After this stock I won't give a squat about the markets because in my opinion the market con artists are screwing themselves out of future investments, because they are trying to take everything, and aren't leaving anything left for anyone anymore. I will make sure everyone I know will stay clear of the stock market forever!!! This truly sucks!! Then they can all screw each other over - because no one else will be left.
You conveniently left out the ? (question mark) at the end if my sentence, which in the English language means that I was asking a question, but you 'misrepresented' my true intentions by leaving out the question mark, making it look like a direct statement. Because of the little clues that are left behind like this - makes me more skeptical of exactly what is going on here. I am through convincing people of the 'strong delusion' that is taking place in the world of doctors and medicine and 'who' actually controls it and the drugs that are given out and approved by the FDA. So the next time you have a pain somewhere, then the doctor gives you a prescription that dehydrates you, gives you palpitations, or causes further damage to your liver and kidneys; do not dare to complain to anyone except a doctor; then he or she can give you one of their prescribed potions which will more than likely cause other problems and side affects. Let's see what these bought out senators who idly sit by and watch millions of jobs go out of the country will do for BIEL and let countless cures go by the wayside, only to be outlawed or stricken by agency's like the FDA. (Oh these self seeking Senators will help get contracts for large corporations, but the U.S. jobs still continue to go bye bye). All I can do now is hope in the next few weeks we get a reversal, a launch, or an approval. I still have my hopes as a true investor of a small, pink sheet company named Bioelectronics Corporation.
Quote: I personally think that it was a coordinated effort by someone or an entity(s) who don't want Biel to succeed. We know the general market is rigged, so imagine the Pink Sheet world...
________________________________________________________________
I agree. That's the most believable statement I have heard rather than believing that people are selling before they know the answer - before the FDA even knows because the last 'denial' was stamped by a bunch of either bought out, threatened, or unaware FDA bureaucrats. IMO Also, if that's true what these posters are saying - that it's over for BIEL, then what Paul gave in his last news release was misleading? Someone is either exaggerating or lying and BIEl is being attacked more than ever now! They know BIEL needs funds from shareholders and are trying to destroy our confidence in the company and our strongest posters (not me obviously), while creating mass confusion on this board; it's the old divide and conquer strategy. I wouldnt normally think this about a pink stock - but look at at what is being said so easily by certain posters.....posters that just showed up again recently. A 'normal' reaction to what has been happening should be hope for a FDA reversal decision and then NOT just throw out all chances for Rx Recovery, and then not forgetting to mention anything about Actipatch!! MY POST - MY OPINION!
I wouldn't fire unproductive people every 3 months or even 6 months because - hasn't it been close to or more than a year at least and in some cases in the world it's been years where the sales have not been happening like they should? Never mind Canada, but we don't know what they are doing - and that - is part of my problem - not knowing what the hell anybody is doing about sales, but we are certain based on their reports that sales have been way lower than expected. So then why us that? Can anybody explain why these other countries, esp. Canada and the UK - why this is so? If somebody from the company could explain this- it may help some of the frustration from the seemingly week long dilution. TIA. Also, who oversees Sales at Bioelectronics Corporation; my concern is if they can't organize a foreign campaign where they are already approved - will they screw up sales in the U.S.? It's time for a confidence boost from BIEL in the area of foreign sales. Show us, Mr. BIEL, that you have your "stuff" together!!!!
Got it.
Last night I was looking to seriously sign up for IHub's Ultimate Trader package, but since you say BIEL will not be here soon and since BIEL is the last stop for me regarding any more investment in the stock market; especially in penny stocks, I had to decline the purchase...I was so close because I wanted to view L2, but now I am not because of what you keep saying about BIEL....just thought you'd like to know.
One thing is for sure steelyeye is that we both see eye to eye; or shall I say eye to steelyeye. Excellent post. 100% in agreement. It's great to hear longs like you who are watching and waiting everyday.
