Point 5 of General DD: Debt - AWYI paid 75mil shares, a hard $2million dollars within 135-180 days? (5-6Months) with a balance of $2million capped based on a calculation of incentive revenues for the year... $2,000,000 if they hit/exceed targets at the end of a year? Less if they don't? correct?


5.Debt of approximately 4.6M (4M due to Syrei acquisition - see terms for Syrei acquisition above).

Debt to Syrei at this point only shares and $2M...eh?
