The company has asked for an extention untill the end of SEPT. IMO they should have no problem getting it , They just filed an 8-K (and being a pinky I cant imagine they need to file alot of forms LOL)and have strong ties with the state of KY. The 3rd and final stage of the VPS pilot should be done in a week or two at that time it will be reviewed by the state of KY and many other states interested in this technology (around 20) if all goes well they will go active statewide at that time the PPS should start getting healthy. Remember these are things I believe to be true through contacts etc but please check everything out on your own!

I agree Capt. you need the volitility to make money. If I have learned anything it's that you TAKE A PROFIT and get out. I do not believe anything the company says I just look for MOMO, bottom reverals etc. and get out if they go up or get out quick if they start south !