Simpsonly, regarding what could be happening as far as the volume and drop - most likely Andy is increasing the A/S and doing much better than at .002. Also, as someone said - somebody is loading up and buying real cheap and my positive guess is they are getting ready for the Canada Launch and Andy is selling to relatives. No, I'm kidding....about the relatives part.
Once again thanks for all your advice; it's been really, really eye opening. All I have to say is that if this is a scam like you keep saying it is, then it must be one of the best ones that's happening right now for you to be reminding us daily; that - and it must be the only 'scam' that the FDA felt they had to bring all of their top professionals in to hear the appeal; and not to mention - with Bioelectronics Corporation's other apps on the verge of FDA ApprovalS. That's right, I capitalized the S, because there is more than one approval about to take place.
Positive influence?!!! Ghost you're on a roll tonight. lol. Yes, please help us all of you penny stock gurus, let us in on your superior wisdom besides DIE-LUTION and stocks you think are worthless. We are all waiting! (crickets).........(bird of prey caws off in the distance).......I figured as much.......
Ghost, that was perfect. I still hope they finish DIE-LUTING by end of tomorrow or early Thursday so we can finish up over .006 or .007 for the week.
Has anybody thought that Andy might be tired of the FDA wait game? I'll bet he is just like the rest of us. I hear you though; July! July! July! It's GO TIME!
Thanks madp, I was going by what i thought someone had said in a post way earlier. Do you know what the volume of the after hours trading was? TIA Happy Trading.
I agree madp; it was probably the same person who bought the 5 million in the low .005's earlier today. In and out. That's day trading for you. I think it could go much higher after this pullback. It's still early yet. I haven't sold and I'm not chasing the pps either. It's GO TIME! IMO
Hey Brabo, good to hear from you! I thought the same thing about the qualifications. I gotta good feeling about the outcome for Allay. I hope the FDA expedites their decision, whatever the final outcome following the appeal, so the company can move forward with their other chances for success. Happy Trading!
What I am continuing to hear from you is that the appeal process (for BIEL) means nothing. Isnt the appeal process part of the overall FDA process? Also, i'll say it again, if the FDA invited BIEL to the main office, it was to "hear" something that they may have missed and that due to pressure had to "listen" just in case they missed something. And the PR did not say anything about the FDA going up one side of the app and down the other about the problems with the app or the product. On the contrary the DeNovo process is a learning process for everyone, including the FDA, since there is No precedent set before it!!! IMO
I guess an ABSOLUTE denial doesn't mean ABSOLUTELY "No" just yet for Allay now does it? To all those that were so sure that the "No" from the FDA would stick and that the FDA called Andy and company in to have a "slap-in-the-face party" at their expense, well all gotta say is: HA HA !!
We therefore expect a decision soon on our Allayâ„¢ Menstrual Pain Therapy product. We have another meeting upcoming with the FDA in July on our RecoveryRXâ„¢ surgical product. Our request for over-the-counter classification of the ActiPatch is still under consideration." Get ready because Revovery Rx is up next! Not pumping, just a fact! Boy all the bashers are out in full swing; It's like MJ's Thriller- they're everywhere you look; but the zombies can't get BIEL as easily as they thought. Now, after they have exhausted all their energy on Allay; next up Recovery RX, then after that they will try in vain - to no avail- to ruin RecoveryRx's reputation... Then along comes the home run hitter Actipatch!!! Yes! Go BIEL!
"you can't get results from a wire and a batter!". Says who? The Drug Cartel? (The FDA probably felt like complete ding dings yesterday when the doctor re-educated them). Good!
At least we know that the FDA is meeting today to clear some of the communication up (reasons for denial) between them and BIEL, but I still hope a reversal will happen.
Let's hope so! Investors, previous investors, and bashers are cautiously waiting......
FDA Meeting Today! Thank you, Fuente, for the confirmation.
