I sent an e-mail to several e-mails I found including that one and received no response.
Something smells and it's not me...
I think Swordfish is 100% legit but there are folks claiming to be this and that....
I read first from the supposed CEO that there is no agreement. Then he says there is an agreement but it is not initiated yet as it is pending a specific milestone. Then he states that there is no agreement.
Is an agreement pending some sort of initiation still an agreement? Are the filings fraudulent? I read the 8k. In fact the supposed CEO was pumping the 8k in his message history here....but there is no deal?
Truly the weirdest stuff I have ever seen. So many things going on with this company and the stock is extremely thin. I watched it go from .04 to .09 on tiny amounts of volume. Where are the shares? Where is the volume. Look at the charts, there is never any volume and when there is, the stock moved fast.
Then there is the buyout rumor PRs stuff....
When is the next CC?
Anyone looking for actual facts about current events at the company and what is actually going on.

Good post. There are a handful of competitors for what is about a 10 billion dollar market. Most have failed and the only ones that have passed are questionable. Purdue's can be defeated relatively easily and Embeda may never return to the market because they can't manufacture a stable batch.
Elite is headed into trials here very shortly and because of the tech and the APIs, it is known and accepted science. It is very similar to Embeda in concept but far more of a stable manufacturing process.
Reading the posts today, the one thing that is left out is all of the items actually going on right now.
Do folks realize that the 13 ANDAs represent about 25 products? And that most of these products have little competition? I found several with one generic competitor. The biggest one only has one competitor in total...
Also should hear about the partner for new Lodrane product too.
I am very curious to see what products get approved next as well. There are a few pending. There is a very exciting one from Mikah that if it is what I think it is, will get some attention....keeping that one to myself for now.
Anyway, do your homework kiddies, give their IR a call....
Global VPs don't retire at 51 from overseeing 3000 employees and 25 facilities worldwide, buy 11m shares to become CEO of a small pharma with 30 employees except to make a ton of money....
Also all of Epic converted all their preferred and no one knows why....funny stuff
hahaha The CEO of OMNIVERSE, also the named CEO in the 8k, the same person on this msg board saying there is no deal between Swordfish and OMNIVERSE. Then another poster notes there is no PR about the event and it is fishy. Then the 8K and PR is presented and it is said that this is not what they are saying....
And the CEOs message history here shows no idea what major retail outlets like Amazon, Sears, Radio Shack his own products are being sold?
WTF is going on here....I don't believe anyone but this sure is fascinating...
And the stock has an evaluation of 10x plus the current price as I noted before and is shown in a PR to have Netflix buyout rumors...link also posted....
And an App is due out on Monday....timeframe?
And best as I was able to determine a bunch of other items....
I have never seen anything like this.
I do know that this stock moved from .004 to .009 on about 10m shares. That is what about 5 thousand dollars?....strangest stock I have ever seen...

You see the evaluation. I have seen it here before too. I am new to SWRF so the Netflix thing is probably old news to the board but new to me...
As thin as this stock is, it does make you wonder.
I am not interested in pumping anything but something is not adding up at all here.
It doesn't make sense. What you can is see there are folks that have sold into the bid looking to get their shares back. You see that in the trading. There is an obvious desire to keep this stock under the radar. You see how thin it is. It ran to .009 on a few million shares but look at TDEY. It takes 100m shares.
Ever see a .0044 company that has a product you can buy at radio shack? Amazon? Sears?
See the revenue projections?
People talking about TDEY and all the volume but that is just a slice of IPTV which is swordfish....
If TDEY is .004, SWRF should be .04 but really much higher. Take a look at how Ortiz got paid for IPTV. He got paid in SWRF shares and its really not that much. This is how he is going to make his money in the long run.
I have a small position and am adding
Couple items that is bringing in this manipulation
iPoint TV Enters Into Talks with Major Broadcast Networks and TV Stations to Retransmit on its TV Everywhere Platform
http://www.smallcapnetwork.com/iPoint-TV-Enters-Into-Talks-with-Major-Broadcast-Networks-and-TV-Stations-to-Retransmit-on-its-TV-Everywhere-Platform/s/via/18950/article/view/p/mid/1/id/1788/
iPoint app is due Monday I believe too
Have you guys seen this?
NFLX-Netflix rumors of Buyout of SWRF-Swordfish Financial begin to circulate
https://www.prbuzz.com/business-entrepreneur/157238-nflx-netflix-rumors-of-buyout-of-swrf-swordfish-financial-begin-to-circulate.html
Follow the money....People with money, that can easily make money elsewhere...crap ton of money.....lots of games but until someone can show me a company with a market cap not exceeding 200m dollars, and a
a 40 drug pipeline
20 approved drugs
important drug patents
numerous partnerships
R&D trials about to begin on billion dollar products, everything is just noise
I wish. It is too many different things. How is the stock .004? I don't get it. Seems you will need something to connect to the TV at least for awhile. Or hook up to your mobile device. These items exist. boxee box, roku, etc but this is a little different.
