on our plants. If everything runs on schedule, we should be breaking ground on two sites in Europe in April and May, and potentially two more domestically in August. Been a long journey but I think we've finally jumped over the last hurdle.
Yes, I forgot about the EC V being shipped a few days ago. Maybe they'll allow us to visit their facilities. My wife says she would love to go to Italy for a few days. Didn't want to join me in Alabama, but Italy would be fine. She's funny, isn't she!
Have a great weekend!
Good Evening CabelaMan,
I was in Alabama during the testing in October. I did see smoke from the friction. I am assuming you meant the 4x4 that we were using to attempt to bog down the spindle?
And, yes, I met the "accomplices" from CM2 myself. Met them in the plant and also at breakfast the next day. Don't forget the rest of the "scam ring." It involves the CADV operations also. It's a pretty amazing "scam" that they have going.
Would still recommend a trip down there for anyone who might want to see for themselves what it going on. Seeing is believing. :)
Keep an eye on the volume folks! Keep an eye on the volume at MDMN also!
Could be a clue as to news.
Somebody got lucky this morning! :)
Doesn't matter what anyone is holding. It's all relative with a 20 bagger. Anyone will be glad with any position. :)
GN
If you don't see anything, why are you holding on? Just curious.
Economic Insentive? How about a what if. What if mandates for the fleets, trains, marine industry, trucking firms, etc. come down to force compliance? Many not for mom and pa, but for industry. Emissions, emissions, emission. See anything yet? Just curious again.
Gotta run. Have to get up in four hours to hit the road. Wish I had my DynoValve in my truck already. I could save a tenth of a gallon on my trip! :)
Hello Moose,
Maybe you need to go back and read the actual press release. It's a 5% reduction across the boards on emissions. .3% increase in fuel econony.
This on test on a brand new engine is indeed good news. A 5% reduction of all emissions in one of the most efficient diesel engines.
Once again, try it on an older vehicle. Should produce even better results. Just my guess though, as I am not as smart as all the naysayers on the board. I can't spell or add very well. Ask Tauchwaab, I scare him!
Probably drive through your town when we are coming back down from Tahoe. We usually drive up the 395 through the high country, and we return and come down the coast. Usually once a year. Love Incline Village but can only stay at our place two weeks each time.
Brent,
It's time for you to go to sleep. A man your age needs his rest! :)
Yep, we've been here since 1987. Nice year round weather. Hard to beat, but it is getting a liitle crowded. Where in NCal are you?
Gtell,
Does your trucking route ever take you through St. George? If so, I would call CKYS and arrange a tour of the facilities. You would come away wanting to add to your position.
Have a great rest of the week, and hopefully things will turn back up soon. Don't sell.
Hello Gtell,
I know Brent, I have met Brent, and I have broken bread with Brent. Brent is not JP. Come on over to the CES show and you can compare the two. Maybe we'll even catch them next to each other. What better proof for you?
Did you see Savi's news release today? Great news if you are informed of what is actually happening there. I'll fill you in tomorrow.
GN
Good Evening or Good Morning Everyone,
Just a note, DFW has this absolutely correct. Take a virtual brand new International diesel engine, install a DynoValve, and reduce the emissions on what it considered to be one of the best engines/motors made today.
This is bad news?! Imagine what might happen with an older engine, or any newer model which begins to breakdown after only 30k miles?
Only my guess and speculation, but a $4,500 investment here, could bring back $1,000,000 in a couple of years. With a little help from the Usual Suspects, we might see this at .0035 or like DFW said, maybe $2,500 for a million shares!
Sorry guys! Good news for me today!
Take Care
Good Evening Brent
Everything OK?
Hello Holein1,
I am only in an area with a signal for a couple of minutes. I will email you tonight with an answer.
Take Care
Good Afternoon FlsSunchaser!
At the risk of getting hammer by the usual suspects as to the "news" today, pretty much in line with was expected for new motors. No surprise for me. Obviously, don't care much for the share price, but we'll see what happens down the line. I hope I am spelling this correctly so Toachedwaab doesn't get scared by me. I have no figures in this post, so that won't scare him.