Big hopes and dreams are why many of us are still here waiting Homerly; and FDA approval couldn't hurt us! LoL
I don't even know why they're even here popping in; supposedly this person already cashed in over $10 mil on another penny stock. If I had that kind of coin, I wouldn't be worried about getting in a couple of tenths or hundredths of a penny lower- I wouldn't probably waste my time with non-reporting microcaps either. LoL go figure?
Didn't SPNG go from sub penny to like .30 in relatively no time at all? And your point is.....oh I know where it is now but it did have a great run; the kinda run we all are waiting for with BIEL - No?
Hey Simsonly, I'm sorry I can't answer any of your inquiries. (I've been very busy lately). BIEL seems to have had so many relationships that were started, but then seemed to have flatlined along the way. As far as Canada is concerned, the FDA should not be a variable for them, in fact out of the equation. IMO. Locin seems to have connections with the right stores.....interesting; someone whose been here longer may be able to help? Thanks again.

Here's an interesting read about Launching a Product - for those of you curious about the process. I appreciate everyone's efforts to 'help' BIEL management and Greenwood do their job by making phone calls, etc., which can help relieve some of the frustration while waiting around for 'something' to happen. I am amazed how long it is taking to get anything done as far as the Launch is concerned. BIEL has done well to get product designs, patents, and world wide distributors lined up - but something (a piece of the puzzle) is definitely missing here (not talking about the FDA either). . . .Oh, don't forget the link.

Your post was probably just part of a thread and the Admins deleted the entire thread which is easier to do sometimes; it happens.....
Regarding Monte Carlo, I don't have a problem as much as I thought I did about Andy doing that for Greenwood; I count that all towards doing business. My problem with Greenwood is their results to date. So far NADA; and since progress can't be measured, NADA on the progress end so far with Greenwood. So my report card for Greenwod so far is: (according to what we receive):
Greenwood Report Card. Grade
1). Stores for BIEL Greenwood distribution. F
2). Market Feedback from Greenwood. F
3). Stores Greenwood is in contact with. F
4). Any Progress from Greenwood. F
5). Stores Greenwood Plans to Win. F
6). Greenwood's Internet distribution strategy. FF
7). Etc., Etc., Etc, F
My analysis of Greenwood = Deadwood =
You've had enough time to do nothing =
Too afraid to communicate any strategy =
In the words of Donald Trump: "You're FIRED!!!!"
To everyone: Bioelectronics Corporation is a subpenny, microcap, pinksheet stock. Any time you invest in one of these kinds of companies - buyer beware! Pinksheets are nonreporting stocks; i.e.: they are not required to give accurate quarterly statements. This is a high risk investment. However, with high risk sometimes comes high rewards. There are No Guarantees!!!! With that said, let's all move along now....lol
The gurus I am referring to are the ones that have absolutely no current investment with BIEL, and warn us almost daily and in some cases many times daily about our investment with BIEL; I wasn't referring to investors who have concerns and valid opinions about the way things are being run. I agree with you too. Not speaking for ProMaster but I think ProMaster 'probably' wants to use U.S. FDA approval to help impact sales everywhere, but I am not sure Canada nor any other country for that matter really gives a hoot about the FDA's opinion anymore or needs FDA approved stamped on the box, but I can see the packaging and sales benefits; but time is if the essence. IMO
As Jimzin said, thank you! All of you stock gurus! Thank you for continually trying to save us from ourselves! What would we do without you all? I probably would have sold, but since I love opposition (because it will make our victory that much sweeter), I will stay here until FDA approval or total bust! Thank you guys for helping us see the dark side of the light or whatever! We are so grateful. What? Not really.... (loud raspberry sound).
Let's see if any news comes tomorrow?
I guess you haven't noticed that the DJIA and the S&P have relatively no affect on BIEL, and if anything I have noticed that BIEL is trending up while the blue chips go down, but Im glad you put BIEL on the same level as the blue chips. (This perception of course excludes any sudden major world event(s).) IMO
"House votes to approve FDA funding bill
WASHINGTON | Wed May 30, 2012 7:44pm EDT
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The House of Representatives on Wednesday approved a bill that helps fund the Food and Drug Administration and gives it new authority to prevent drug shortages and speed reviews of medical devices."