Even if it is smaller player and popular in other countries at first. the company should never be .004
I saw that. Reviews are mixed but I am always skeptical of reviews where there is a relatively small sample.
The Ipoint TV is in many devices now. Soon to be an App as I understand it. This thing is borderline ridiculous. I want to buy one try it out...lol
Anyone try it?
Nasrat was a special advisor to Epic prior. This relationship has been ongoing for years. The thing that ties them all together? Lots of shares of Elite Pharma.
You don't leave behind a top level position at Actavis (as noted here, 3000 subordinates, 15 global facilities), acquire a bunch of generic drugs with minimal competition to become the CEO of a 30 man company, buy 11m shares of Elite, get paid in stock for a lower salary except for one reason.....to make a crap ton of money.
That's a scientific term btw. "crap ton"
I saw the financial projections which are huge and bold to give out. Usually companies at .005 will not give out projections.
Also most companies like this don't have $130 products at a major retail electronics store. There are like 5 stores within 5 miles of my house that show this product in stock it seems. Need to remember to stop by one this weekend. That's why I included the link.
We seem to own this company under IPOINT which is under SWRF. I am just beginning to work through this and I listened to the recent podcasts. Seems they will show some revenue for the first time.
It is one of the more fascinating pennies I have seen. It makes no sense at .004
Nope exclusivity....think about what that means. These products are from the Actavis / Watson Divestiture.....
Traders will sell and sometimes short into the bid to drop the price. Also if they think they can buy it back cheaper. They will do what they can to get you to sell.
Some market makers are known to short more then others but as understand it, they are usually even by the end of the day. Meaning, they short your buy with one hand because they have shares in the other. Nite seems to do this quite a bit.
In these low volume penny stocks, it doesn't take much to try and manipulate and drop the price. Usually accompanied by FUD in the trading or elsewhere, negative articles or other media ways to convince you how bad the company is.
Doesn't make a lot of sense to short these companies for long periods of time. expensive and risky.
So when you see the bids getting hit, it can be shorts, or sellers but often you are just watching traders trying to get others to sell so they can buy cheaper and then run it back up....
PVSP has a big opportunity here with the international VOIP calling and imo the best app out there.
So I have been doing some background research on this company and can't figure out why it is .00 anything.
If TDEY is .004, this should be .04 but I digress.
A few items I didn't quite understand
Swordfish Acquired IPoint TV right? Well it means they acquired Omnibox which is found at RadioShack. A couple links
http://online.wsj.com/article/PR-CO-20130610-905466.html
Here it is as radioshack
http://www.radioshack.com/product/index.jsp?productId=17337276
Key lines from the company PR which maybe it took a few times to sink in. The first sentence....They are one and the same.
SFI announces the signing of an agreement between iPoint TV and OmniBox to merge 100% of operations, employees, distribution and technologies under the iPoint TV brand and ownership. OmniBox presently holds a distribution agreement with Radio Shack Corporation of its OmniBox in every corporate, affiliate and online store. OmniBox sells for $149 with a $24.95 monthly subscription.
Omniverse President, Mr. Jason DeMeo, will hold an executive position with iPoint TV and its affiliated companies. "We are excited of our future with the addition of Mr. DeMeo's 15-year history. Along with Mr. DeMeo we will employ his full executive team," says Mr. Clark Ortiz, CEO of Swordfish Financial, Inc.
How many .0044 cent companies have products selling for $129 selling at radio shack?
There is a lot more I will share as I go through this. The revenue projections are huge and the stock is very thin. It moved almost 100% on very little volume.
But basically Swordfish is Ipoint TV and a bunch of other things. Ipoint TV is Ortiz and he sold it to Swordfish and took a large ownership % in swordfish. I do not know what he owns in TDEY or other. But I believe this is where he is going to make his millions...
Would be interested in other information here. This is a strange one and it makes no sense. Still working it out in my head
Pretty obvious trials are about to be announced for a 2.7B product. They are to occur in November. BTW, will they announce the CRO shortly?....hmmm
Now we are questioning the CEO who owns 11m shares, was the Global VP at the third largest generic drug company, owned 12 ANDAs and another big batch pending approval, and is taking a salary in shares....good stuff....
Well if that is the best worst thing to get me to convince me to sell, I am feeling pretty good. I was already ready but it is pretty funny.
