Sorry JKing,
I went to sleep right after my post. But you already received your answer to the assertion. See below if you haven't done so yet.
Take Care
Thank you Danno! :)
Hi Jeff!
As long as we are getting Fingers and not a finger! LOL
Hi Brent,
Excellent commercial and very well made. Only another preview of things to come. Finally a green day, and I was lucky to add more at .015 and .0155!
Can't wait for tomorrow to see what's behind door number two.
They also did it with a stationary print, not a swipe. Big difference. Cyber's tech has to be swept. Ask the Myth Busters to try breaking into CKYS's tech. Might take a bit more than 3 days.
I'm going to have to add on a room to hold all my Finger Dolls! :)
OK Brent and Eats....!!
This is how I see it. First of all, in order to develope CDCH and MDMN, we are going to need a little bit of fuel. You know, to run all of the equipment and machinery for the mining operations. I also hear it gets rather cold up there in those Chilean mountains. So I figure, since we are shareholders in Strat Petroleum (SPRL) and Northwest Oil (NWOG), maybe we can get a discount on the oil and heating oil that they are processing. We could deliver that to CDCH/MDMN, saving them a little money thereby inreasing the bottom line for us shareholders.
We could ship this oil the long way around, bringing it through Europe from Russia and down through the Panama Canal. This would benefit PayPro (PYPR) as they seem to be involved in the expansion of the canal zone amoung many other things in Panama. As long as we are shipping the fuel from Russia, we might as well through in a few bags of diamonds from Global Diamonds (GBDX) !
Now, this plan of mine is top secret, as I am sure you are beginning to realize. So, to facilitate this plan, might I recommend we keep all of this info on a CyberKey (CKYS) ! Since these little memory sticks are so small, we will, of course, need a Cyber KeepSafe to make sure we don't lose our secrets.
Should we run short of oil or fuel on our way from Russia, we could always stop off in Libya and pick up some oil from Axis Energy (AXGC).
Now that I think of it though, we may not need as much oil and fuel as I originally planned on. I forgot about the fuel savings we will be enjoying through the installations of our DynoValves from SaviCorp (SVMI) ! Oh my, this is getting exciting. Are you beginning to see the master plan developing here?!
While we are traveling, we will also still need to monitor our stock accounts. May I suggest we utilize the Phoenix Platform available from Ifinix (INXR) ?
Yes! This sounds good now. Did I miss any company that needs to bring a few dollars to the bottom line? If so, don't bother responding since I want to take all the credit for this plan! :)
Take Care
Kind of hard to buy this thing this morning. Seems to be pretty thin.
The lottery tickets are selling out!
:) :) :) !!
I would suppose that includes you also!? LOL
When CDCH comes through, I will personally send Eats and his wife to a Dallas game!
It won't be mandated for fuel economy. If it is mandated for trucking firms, the railway industry, or the marine industry, it would be as an emissions reduction device. 5%+ reduction of all three emissions, on a new Internation diesel. Try to understand that. Not for fuel economy. If that were to happen, consider it a benefit or bonus.
Maybe you need to re-read the agreement you signed when you were born yesterday. You'll probably see your last post deleted also.
BTW, why are you here anyway? Three posts, and three zero value posts, all insults.
Hey Robo!
You have hit the nail right on the head and couldn't be more correct!
If there is a huge sell off next week due to lack of a PR or EPS announcement, hate to see people hurt, but it will absolutely be a back up the truck type situation to take advantage of the panic selling and capitulation.
I'll be there too, if it happens.
Will Do!!
About three to four more weeks for the transformer. I'll be there when they flip the switch.
He's trying single handedly to get the SVMI board to the most posted board of the day! LOL
Anybody, was that .06 print for real?
I know the .068's and the 28k at .07 was real because it was me adding on a little.
Have a good day Cerronians!
You getting married Ronnie?! Or just making the wedding soup for someone esle?
Thank you Eats,
As soon as CDCH hits $5.00, I am thinking that I will roll my $1,000,000 into OKME. And after that goes up to $5.00, I figure I should be able to retire! Or if it doesn't work out, I will have had so much fun, I will start all over again at zero dollars!
