O/S as of march 2016. If it's close to that this thing will fly fast with some decent volume. May have to get a starter here.

Could have been BMIC finally getting rid of their shares and dumping them into the bid. We will see tomorrow if they are gone and the bid is less than 1b then that is what happened.
