I was wondering, if we have a day like today based upon the PR that was released this morning, What will happen whe "THE ULTIMATE PR" IE: completed financials, uplisting, actual production with return rates, etc... hits the wire?
Just a thought
"It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood....." LOL
BTW, just for the sake of curiosity, I checked out what the 1st post on the board was. For those that haven't, check it out if you feel inclined to do so (it is a production PR from Feb. 21st 2006). Magnify that by (multiple of your choice) and that is where we are today!! Also, it is alot more inspiring than post #2. ROFL!!
You so funny!! Keep talking, you are our good luck token!
Incredible day here! I read the news on my phone while I was driving home this morning (Yeah, I know, not a good thing. My wife already chewed me a new orifice for doing so!)
I have been up for over 25 hours already and it doesn't look like I am going to get any sleep today!! All for good reason, of course.
I'm wondering if I should break out the loafers and the Cardigan and start singing "It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood...." LOL.
I have not had the opportunity to read many, many of the posts due to the volume today. But I wanted to pose a question that may have already been asked. Shouldn't the concentrator have been installed in May or by June at the latest?
Beautiful #'s today so far. Both in volume and PPS appreciation!
I have been casually watching this one for months now (along with many others). My sole focus at the moment is on P##G. It has done well for me so far.
I imagine I can manage the conversion. I was just curious to see if anyone had a "ready answer".
Thanks and good luck.
How do ppb/ppm compare to grams/ton or grams/cubic yard? It is hard to define the relevance of the statements without knowing the conversion factor.
Not a very busy board here. It will be interesting to see if and when I get a reply.
Thank you Dunphy. Long time no see!
On to other business......
My understanding (though it may be incorrect) is that quarterly filings need to be posted within 15 days of the end of the quarter to be considered "current". If I am correct, I don't know if that is 15 "calendar" days or 15 "business" days.
Anyhow, my belief is that there were stipulations placed upon PCFG that they be current by the second quarter of 2011 when they got the $500,000 loan. I also believe that they (PCFG) imposed these requirements upon their "new" auditors.
The actions that have transpired on the past few weeks concerning the rate of financial filings seems to bear this out.
ScotiaNostra hit on this earlier in the day and I believe he hit the nail on the head.
Finally, (I know this is kind of long winded) my perception is that we (PCFG) will meet the 2nd quarter filing requirements and that production and uplisting PR's will not happen until after that point in time.
If such is the case, it will be an interesting time here shortly.
Kinda long (11/02/10) and very strong!!!!!!!!!!1
Wouldn't want to be anywhere else (stock wise) at the moment!
Good move Stamp! Didn't think I would ever see you buy at the ask!LOL.
Dee, I'm sure one of the moderators would be happy to PM you a copy of the TOU (terms of use) for the site. If you ask, they certainly will accomodate you.
The concise version is: Play nice!
1) Do not make disparinging posts to and/or about other posters.
2) Do not label other posters. IE: Basher, Pumper, etc...
3) Stay on task, as in, posts directly relating to and concerning PCFG. Your perspective is irrelevant, good or bad. As long as you keep it clean. After all, we do want this to be a "comfortable" place to visit!
There is some breathing room concerning #3. There is alot of banter between posters that is not directly relevant to PCFG. Common sense and the nature of the posts determine if they are valid or not. Just don't let the interaction get the board off task.
I have violated all 3 of what I have listed herein. That is why I am where I am. To quote every parent that has ever existed "Do as I say, not as I do!" LOL! (now if I can just follow my own advice, it will be all good!)
There is alot of good and valid info (often with links) posted on this board. Alot of good people here! Use what you see posted to your advantage.
Enjoy the rest of the weekend. Signing out until tomorrow. Hinky
I am limited (justifiably so, by the way) to 1 post per day. So, I wanted to encapsulate many things into this one. I hope it is not to my detriment!
Robo - (#48754)- Gold can tank. One analyst said that if gold breaks $1470 that it could go to $1330 (obviously, I hope that won't happen). Even so, PCFG is still good at that rate based upon the cost of extraction.
Nesgag - (#48759)- Releasing the Kraken is a good thing, I hope !?