Hmmm. Nah!! Maybe I should think this strategy through a little bit more. :)
Thanks for the DD.
LOL Now that was funny! :)
GM BB,
I've asked them over at Savi if they could manufacture some nice, strong gardening shears and maybe some machetes. That way I could sell some to PYPR and use them in the jungle land dividend they're paying. I figure PYPR could use them to chop a trail or road thru the wilderness.
Or maybe we could have Savi make a few shovels which we could use for the widening of the Panama Canal. LOL
Thanks for your help! Maybe in a year or two, I can save myself from a few blunders!
Thanks Smart,
I saved the link to StockCharts and guess I have homework for a while. I only bought CKYS at .01 because I liked what I saw. Would've been no difference if I had learned about it when it was at .04. I would still have bought it. That's where the knowledge of charting will help. The little bit I have learned so far has helped me to look back and see the stupid buys or sells I did. Some entries were obviously not at the right place on the chart.
Most of my work is usually through visiting the company and as many of the management and execs that I can before I get in too deep. It's always worked for me in the past, but that was before I was introduced to pinkies. Man, this is a different world for me, but it's also a lot of fun. Nice to pick up a three to ten bagger once in awhile to make up for the dumb moves.
Ongoing education! Thanks again!
On the weekly stochastics, when I look the previous runs, it seems the black line needs to cross the red line and then we're ready to go? Do you actually watch all of these indicators, and what kind of help does it give you as to percentages. By that I mean, let's say you take 10 stocks and you wait for the go signals (on whatever indicators you're watching). In how many cases will it help you not to make stupid moves that I sometimes make such as moving in too early or buying too late?
TIA
Thanks for the chart Smart,
I'm not much of a chartist and am learning slow by following guys like Dart. Could you tell me what you see on that chart and where might you be seeing the signs of next week possibly being a bottom.
TIA
Thank you, only trying to see it from his perspective. I feel we have a very nice opportunity here for some potentially large gains. I've been in for a few months, since the price was .01, and continue to add when I can.
I asked my friend Brent to visit for me back in October as I had another meeting with the new CEO of SVMI. Fortunately Brent was able to stop during his visit down south here, and man, am I glad he decided to offer his time and set up an appointment with CKYS. I hope to visit them next month, but the stock will probably be alot higher by then, I hope. :)
Most flippers will never become long term holders. As a company's share price increases through time, the flippers will look for the next hot stock. Can't blame them, though, as the volatility is perfect for what they are attempting to do.
I agree with you as to the growth of the company, and my comment about hoping to see a reversal in the AS was only a thought. Maybe I should have said it this way, "Wouldn't it be a kick is the read if...."
Oh well, got some discussion going, though, didn't it. Now let's see what happens this coming week. Too bad we have to go through another darn holiday. These shortened trading weeks really stink!
Now you're speaking a bit more sensible. And, of course, a CEO would like to see a stock price go up everyday, but that's not what I said. I said they would rather see a stable price.
And I don't believe, or I hope we don't see, anything about NOBO, HOBO, or any other kind of BO. If Mr. Plant plays it correctly and continues to build this company, you will see the stabilization of a positive share price growth, and that will weed out the shorting and flipping through time. But yes, it takes time.
I've forwarded to him an idea or two, and we'll see if any thoughts are implemented.
Have a good weekend. Have to run.
Thanks Smartmoney,
Let me give you another scenario which might be considered something a company also likes, besides flippers and traders.
A stable share price with serious long term and loyal shareholders goes a long way in enabling a company to raise funds over the long term be it thru an secondary or tertiary offering. Can also be done thru a private placement.
A steady and strong share price will be much more appealing down the line than a share price that swings 50 - 75% within a few weeks due to shorting, flipping and traders.
Simply call any CEO and ask them what type of shareholder is more valued to a company. A flipper or long term holder? A trader or long term holder? Anyone who honestly answers this question knows the true answer.
Fls, Another great post.