Did you guys catch the other hint in the PR about what else is going to occur? Too funny
The real questions
Who will be Elite's partner announced for the trials expected to start shortly? Discussions were noted in the R&R conference
Who will be the partner for the ANDAs?
Which will be the first products of the 13 new ANDAs launched?
Which and what are the products to be approved next by the FDA?
When will the trials be announced? expected to start November timeframe...
Why did all the preferred convert when there was nothing to gain?
Dr Lowenstein - Is this CEO speak?
Again from below
"After noting the very recent discussions with major Pharmas and that there is a lot of interest in the products...soon to trial
Elite's CEO noted three short term milestones
1 - Partner for trials with $2.9B market - planned for November
2 - Start Trials
3 - Partner for 13 ANDAs
Which order do you think these will occur and why?"
I believe these three are in the correct order. You can listen to this presentation and more of that "CEO speak" here.
Which order are these about to occur and why? It is a great question
http://www.wsw.com/webcast/rrshq23/register.aspx?conf=rrshq23&page=eltp&url=http%3A//www.wsw.com/webcast/rrshq23/eltp/
This is hilarious
Quoted from below
"I found that post but your description of savvy investor can also be found on for example on September 6th....so I am not sure what it is you are trying to say exactly.
Two weeks later the PPS doubled after you noted about how savvy investors were looking at ELTP

Quote:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Those questions call for speculation and savvy investors like myself do not engage in that kind of speculation
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
So if it is not savvy to double your money on speculation when the real events haven't even begun, how savvy will I be when Elite announces a major Pharma partner, trials and a marketing partner here shortly? as discussed in the R&R conference....Will I be savvy then?
I was buying long before that though too....
So savvy investors like myself were correct but really, it is just getting started"
After a record quarter. Gee, please tell everyone why revenues were down from the record quarter the one prior but still way up from the same period from the year before. Surely to say they were down from the company record quarter but not say why is to leave out an important piece of information. So why was it?
And did not see your answer on the preferred share question.

I have been to Mexico and I doubt that...j/k I saw a post here on it but I didn't see a real PR. The company has a real shot with international plans. Real money there and a real solution....would like to see some coverage and some press.
Some things are very obvious right now.
The company is going to partner here shortly on this trial in November. They have been telling you this for about two years. The exciting part is that they are having these discussions and basically told people at the Rodman and Renshaw conference.
Numerous products are due for approval and also this transfer. Some of these products have almost no competition and they are from the divestiture agreement between Actavis and Watson.....Ironically the CEOs last company...but you all already knew that.
Yeah, what you just posted sounds interesting but it is not correct. Saying "how many people have heard of....."
"industry standard..."
It is a lot of words but doesn't mean anything. They can pay the CEO however the company and BOD sees fit. Corporate governance is about how the company is structured.
Here is an article about CEOs getting paid one dollar
Remember Lee Iococca?
How about the current CEO of Oracle...
http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2013-04-25/few-1-salary-ceos-make-a-buck-as-ellison-gets-96-mln.html
Like I said what you just posted is simply and obviously false
This is what corporate governance is
Corporate governance refers to the system by which corporations are directed and controlled. The governance structure specifies the distribution of rights and responsibilities among different participants in the corporation (such as the board of directors, managers, shareholders, creditors, auditors, regulators, and other stakeholders) and specifies the rules and procedures for making decisions in corporate affairs. Governance provides the structure through which corporations set and pursue their objectives, while reflecting the context of the social, regulatory and market environment. Governance is a mechanism for monitoring the actions, policies and decisions of corporations. Governance involves the alignment of interests among the stakeholders.[1][2][3]
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Corporate_governance
In the R&R conference which folks can still listen to he notes three short term milestones. It obviously has traders trying to position themselves as best as possible.
A partner for ART means a higher valuation. The CEO told you that before
Starting of these trials has been the company goal for many years and they almost went bankrupt but have completely turned the corner.
A Partner for the ANDAs is obviously coming very soon too. since they will need to have a marketing agreement and some of these products are very valuable.
I agree with this

Just to clear up the misinformation below
Corporate governance has nothing to do with financial controls. Odd to put them together. You know what does reflect on uplisting though? Conversion of all the preferred....Didn't that just happen?
Also, are you savvy if you buy low? But are you savvy to say you did not buy low and then claim to be savvy? Is that what a savvy investor is? That whole conversation makes no sense to me but you know who is savvy?
The CEO who bought 11m shares and is paid in shares and used to be the Global VP at Actavis overseeing 3000 people and 15 facilities. Now is he savvy since he left that job where he made huge money to become the CEO of a 30 man Pharmaceutical company?
