This is the final week gorilla size MMs can shake the tree. The weak grip monkeys are falling out of the tree. However, we longs have grips like Gibraltar's Barbary apes! We know what we own and will not lose heart. Once the Q comes out and share holders meet I believe our faith in Strike Force Technologies will be vindicated. Then, with the release of the year end 10K SFOR will prove itself to of been the hidden gem of the OTC this year. I'm just glad I stumbled upon this diamond in the rough after the Microsoft settlement and took an initial position which I added to on dips. Yes, I sold a little on the recent spike but bought back on this subsequent dip. As Jesse Livermore (the 20th century's greatest stock investor) said "You can't go broke taking a profit". I did, and am confident of much more!
Connections like that can make a big difference for SFOR. Thanks ZPaul for highlighting it. Those considering investing should check out the connection as part of their DD
Volume proceeds price. Has our trading volume increased today?
Yup. Do you think that has appeared on peoples radars? What do you think the price will do? Go SFOR!
People don't realize the significance of the Steve Cooper-SFOR connection. Thanks for posting that!
Rest assured I never mind temporary gaps down at the open or any other time with SFOR. I know what I own here. You'll have to pry my SFOR shares out of my cold, dead hands at this point. The correlation of forces is now in our favor. There are so many irons in the fire! Long & Strong SFOR!
Could today's 8% rise in pps be a harbinger of the near future? Could this be the start of a run up to earnings? Are you sure you're on the right side of this trade? I'm celebrating with fellow longs now in the SFOR train's bar car. How about you? Did you catch the train as it left the station? SFOR Long & Strong!
Back in the end of the last Q SFOR products were only on the shelf in Target stores. You are correct that picture has changed with the figures being reported shortly. SFOR has now been in many more brick & mortar stores.
Same here! The last Q only reflected a few of days of SFOR products being on store shelves.
Power Hour is upon us. It should prove interesting and perhaps offer a glimpse into the future. Long & Strong SFOR!
Your guess is as good as mine.
This is the Singapore Telecom Dragon speaking to its minions.
The CEO Ms. Chua Sock Koong is concerned by today's rise in the pps of SFOR. It makes any buyout offer tendered by SigTel or our US subsidiary Trustwave diminish in its apparent generosity.
Please bear in mind that Mark Kay has stated he would not sell SFOR cheaply.
No, concurrently. Those attending the SFOR SHM should be given hard copy of the Q to review the same time the news is put on the wires after the market close that day. This insures all investors get the same news at the same time in accordance with the law.
That's true on the appropriated fund side of the house. On the non-appropriated fund (NAF)(these are monies base generated) I was able to cut shorter term contracts on a regular basis.
No telling how many were executed in this timeframe until news hits the wires.
The SFOR train has left the station. I, with my fellow longs who held, are comfortably berthed in first class accommodations. This ride across the continent will take a good week. The final stop is Edison, NJ on Friday 11/18 at 4PM EST. Along the way there will be temporary stops for some more travelers to board with increasingly higher priced tickets. Be aware the train may slow down at times enabling hobos to jump in the boxcars. The conductor has just called me to the dining car. I'll meet you my fellow long at 4PM today in the bar car to celebrate!
Having been a contracting officer as part of my Finance Officer duties I can tell you much depends on the number and complexity of contracts.
Narrative Section " Such delays are primarily due to management's dedication of management's time to business matters. This has taken a significant amount of management time away from the preparation of the Form 10-Q" One has to wonder just what was so important that management prioritized it. Could it be a deal of some sort to be proudly announced at the annual SH meeting? Inquiring minds want to know and will find out Friday 11/18/16 at 4PM at the SFOR office in Edison, NJ.
You make perfect sense. Release a good Q report at the start of the SH meeting. Do this the same time the good news hits the wires for those unable to attend. The SFOR pps pressure cooker then has all weekend to build up steam, then BANG on Monday! Smart plan Mark!
Dirty Harry said "Go ahead punk, make my day!" I add Go ahead shorts add to your short position. Like Dirty Harry then said
"Well punk do you feel lucky, well do ya?"
Shorts better cover! The Q is coming! ZPaul posted that e-mail from Mark that "sales are good". You want to be on the right side of this trade now don't ya?
Ya got to love the smell of shorts frying in the morning!
This gray matter lived in the UK. Sodified has a very negative implication in England. I thought you could be a Brit writing with the subtle, caustic humor I had encountered there.
