Thank you Dunphy. Long time no see!

On to other business......

My understanding (though it may be incorrect) is that quarterly filings need to be posted within 15 days of the end of the quarter to be considered "current". If I am correct, I don't know if that is 15 "calendar" days or 15 "business" days.

Anyhow, my belief is that there were stipulations placed upon PCFG that they be current by the second quarter of 2011 when they got the $500,000 loan. I also believe that they (PCFG) imposed these requirements upon their "new" auditors.

The actions that have transpired on the past few weeks concerning the rate of financial filings seems to bear this out.

ScotiaNostra hit on this earlier in the day and I believe he hit the nail on the head.

Finally, (I know this is kind of long winded) my perception is that we (PCFG) will meet the 2nd quarter filing requirements and that production and uplisting PR's will not happen until after that point in time.

If such is the case, it will be an interesting time here shortly.

Kinda long (11/02/10) and very strong!!!!!!!!!!1

Wouldn't want to be anywhere else (stock wise) at the moment!