Fls, you are spot on with your assessment. We'll see what the alternatives might be in a year or two once legislation dictates cleaner and stricter emissions. I'll state the same, this is a long term investment, and those that are fed up should move on. Some who visited here today, aren't even shareholders, but they would like us to believe they are "screwed." Wonder how they got screwed without owning any stock.
Let's visit this issue in another month or two.
Take Care
A little bit more from SaviCorp. Remember, this is a longer term play, not a short term investment. My next visit to the facilities will be sometime in latter January.

DynoValvePro Completes Testing Milestone
Wednesday January 3, 6:00 am ET
SANTA ANA, CA--(MARKET WIRE)--Jan 3, 2007 -- SAVI MEDIA GROUP, INC. (OTC BB:SVMI.OB - News) SaVi's core product, the DynoValvePro, has reduced tailpipe emissions and Particulate Matter (PM) while improving fuel economy during our latest testing phase.
We initially evaluated an "Open System," which is the normal operating condition of a diesel engine. Diesel engines vent the "Blow-By" gases and oil vapors from a "Draft Tube" to the atmosphere unlike gasoline automobiles that have a PCV (positive crankcase valve) that seals the engine, and re-circulates the "Blow-By" gases to the intake manifold to be re-burned.
After operating the test engine for 33.75 hours in the "Open System," the engine "Blow-By" was measured and the oil accumulation was 3.7 grams. A baseline test was run according to the Federal 8-Test Cycle as specified in the Code of Federal Regulations (40 CFR), Part 89 to measure the tail pipe emissions. A modified baseline was developed to add the "Blow-By" gases in to the tail pipe to measure the total emissions. SaVi's DynoValvePro was then installed between the "Draft Tube" and the intake to seal the engine and introduce the "Blow-By" gases into the intake of the engine to be re-burned and to filter the oil vapors and return them to the crankcase. The results indicate notable reduction in tailpipe emissions and Particulate Matter (PM) while improving fuel economy. The reductions were 5.1% in hydrocarbons, 5.1% in carbon monoxide, 5.5% in nitrogen oxides, while increasing fuel economy by .3%.
Joe Jones, CEE Research Director, noted in his report that, "Considering the test engine is relatively new, the recorded amount is considered notable and the total amount could be expected to be significantly greater in an older engine that may not be as well maintained. The measurable 'Blow-By' of engine combustion variable (oil film/droplets, oil residues, gases) from an individual engine is particularly meaningful when considered in context of the large volume of vehicles that currently use the same engine."
Greg Sweeney, CEO of SaVi Media Group, stated, "I am very pleased with this latest series of test results. The reduction in emissions is significant; especially considering the test engine was relatively new. We intend to begin testing different types of engines that have more hours of service and expect to achieve even greater results. With the new federal regulations that went on January 1 requiring cleaner diesel engines, we believe our technology will help trucking companies comply with the new laws while increasing fuel efficiency.
Guten Abend Herr Benz!
Alles stimt und Ich glaube wir werden sehr zur frieden sein in ein paar wochen.
How was that. Just practicing my Deutsch.
Thanks, I'll take a look.
Don't forget CDCH. Going to make a few people rich this year. Worth a serious look.
GBDX, AXGC, among a few other joint holdings! Should be a fun year NeggerOOO!
Thanks Fringe, Nice to know someone nice on this board!
I do plenty of posting on my own. Some of us are a bite more polite than others. You obviously aren't. Fringe was posting a chart which he thought I wanted info on. All I did was answer him to let him know that it was not my pick.
No need to be an armhole Rover!
Hi Fringe, Happy New Year.
A quick question for you. I didn't post the LYJN for me, it was IHDR's pick, but he is not able to post. He asked me to post it for him. It was rejected, though, since he can't post it himself. My question is in regards to your post. What does that mean. I am just learning charting. If the TRIX is about to be underpinned by the EMA 24, is that good news or bad news. I am not in the stock, but IHDR loves it at the moment.