Let's look at what your second to last paragraph says in relation to making a shrew investment in order to become a millionaire. Let's assume Savi earns $10,000,000 and has 1 billion shares out for discussion purposes. That would equate to .01 EPS. If it were to hold a simple 10 PE we would have a share price of .10. If someone owned 1,000,000 shares, their equity would be $100,000.
Now if Savi were to earn that same $10,000,000 after a 100:1 RS, we would still have the same $10,000,000 in earnings but an EPS of $1.00 because their would only be only 10,000,000 million shares outstanding. Once again, with a simply PE of 10, that would place the share price at $10.00. The shareholder that had the original 1,000,000 in shares now only owns 10,000. $10 times 10,000 shares still equals an equity for that shareholder of $100,000. How is the shareholder being negatively effected as to potential equity, or am I missing something with my simplistic example?
A reverse merger is usually the kiss of death for shareholders. You are absolutely correct that a RS is done solely to increase share price in an effort to attract investors or, more importantly, fianacing based on a higher share price.
The obvious answer is that a RS is acceptable for shareholders IF the company can produce. What I was speaking of earlier is that in most cases a company will not survive a RS, and that is only because the company was close to failing already. Under the right circumstances and conditions, a RS for SaviCorp would be very acceptable if the Cornell situation is remedied prior, and, of course, they can bring the Dynos to market soon.
Have a great weekend.
That's what I stated in my post. After we have AF's I would expect moving to a higher exchange. I'm hoping that will happen shortly thereafter. I would think in these early stages of growth we could see many higher multiples, but I was just using a 40 as it's about one third less than the competition at the moment. Should see more as CKYS grows in these next few quarters.
Take Care
Yes! That's what I meant!! Good Morning America!!!
You guys are correct for the most part. Stats are roughly that 95% of companies that go through a typical reverse split see their stock prices drop by over 40% after the RS. Don't ask me for a link because I simply read it and recorded it in my gradually failing memory banks. But I believe it to be fairly accurate.
Thanks Dave,
I can use all the tools possible. My trowels and hammers aren't helping out too much in the pennies. Biggest problem is not being able to move as quickly as I should do to not being near a signal a lot of the time. Anyway, I'm adding a little more next week, even if I don't have any matches to light the candles. :)
Have a good weekend.
Good Morning David,
How's your weekend so far? Too bad we have yet another holiday that's closing us down again.
I know nothing about candles. The only time I use them is when we have a power outage or my wife and I get into that romantic mood.
Is the American Bull something worth following. Some say it's all BS, while others swear by their "track record."
Good Post Danno,
Hopefully your conservative estimate is just that, conservative.. But you are correct. Until we have legitimate numbers, it's all guessing or at best, realistic assumptions. When I first began investing in CKYS, I looked at it as a trade. Began at .01, added more, rode it up and back down, and added more. I am becoming convinced that we have a real company here but the AS is rather scary. If they use it, I have high expectations the Mr. Plant will put those shares to good use in bringing value to the company and its shareholders.
Have you been to CKYS' offices? Have you met with Mr. Plant? I am hoping to get up their in February.
Good Morning Westeffer,
My wife knows I have a few shares of GBDX, and I told her about the second shipment and how many carrots were in that shipment. She asked me if I would get a few carrots someday.
I said sure! What she didn't know was the spelling of carrots vs carats, as I only read her the news release. So I bought two bunches yesterday before coming home. At least she thought it was funny too!
I told her, though, when GBDX sees .10, she'll get some real carats!
Have a nice weekend.
I think you are correct in your assumptions too. Keep in mind though, I feel we'll need to see the AF's. Once we become reporting, I think alot of those that left recently, due to the announcement of the increased AS, will return. I know a few of them, and they are not flippers. They have a true concern in regards to the AS, but if the shares are used to beneficially bring value to the company, it won't be a problem. Let's all remember that no shares appear to have been sold into the market. IMO the share buyback has just been initiated. I'll check with the company in about 60 days, and I believe we will see that the OS will have been reduced somewhat by then.