Also regarding the financial controls statement. That is common for small companies that don't have auditing departments....But I bet you that is coming too.
Remember when there was the language about "going concern to continue as a business....yada yada yada"?
That language is gone now and this language is gone soon too...wanna bet?
What was the PR?
I am not sure what is funny. What you just posted is like saying I am trying to learn about math so I am reading the dictionary...
Just call their IR team and have them explain it to you. The rules with Epic are old news.
They can't sell for 6 months
They can only sell a very small part of their holding per quarter. Very small %
You noted before how Epic uses Elite as an ATM which was blatantly false, so why not tell us what % Epic has ever sold of their holdings. If they were able to sell large amounts, how come they have only sold small amounts over large amounts of time? Now that is just anecdotal evidence so just call their IR team. Not sure why that is so difficult.
And really all this points to something very significant in the future. The CEO told everyone at the R&R conference that he was meeting with major Pharmas on trials and there is a large amount of interest right now in Elite's tech.
I can't speak to the past but their app is better then what I have seen.
International is where it is at for this company. My point was that domestic carrier plans are being focused on unlimited voice coverage....and I think the reason is to stop VOIP companies from stealing their business. Not much they can do about international though....well not yet...
Carrier will move to VOIP and already are actually but that is another discussion and not totally related here yet....but VOX needs to move quickly to get that market share...
I am guessing they have about 2.5 years...
The AT&Ts and Verizons of the world will do VOIP very soon domestically...That I am sure of actually.
I haven't seen the reports but a buddy of mine has actually called Finra. The short numbers they report are a mix of everything. Some MMs like Knight Capital are known for naked short heavily to cover their trades...which is legal....just my .02
I have seen this info posted over and over on this board over the years. It has been posted here over and over in the past couple days. Why don't you just call IR to verify the exact %?
I believe it was your claim that Epic has been using Elite as an ATM which is blatantly false. What % of their holdings have been sold? I have checked the form 4s and it is very small. Maybe if you start there, you can get an idea of what they can sell....
They hold about 250m shares if memory serves. What % have they sold on the open market? Add up the form 4s and we can see what % that is. Do they even break 5%?
Or just contact their IR group. I have no concerns about Epic at this point. Epic is Elite...
Although recent events do make you think a buyout or reverse merger are much more likelier now.
Quick and dirty about Pervasip
There are a lot of things to like about their application and the market. Some things I do not like as well.
First I thought they would take market share from the carriers and they might but it won't be on domestic. It seems that most of the carriers are pushing customers towards unlimited voice plans.
So the savings I anticipated is not there. So the real revenue will come from the international. 25k per month is not a ton of money but they are targeting it well going after markets where they can do the most damage.
The problem is they will grow, but not as fast as I would like.
What I really like is their application. Seems they have really bridged the best of what is out there. Not one app stands out from Pervasip (I hate the name BTW but love VOX). I downloaded the app and it is really user friendly and very strong.
So what you are looking at is a buyout candidate eventually and they will make some nice revenues but they are not going to shake the market apart either in a short amount of time.
I have picked up a nice big block of shares and expect to do well. Clearly undervalued at these levels with a tiny market cap.
Hey Couch,
What was it that was discussed again at the investors conference you attended?
Just to clear up a few items
Epic is very limited in what they can sell, when they can sell etc.... It as is a very small % every quarter. You can verify this with their IR team. And if you look at the small amounts they have sold it is always a tiny %
This past conversion was very good for Elite because the only reason for them to convert was to benefit Elite and themselves as common shareholders. There was nothing for them to gain otherwise. And as noted, you are talking about senior management at Elite that converted so when you say Epic, you are really saying Elite in this case.
I will reach out soon. Thanks
Anyone that wants answers to Dr Ls questions?
Just listen to the R&R conference and you can confirm my answers below for yourself
http://www.wsw.com/webcast/rrshq23/register.aspx?conf=rrshq23&page=eltp&url=http%3A//www.wsw.com/webcast/rrshq23/eltp/
He was the Global Vice President at Actavis overseeing 15 facilities, 3000 employees. He had a 300m budget. I am pretty sure when he says major Pharma, we all know what he means.
Who do you think this major pharma is?
Pfizer, Purdue, Actavis, TEVA?
And he said the CEO, and a chairman of an entire pharmaceutical company.
And we do know the market values and the products. Why don't you tell them to us? Surely you know
And he said $2.7B
Anyone looking for facts about the company can also read this article, then also listen to the R&R conference linked below. All from the past week or so.
Elite is negotiating with major Pharmas. When the best argument in this debate is the meaning of the word "major pharma" coming from a former top senior executive at the third largest generic drug company in the world, well there isn't much of an argument is there?