Chopp - (#48763) CC:SN - (#48782)- My apologies, seriously. I was not boasting or bragging, It was more like a subdued "YE-HAW". Many of us have seen alot of RED over the course of time (I still have some red trades). It is good for all (most) of us holders to be out of that phase.
There is an unstated double standard here. You get an "attaboy" if you say "I got X amount of shares @ 0.0XX". Personally, I think new peeps would be excited by the stated profit potential. But, I will refrain from such statements in the future.
We are all here for one reason (at least most of us, there are certain exceptions), and that is because we believe in the future of PCFG!!
Have a safe weekend and keep it between the lines Y'all.
Good solid close today! I'm up almost 29k overall. Will make my weekend of 12 hour night shifts that much easier. Sucks having to do that on a long holiday weekend!
What's a poor boy to do except hope that PCFG rescue's him from such peril!
Have a safe weekend Y'all. Don't indulge to much and try not to get in any trouble.
Tuesday will be interesting and profitable (I believe and hope).
Take care all.
The key word in that PR is "anticipates". What you expect or "anticipate" may not necessarily be so!
I imagine that the inspectors have a full agenda. I don't know if the end of the quarter has any impact on their schedule, but I imagine that it would.
We can hope that they have the ability to do the "you're good to go" inspection before the day is out. But, it may take until after the long weekend for it to get done.
No matter the timing, it will all be good soon. If no PR by the end of the day, there is always tomorrow.
That's the perspective from where I sit. Here's to a good close!
I helped out on the volume as much as I could. bought 11,415 @ 0.0335 (the ask at the time) with money I was sitting on from a sale last week.
Unless I win the lottery, I am powderless for now! Bills take precedence over investing.
That puts me somewhere over 2.85mm. I lost count. Not even sure to be honest.
Interesting days ahead for PCFG! Glta
Hinky
Alot of info today. I am still trying to digest it all! I hope I don't end up with indigestion in the next couple of days! I would be lying if I were to say that I understood it all.
GLTA
Hinky
LOL, I love it! Let's hope the "magic 8 ball" is right this time!
Here's hoping for an interesting day tomorrow. If not tomorrow, than someday soon. Many here are anxiously awaiting the news that will send PCFG on a definitive upward trend.
Patience, patience, patience. A prerequsite required if you are a PCFG holder. The patience will be handsomely rewarded in the end.
JMHO

OOPS! I meant to reply to FRANKMD - Post #47643 but posted a new message instead. My bad!
Very good questions!
The primary reason that I have loaded up on PCFG is that their asset base (regaurdless of what they are doing with it) indicates that we should be well beyond where we are today as far as the PPS is concerned.
It will be interesting to see where we go once we get persistant upticks in the PPS!
The stock market is not the place to be if you are looking for logical reasoning as to why "what is, is". You just have to go with your beliefs (and DD, of course) and hope that you are on the right side of the trade!
Hinky
Good evening all.
I guess we will see what tomorrow brings.
Hinky
Say what?!
Good night all.
Long day tomorrow. Let's hope it turns out to be an interesting and profitable one!
Hinky
Is that supposed to scare the "deeply entrenched" PCFG holders? 0.025, no big deal! That will make me better than even on most of my trades. Whom are you trying to scare with your posts? I assume you want panic selling so you can grab up "cheapies". Good luck with that! WE know what WE hold and WE are not going ANYWHERE!
Just picked up 41,114 at the ask. I am done, my powder is all gone!
The trade executed even before I could hang up the phone and cue it up on the computer!
Now I am in the waiting game.
Good luck to all. We will see where it goes from here!
Hinky
I know that this is well outside of the posting rules, but other than Bundy, I do not know the scope of people my post may have reached and could not PM said individuals if I wanted to.
That being said.........
I would like to tender an apology, to Bundy in particular and to anyone else whom may have come across my post of a couple of nights ago. What I stated was unjustified, without basis and completely inappropriate. A moment of brash stupidity that shall not be repeated!
Good day to all and good luck!
Hinky
Though you could have done better earlier in the day, if I were you I wouldn't worry about your entry price. We are on the way up!
Congrats to all "holders" and "oops" to all waiters. No doubt that there will be some retracement in the PPS, but it will be minor! JMHO
Hinky
Does anyone have a grip on what the new support/resistance levels are at?