-----------------------------------------------------
The tide is turning for BIEL:
1). FDA funding to speed reviews of medical devices
2). Pressure from Inpector General
3). Pressure from Senator
4). Pressure from public demand for a better technology alternative
5). I've never used red lettering in my posts before
Monday is starting to look good to me.

IMO
That's great news for BIEL! Thanks diarch for keeping up on this FDA overhaul, which will help medical devices get the attention they need, especially Actipatch, etc. Now, the FDA understaffing budget issue has been fully addressed by the House and the Senate.
FDA Approves Actipatch June 1st???? When was this published in PR Newswire?
BioElectronics Corporation Announces New Flexible, FDA Cleared, ActiPatch(TM) Therapy Dermal Patches

FREDERICK, Md., June 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- BioElectronics Corporation, (Pink sheets: BIEL), a developer of advanced therapeutic medical devices, announced today it has begun shipping its new flexible ActiPatch Therapy dermal patches. The new product was presented by the Company's international plastic surgery distributor to an enthusiastic audience at last month's annual meeting of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons in Vancouver, B.C. The new flexible models and adhesion method conform to the body to enhance ease of wear and comfort. The flexibility and on/off switch design changes were initiated by professional football teams and other athletes using ActiPatch(TM) Therapy to reduce pain, swelling and accelerate healing. "The ease of use and low cost of disposable medical devices are ideal for today's active lifestyle. Up until now, this physical therapy required cumbersome devices or repeated office visits," said Andrew J. Whelan, President, BioElectronics Corporation. "ActiPatch provides a comparable course of treatment for $49.95, or only a few dollars a day in a convenient, small, lightweight patch." ActiPatch Therapy is a dermal patch with an embedded microchip that delivers weeks of continuous therapy. The patch is the miniaturized equivalent of the pulsed electromagnetic energy machines prescribed by physicians for decades to reduce swelling, relieve pain and enhance the healing of surgical incisions, accidental wounds, sprains, strains and chronic wounds (bedsores). ActiPatch Therapy is ideal for the unmet need of the 200 million surgical and non-surgical soft tissue injuries in the U.S. annually, or a $6.5 billion market. BioElectronics is distributing its product and conducting clinical trials with several well-established medical device and pharmaceutical companies to secure additional clinical indications for the use of ActiPatch Therapy. BioElectronics has extensive worldwide patents and patents pending. For more information visit http://www.bioelectronicscorp.com . Hi Simpsonly, I was not referring to any particular poster, but I was just agreeing with Jimzin that it would be nice to put an identity to certain posters seemingly bent on giving BIEL a bad reputation, and I will also add - especially to new potential investors. If they are disgruntled investors then fine, or even just giving their opinion, but if paid to bash, then we would like to know by who and then expose them. That's all.
Totally agree. They have more bases covered than people realize or care to believe just how "organized" -organized crime really is. IMO
Hi Jimzin, I liked the points investor made in his post though; may put some doubt to rest for others. The board has been slow anyway.....
Sorry guys, I was referring to the health of reproductive 'organs', but said process instead. Oops.,.and no fuente I also meant to say earlier that Allay, along with pain relief, could help in disease prevention due to the nature of the product- JMO
I can assure you if Allay interfered with the human reproductive process in any way - we would have had approval hands down; but most likey they saw that the product could interfere with communication of the reproduction of disease and viruses' need to flourish in a body. IMO
Q: But arent people worried to replace something already on shelves by something with huge government warnings?
_____________________________________
Yeah! I know what you mean! Like replacing Tylenol, or Motrin. I'd be so worried about replacing those products that were warned be the FDA to cause liver and kidney damage and were advised to lower their recommended max. dosages. I'd be so worried about replacing those drugs with a device with no known side affects. I see what you mean.