Your assessment of US Government agencies being hesitant to "reveal some of the security profile that they would prefer not to make overly public" is particularly applicable to the DOD and USCG (part of DHS) that I have written about SFOR's Mobile Trust and received appreciative responses from. They in particular would not want to tip their hand to hostile intelligence agencies such as Russia's GRU (military intelligence) or the PLA's Unit 61398 in Shanghai known as the "Commint Crew".
Sorry to be ignorant but what does "sodified" mean? Or, did you want to write certified?
Some of the best executive backgrounds and experience of pink sheet listed stocks! Know what you own.
My wheel dog's name was King. I agree with you. From my previous listening to Kay's video that inflection point is Q1 2017.
This is not my grocery money, so I'm not hungry. I can afford to wait for the Q1 report. Some can not. It all depends on your personal time horizon. Long & Strong SFOR!
Patience is a definite virtue with SFOR being so close to things happening on several fronts.
Brilliant! Great DD thanks for sharing it with us! Now knowing just how things work is encouraging. The SAS survival motto school motto is "Knowledge dispels fear". This holds true with SFOR's course of litigation and the timeline you discovered. Thanks again.
My Austrian grandmother had a saying. Translated from German it is: pray like no work would help but work like no prayer would help. I've been praying for SFOR and doing what I could to help the company writing government officials. I also know hard work is honored. Mark Kay and those two business development specialists have been working hard for us. In time we will reap the benefits of all that labor.
I disagree. Next weeks Q will be good but not great. CEO Mark Kay only got the help he needed when he hired those 2 business development specialists. The fruit of their efforts won't be fully revealed until the year end K is issued.
I stand corrected. I should have written short term fluctuations.
To me they do not matter as I am a long term investor. Let's continue this conversation following the release of the SFOR FY year end 10-K. If it temporarily spikes to the trips rest assured I'll be taking advantage of it. Long & Strong SFOR!
It all depends on your timeline. We long term investors know what we own, how valuable the IP is and that Mark is executing on his 4 point company growth plan. We know deals & litigation is in the works and that as Mark said in his e-mail to ZPaul "sales are good". The reporting of all this follows a schedule that some people don't have the patience for to their detriment. If you're a day trader you took a beating today and have my sympathy but not my understanding of the way you operate. To each their own.
Same here. The EOY 10-K is where the rubber meets the road for SFOR and me. Until then these daily fluctuations are to be ignored unless you are a short term flipper of day trader.
As Captain Renault said to Rick "I'm shocked, shocked that gambling is going on here!" in the 1942 classic Casablanca.
He then pocketed his winnings given to him by a waiter from last night's luck at a game of chance. I believe I'll be pocketing substantial winnings with the release of the 10K. What can I say
Madams and Mansours place your bets. I'm betting on SFOR!
ZPaul posted the e-mail from Mark stating sales were good. So, I believe that will be reflected in the coming 10Q. The only issue for me is the data cutoff date is before the efforts of the 2 business development specialists Mark hired got hard to work.
The fruit of their efforts won't be revealed until the FY year end 10K. I've got patient capital invested here so I can wait for what I expect will be good news.
I agree it's trying to be patient going through these lows. It's a good thing I enjoyed roller-coasters as a kid. SFOR has been one heck of one recently! However, the car never went off the rails. Sure, we're in the valley right now but I'm confident of another climb to another crest in the not too distant future.
Some people have gotten motion sick or lost their nerve and had to get off. That's O.K. I understand people have different risk tolerances or wanted to lock in a profit. Like Jesse Livermore said once "You can't go broke taking a profit". I have also taken a modest profit with SFOR along the way. I am now fully invested and never touched my core position. For me, this ride is not over. It doesn't end until buyout! I know what I own. Long & Strong SFOR!
Don't know about a "throwaway comment" coming from Mark. Time will tell since the SH meeting is only a week away. I'm sure the board looks forward to your first impressions following the meeting. So, please consider posting them. Thanks!
SFOR Q should be out Tuesday according Esther. I was corrected thinking it would be Monday.
I agree. Do you have any idea how long the international patent process will take SFOR. I believe it has been in "patent pending"
status for awhile.
I agree. SFOR has not had a share holders meeting in years! The question is just what's going on? Why would CEO Mark Kay say in his video "We'll adjourn then go for drinks and hors d'oeuvres
after" if he expected a room full of angry share holders? Some good news must being announced at the meeting to give him the confidence to say that.
