Actually it's 9 - 24 days IMO. LOL
Long and Strong!
The Gov't is going to pay Lucy to let Charlie Brown kick the ball through the goal posts!
Dragon Tales!!!
Maybe the trading Gods are sending you a message!
Tighter grip on the shares in my camp.
Investor Goal: Appreciation in share value
Principal factors governing value of the Company (and its stock price)
* Ability to adequately fund the R&D, particularly the development of the image space material
* Ability to minimize the dilution of the Company stock
* Time it takes to commercialize the technology or make demonstrable progress in doing so
Factors that suggest that our Company may be undervalued by the market
+ Strong patent protection of IP
+ Strong partner in Schott
+ Favorable prospect for non-dilutive funding
Doug Freitag and Schott project Government funding of $20-25 million over 3 years. Others have received similar or greater government funding–Ostendo, Zebra
+ Prior to DTC “chill” and the consequent onerous financing, now extinguished, market valued the Company at $74 million vs $2-5 million in last 6 months
+ Substantial companies/potential partners (e.g., Boeing, Lockheed, Raytheon, SAC, etc.) have examined our technology –interested and supportive
Schott is making a big pitch for CSpace funding:
For now, these innovative 3D volumetric displays are still in the early development phase, but could be boosted by government funding. The U.S. government’s Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) fund fuels just this kind of advancement, and SCHOTT Defense and 3DIcon are pursuing funding from the full spectrum of interested agencies, from the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency to the National Institutes of Health.
I could not agree more Pegs! Good things to come for 3DIcon Shareholders.
No lie, only speculation on my part. It would not surprise me is all I am saying. Everything we all post here is speculation and some of it is stinky pasture patties!
If they don't get federal funding, I would not be surprised if Schott bought out 3DIcon and brought the entire CSpace development in house. For all we know, that might already be in the works, regardless of federal funding.
Where did you get the idea that a Joint Development Agreement was a funding agreement for Schott to give 3DIcon money? Its a JDA, not funding agreement! They are going to help them DEVELOP the technology, not fund it! They are working jointly with Freitag to help get funding from the government, not fund it out of their own pocket.
I agree 110% LOL. I've known Razor for several years and he sticks to the facts and his opinions are usually pretty rationale. He is the type of guy that would give you the shirt off his back if you needed one.
Many here are looking for "make me feel good" updates from the company. I would be much more concerned if they were pumping us with a bunch of BS like other penny stocks. That's one thing that sets them apart from the others. They will update us when there is something material to report, which I think will happen in the near future.
CSpace is complicated. If it wasn't, it would have been fully developed years back. IMO they are in the home stretch and need to finish their various improvements and get the right image space in place to improve the display capabilities. This is going to take funding. They generated some funding from GG warrants which may go toward the technology improvements while they work with Schott on the image space material.
Regards to leveraging your house to invest... (I know you were joking BTW) Everyone should trade 3DIcon at their own risk and ONLY invest in risky penny stocks what they can afford to lose.
I see a lot of emotions here lately, so that tells me some may have invested more than they can afford to lose. That is the investors fault, not managements. I am pretty sure Victor Keen has invested far more than any of us, and he knows a lot more than we do about their potential to complete CSpace.
They need the funding to finish the remaining work and image space. It's not that complicated to understand. They will get their funding, just be patient!
Some might argue that statement.
Buy on the dips and sell on the tips! Funding news is coming in the next 13 - 28 days IMHO!
This is not new debt on June 30th, it is an old financing agreement being exercised and has been reported in each and every filing since they got in bed with GG. Do your DD and know your investment.
LOL. Good post! You also posted a few months ago that we still had to deal with Golden Gate warrants after getting rid of the other toxic loans.
Putting it on Schott's web site is much more than a favor. It's a mission statement and not an impossible one!
(This post will self destruct in 15 - 30 days)
I don't think they spend that much time on the filings and cutting/controlling overhead costs has been in there for many quarters too. I am pretty sure it is pretty much a copy and paste exercise when the prepare these filings. Update the numbers and tweak the wording here and there. The filings for an R&D company don't tell that much except for expenses, funding and of course the all sensitive share counts.
I am more and more impressed that Schott put a CSpace product rendition on their web site. The government could spend millions on this type of technology to monitor our shorelines. I could see almost every ship in the Coast Guard and Navy outfitted with similar displays! We need to think big people, Schott is big and is talking big about CSpace!
So your prediction is funding in the next 65 - 125 days?
I am sticking to my gut with a 15 - 30 day window. But then again, I did eat two bowls of chili last night...
Historically, and I am talking ever since they starting filing 10K's and 10Q's, they have been very hesitant to put speculative statements. Not saying they never have, but they have taken a very conservative road with their filings and stuck to stating the historical facts.
The disclosure you provided that anything other than historical facts is forward-looking is just that, a disclaimer. My point is that they have chosen not to include that many forward looking statements because they don't always come to fruition.
I do recognize your point.
There never is... wait, wait, wait for it!
The funding announcement is coming!
WHAT ABOUT GRANT MONEY< HAVE THEY GIVEN UP ALLREADY???
That has been in several filings and never gone any further. I think this was an opportunity Mark Willner had pursued when he was CEO and it never got off the ground. I believe the thinking was that they could use 3DIcon stock to generate a deal for one of these 3D Display companies to go public and in turn would provide a revenue stream to further fund CSpace.
It has much more room to go up than it does down. I am a glass half full kind of guy! Especially when Schott and Freitag are banking on getting federal funding for CSpace!
Soak up them cheap shares while you can. Average down and profit up!
What will happen when they do get funding? $0.20 $2.00 or $20 per share? Think positive and be patient Madeson. I bet we see funding news in the next 16 - 31 days! LOL
The Fact that the company partnered with Schott and Freitag inspire me, and the pps being so low also inspires me to buy some more. Calm before the storm folks! Sideline sitters will be sorry IMO.
What a great perspective! The PPS does not reflect the value of the company's potential yet. Hang tight is right!
See, I told you funding news would be out in the next 30-45 days!
Wonder how these companies found each other and got together?
Shares were probably issued for services to prepare the quarterly statements.
Funding news imminent in next 18 - 33 days IMO.
Schott and Freitag will get the funding to develop CSpace into a marketable product for the Gov't. The pps is what it is and any insults at Schott's web site product renderings or 3DIcon at this point are just aimed at making it lower. The insults have no creditability with me.
Go Navy... Go CSpace!!!
Schott would not tout this on their web site if they weren't planning to develop it! This is totally awesome! Can't wait to see 10 million + days of volume when things get announced!
You said that same thing last week!
; )
Looks like they are sending that same message on their website!
Or maybe that message is to us!
Schott stated in the mgmt briefing that they did have a team looking into the materials, existing inventory, etc. That is already in the works and has been discussed here before.
Until you prove it, there is nothing to discuss!
Show us the proof and if it is true, you can explain to us why giving Schott 50 Million shares to help commercialize a revolutionary 3D Volumetric display product is a bad thing? I would give them 50 million shares in a heart beat if they can deliver the image space that is critical to success!
Ever hear of revenue sharing?
We have addressed this before... If shares traded hands with the JDA it would have been filed and reported to the SEC. That did not happen, so we can postulate on the upcoming funding news instead.
If the 3D input data is available, then CSpace can show it in a 3D VOLUMETRIC display! It is true, Blue!
