Xx Xxxxxx,
I hope you got my message from last week.
I am somewhat surprised to see our low stock price. If we look at financials and traditional metrics, I had expected us to be at least 1 – 2 cents. If in addition, an “excitement-factor” had come in, we should have been a little higher. With the financials from Syrei for last month consolidated with Ariel Way, we have the highest revenue for Ariel Way ever on a monthly basis, and of course also on a yearly proforma basis. As we indicated in our last PR, Syrei came in at 20% above expectation. On proforma, we are getting closer to $8.5 million from Syrei only as compare with expected about $7 - $7.2 million. With 8-10% EBITDA, profitability, it is also the best ever for Ariel Way. With normal multiples of 1 – 2 times revenue we should reach a theoretical market cap of $8 - $16 million, or at least 1 – 2 cents. If we have a typical EBITDA p/e multiple of 15 – 25 times, we could have been even higher.
True, we have not yet announced the closing with Lime Truck and Mason Media Networks, but I am confident they will come soon.
Any thoughts you might have on this?
Thanks,
Arne Dunhem

Chuckling, What else do people expect...?
Hasn't everything per updates/plan/shareholders letters, etc. been "per stated"...!?!?
You're Welcome...

Xx Xxxxxx,
Thanks for your message. I thank you for still being a believer in us. I had of course hoped many more would. I am now getting financials from Syrei and they look good which makes all of Ariel Way look quite good. Let’s see if we can speed up the filing of the Q2, it is a good suggestion.
We are discussing with a potential IR firm and we will see how that will work out.
On all your P.S., I wish I could answer all your questions, but the info is still non-public. Also on potential new contracts, there are some pretty interesting things going, but we need to await until we can make public.
I would be pleased to speak with WallST.net. Let’s see how it will proceed. Thanks.
Regrettably, I can not tell you more for now.
With Best Regards,
Arne Dunhem

Point 5 of General DD: Debt - AWYI paid 75mil shares, a hard $2million dollars within 135-180 days? (5-6Months) with a balance of $2million capped based on a calculation of incentive revenues for the year... $2,000,000 if they hit/exceed targets at the end of a year? Less if they don't? correct?
5.Debt of approximately 4.6M (4M due to Syrei acquisition - see terms for Syrei acquisition above).
Debt to Syrei at this point only shares and $2M...eh?
You do just fine... You put alot of time into good summation of information for all to see over time and the Information page that you built took time and fortitude to compile... Keep it up, eh?
Original "Warrant" post on the AWYI board for Arne was 01/28/08 not 02/22/08

PM or public? Your choice, your page... Sorry...
Chuckling... I agree... I posted that after a BS whack of course...
Your Information page is good but still needs a couple of adjustments... chuckle...
Only my opinion of course...
Appreciate the annotated chart 'Speck'... Like your format... 'delta' and all... nice...
Thank you 'SpeckiesTrader'... appreciate the "solid" link...
Ok... Thanks 'TAKI'...
'Jestiron' I'm chuckling on this, this evening...
Just a thought and of course just my opinion only... Money is loaned, debt is due. Plain and simple, eh?
Nothing factually filed to date explains or lends itself to assumed postings on this message board today, does it? Some payments have been historically made and what are the terms of further agreement going forward?
It's kind of like a high interest credit line, easy to get for anyone at the time they need it, pay later, but pay, right? For those that have no financial acumen they lose that high interest financed car, fridge, whatever, and default to higher interest loans, due to various circumstances, etc... And it gets ugly...
Is that truly the case? Does anyone have proof or just continued conjecture and assmuption to cause doubt expressed because the short term "feel good" has left and their problem/feelings assumibility worsens because of it?
Look at posting, sentiment on this board right now from a number of posters... It's obvious and there...
Business is business... No one is blind unless they chose to be...
All just my opinion of course...
Agree 'jscot'... News has been steady and solid... It has also been exactly per plan per public shareholders letters/updates, eh?
OT: 'jscot'... CEO on another stock "youtube" thing, last week posted EESO... followed me a couple, maybe? or no?... chuckle...
'gonz' I haven't caught up on everything yet, but are you still in or are you all out now?
I haven't read everything on the board from today yet, doing it now...
Obviousily your business is none of my business, just curious is all...
LOL... Ditto 'jscot'...
Alternative energy markets should continue to grow in our current desired ecco-friendly culture climate, eh?
A lot of stocks in these sectors are doing well...
It's that time of year/years to "cycle" them... Isn't it?
Good one 'Quik'...
OT: Just remembered why I "Person Marked" you 'Quik'... Saw you put that modified pic post on another board over a week plus ago and then saw you posting here early last week when I was watching... LOL...
Agree 'Speck'... Definitely a potential factor, eh?
Another nice close... Green day, eh?
I believe it may be more inline with a quantity of 143- 'Cap', isn't it?
I didn't see anything higher than that in the filings unless I missed something...?
.9499... LOL... Couldn't give it up for .95, eh?...
See there... 'Quik's the man to know...
Same here 'Bullocks'... Not sure myself either, only personal assumptions at this point...
I personally don't know/have enough history with/about this company as of yet...?? Couple of deals PR'd recently...?? Possibility of short covering...?? Alot of SEC filings/refilings for Warrants/Amendments/Conversions/Timeframe(dates)/Price, yada, yada...??
Still working on sorting through information of my own/for my own satisfaction to see what may or may not be viable, ya know?
Definitely enjoying the ride up so far though, eh?... LOL...
Yowza... Working on a buck pretty soon, eh?
Good Morning all... Little more movement this AM, eh?
declare "NO JOY"... Goodnight all..
Certainly...
LOL... I like your "liken"... Nice analogy...
Wow... Tough board post-closing today, eh?... chuckle...
Somewhat enjoyable/entertaining to review...
LOL...
Why would you?... No need for this evening... Sporadiac weekend work at best to defer intermittent boredom at times before Monday open for sure 'Quik'...
Hey... "Solar" bikinis, no tan lines, eh?... lol...
I'll follow your lead 'Quik' for how you'd like it to look... By all means, take care of your "dreaded" set-up...
No Mulligan 'Quik'... LOL...
I'm a straight format kind of person... Few charts, news, PR's, etc...
The dancing bunnies and pretty pictures, etc., is for others to put in, eh?... LOL...
Run with it Bud!
LMAO... Gotcha...
But...
On the Asst. Mod. Gig... I prefer to be involved and do things, work on iBox also, etc, etc,...
You're the BM, knock yourself out if you wish... Just offering the help...
P.S. Don't want to/nor need to "pad" my resume 'Quik'... LOL...
Wow... 'Quik', Full complying of personnel now, eh?
I agree... I saw it also... MM's are working it to whatever they are being "allowed"/fed to do...
'Cap' I reviewed/watched the trading action in pennywold also today, (one of my "PW" days) and I do agree with basically what you have said within your post...
Although just my opinion only, "some could have been" on people selling for lack of interest/news/confidence/flippers/friday/charts/chartists/holdings, etc., etc.,... Additionally a multitude of reasons of which I may have missed... "Some" buying today also, eh?
This is still a solid sustained holding, is it not?
PPS could/is going to drop without volume and continued manipulation for personal gains, eh?
All just my opinion of course...
Hey 'gonz'...
You meant SEC filing not PR... Correct or no?