Hinky
That sounds good too! Much better to be in the black than in the red!
Tune for the night? Would Def Leppard "rockit" work for you?
With a continuation of gold and silver volatility, today King World News interviewed one of the great ones, 40 year veteran John Hathaway of the Tocqueville Gold Fund. When asked about the volatility in both gold and silver Hathaway had this to say, “We’re in a shakeout now and frankly it isn’t as scary as the one in 2008, but I think there’s no foundation whatsoever for solid, robust economic growth and that’s the realization the markets are coming to. I think we’re past the point of no return.”
Hathaway continues:
“I’m sure the vast majority of investors think that somehow we can restore fiscal sanity to the federal budgeting process, that it can be done democratically, but I kind of doubt that. When you go to somebody and say we’re going to have to go on an austerity regime...that’s socially contentious...they don’t want to hear that. That’s why you’re seeing rioting in Greece and that’s why you’re going to see the same sort of thing here (in the US) if we go the austerity route.”
Hathaway presented a Dow/Gold ratio in his latest piece and believes we are headed ultimately to a one to one ratio which would put gold today at over $12,000. When asked if $12,000 gold was achievable Hathaway replied, “Sure, because that would reflect more damage to the integrity of the currency. The number that they (Dow & Gold) cross at is going to probably be in the high 4 digits or low 5 digits, if it happens in the next couple of years.
...You know here’s the problem, we have negative interest rates today, negative real rates of around two percent, two and a half percent...If we did have a Volcker moment when you had somebody at the head of the Fed who said, ‘We are going to restore integrity to the currency’, you would have to raise real rates to something like three percent to make it easy. So negative three (percent) to positive three means six percent nominal times $14 trillion in debt which is $700 or $800 billion, on top of the federal deficit that is already $1.6 trillion. I mean those are the numbers that tell you that we’re basically bankrupt.
Time for bed. Rest well knowing what you posess!
Good night PCFG board.
Hinky
I'll have to keep that in mind on future endeavours. I am learning a good bit from being involved in PCFG.
I am still very much a "newbie" in stock trading. I think I have learned many things from this board that will help me in the future (as in; how to pusue "DD")
Thank you to all of you more experienced traders!!
Hinky
I propose the "post of the day" award to "Trapper Jim" if that actually means anything.
Kudo's nonetheless!
That is incredibly unbelievable! As you can tell by all the posts, ALL HERE APPRECIATE THE EFFORT THAT YOU MADE!!
It may be luck or a random occurance, but I am sure that you made many people happy with that post!!
AWESOME! Good catch!
Is an "unpaid" pump more viable than a "paid" pump? Or is the end result the same, IE: rapid rise followed by a rapid retracement?
Based upon PCFG's history (very tight lipped) any pumps will not originate from them.
Just wondering if anyone has a perspective on this.
Hinky
Just for the sake of curiosity, what is the "defining moment" that will make us all say "OK guys it's time for Vegas."?
Many here talk about the event. But, what will be the catylyst for making it happen? A certain PPS, uplisting, etc...?
I was just wondering. It seems that we need to form a "collective" game plan. Something that works for the majority of the members in the "PCFG Millionaires Club".
Just thought I would throw that out there and see what people think.
Hinky
You've got it wrong. Bernacke wants inflation and has stated as much. Do you not think that the "QE" infusions are not inflationary?
B/A very tight here @ 0.271/0.272! Either way, good #'s
That's funny, I have 27,002 left to go on my 500,000 order. Coincidence? Been chasing all day at various prices.
Up 343,000+ for the day. And, no I am not sitting on the bid. Again, kudos to Vanguard for getting me the "impossible" buys!
You are exactly right! I never envisioned (when I first hit on PCFG) that I would have a potentially "life changing" quantity!
In my view, the amount of profit you take will be based upon your individual level of patience. BRCM is not the only property in PCFG's portfolio. It will be interesting to see what comes out of the others.
JMHO
I've hit the ask several times today, and now it is beyond what I would have expected. Higher price means more money in your pocket if you are holding. I hope to get more, but will gauge my actions based upon what is happening.
I'm trying to support the cause, Boss. The sudden rise in the ask shut me out though. I'll let it settle for a bit and decide where to go from there.
