Some days I feel like we live in the People's Republic of The United States.
MMs suck.
Good post on BEDA in another forum.

I know exactly what you mean.
The news keeps coming that is material in nature, and it just putts along, in the low .02s.
I have another position that when, not if, it takes off, I'm backing those proceeds up into this one and riding the wave. When this explodes, it's going to be quick.
Unfortunately, the iggy button doesn't work. Not sure why, but I still see their posts...
It's frustrating
Someone's showed up after a long hiatus. Ready for a run?
It was a short squeeze it what it was...
Rella...
It's not about making money right now...
It's about accumulating shares and frustrating guys like you and me. They're patient. Are you?
Eventually the buying will overwhelm them. Eventually.
IMO...very simply...
For today, $150,902 is all the capital it takes to trade the entire day's volume. When that's happening, not hard to short it in decent quantities and move it up a bit - lower it a bit and frustrate the shareholder base.
Day traders that are in and out don't want dead money like I'm sitting on...but, that's ok...
When this runs and the volume overwhelms these tools, it will take off...big time!
If they want to hold this down for weeks at a time until they really have a bust through quarter, that's fine with me. We'll be at .15 in the blink of an eye, and by then, I'll be holding a ton of shares.
1M in BEDA...
15M was the revenues for MCLN that are expected year 1
How do you know how many I have?
Eventually, those fundamentals will overtake the shorts and, if they open positions that don't cover regularly, you'll see pops in all 3Qs this year...larger than normal. I think they're doing intraday covering to frustrate shareholders and pick up cheapies.
They will eventually stuff it up the MMs & Shorts keisters by doing a r/s and moving to a less cowboyish exchange, if you get my drift.
Responding to a question, so this is off-topic.
My other play is MCLN. They just announced news today of a national sales force, 15 individuals in various territories all over the US, to sell their new container series. Their expectations in the PR is 1M per individual, per territory.
15M at a 50% PM...bank...
And it's being stuffed by MMs and shorts...until 1Q that is.
I've got decent positions in 2 stocks, both with news hitting this week, and the games these jerks are playing is ridiculous!
I should be up HUGE on both of these investments.
It does not matter right now, IMO. Until the volume gets to 20-50M in a day, we'll be in the .02-.03 range, with the regsho data the dannol posts...we're going to see, AGAIN, 50% short volume, all IMHO.
Yeah, but dude...
You're a frontrunner...how so?
"We expect to meet and exceed our objective of $1 million in new business per territory in the first year of deployment."
That's 15M from March 2010-2011
Tex, I find it extremely curious that you are positive ahead of a PR like this for MCLN.
Coincidence?
I always laugh at these 'alerts'...
Anyone checked the BB all the way back 3 months?
It should say...'positive earnings growth appears to be showing up in 1Q report for 2010. This will finally stop the merry-go-round at .02 and move it up a level'.
All JMHO
Tex...
Did you recieve a love note from MCLN recently? ;)
At some point when the financials improve, fundamentals will overtake the nonsense that is taking place right now. It doesn't take a ton of capital to govern this stock at .02 with the volume.
You start seeing 1.25M show up as a positive on the financials and you'll start seeing the movement. By mid 2011, I think they announce r/s and move us over to where the markets play fair.
Until then, I'm going to start playing the spikes.
These otc stocks are merry go rounds...that's why MCLN wants to get to a real exchange, and dump this garbage. Trust me, these guys will build enough value via fundamentals and choose the right time to do the split and move.
No reason we should be here at these levels.
Over 25% of the float is traded in 2hrs + and this is only 25% up?????????
I'm full of BEDA, thank you very much.
ACQUISITION NEWS...

what's with the lift off to .0017?
It seems to me that the more I read on the company, the more these guys are ahead of the curve in the RMW market.
The vertical integration that Dannol spoke of, and I believe was confirmed by their partnership section of their site, is absolutely HUGE!
I think these next financials will show us that they're emerging from the woods, and by this time next year (April/May), you'll see some accelleration on their financials.
To borrow one from LP...GO MCLN!
This is a ticking time bomb. I think we're going to start seeing signs of life and as we approach Mid April, the shorts will begin to disappear.
You would be a fool to hold a short position if, actually, more like when, financials show further improvement.
I'm expecting profitability this next earnings release, then up we go!
What are form T trades?
To not have this post removed when several people have called the T/A and confirmed is an absolute joke by the moderators of this board.
This is pathetic.
The PR that was released to go along with the 10k. See cnbc.
You completely and utterly missed my post. You're being selective. I don't care about this acquisition, I'm out of BEDA right now, and I can't tell you about all the equipment you speak of cause it's nebulous.
However, you make these blanket statements like you're an authority when, in fact, regarding the business and equipment, it's all generalities.
Enough said. I don't care about BEDA or Graham, or answering your questions.
Just saying...in the Northeast, these boys are printing money. That FACT cannot be refuted.
Space, I have to tell you that you are dead wrong about the mobile imaging business.
I work for an insurance agency, and we insure an X-Ray imaging company, i.e. they drive around in the trucks you were making fun of, and conduct X-Rays. Trucks, employees and imaging equipment...that's all they have.
The guy that owns this company PRINTS money. It's very lucrative.
I'm not saying TMH is a profitable company or a quality acquisition, but when you make blanket statements like that, you clearly do NOT know what you are talking about.
If we do, I'm leaving work the next day!!!!
Also, I placed an order at 9:40 at .02, and meanwhile, I've watched them trade around my order.
I think games are a plenty with this equity and eventually, we'll see the big bang theory.
UPDATE: 10:42 - Partial Fill, and we just watched 500k shares trade and the price not move, from 464k to 900k+.
Believing in due diligence is one thing for a 3-4M company.
Actually calling the company on the phone and, if they have 3-4M in revenues, not even identifying themselves.
Shame on me.
I called the TMH number from Houston.com
http://www.houston.com/texas-mobile-health-incorporated-b3835741
What I get is an answering machine from some chick that says "we're not here, leave a message"
Adios
How's about you just jump on the phone with Sterling and get it done? Clear it up in one shot. Then, you can post with one final, correct voice and either tank the stock, or...
maybe lose your job? ;)
Somebody turned up the volume and pushed this down. Another interesting short report is on its way.
