That comment sounds like a typical penny stock pump. I've seen it many times with penny stock scams that all failed!
I know you're reading my post Danni... :)
So far I think NGTF is trying to sell a marketing ploy, not a product that will catch a significant market share...if at all.
NGTF said their product is available in a certain retailer chain...when I called the stores they said they showed it on their computers but their grocery dept people had never heard of it and said it is NOT in their ice cream coolers.
For the time being, I'm calling NGTF a scam!!!
Never can be sure...but my guess is this sell off will continue tomorrow.
Over a million shares of volume again today.
Over 20 million shares have been added to the total outstanding shares listed in the iBOX.
One or more people are gaining hundreds of thousand$ every time this kind of volume happens.
I wonder how many more millions of shares will be sold off?
I take it you haven't called any of the stores to verify what I posted.
It's easy to do and only takes about 5 minutes.
Speaking of details...why does the iBOX still show this...
Outstanding Shares 28,691,432
As of today Bloomberg shows this...
Shares Outstanding 49.81M
Why don't you just call the grocery dept at one of the stores and ask them if the ice cream is in the cooler yet.
BTW...you need to update your info box above...
Shares Outstanding 47.9M
Forgot to delete the "5".
Should read Shares Outstanding 47.9M
The modurator should update the info box above...
Shares Outstanding 5 47.9M
Kind of makes you wonder doesn't it.
Could be other principles in the company selling other than to top guy and/or stock promoters who were paid with NGTF stock to promote the company.
Fair enough. Hope this post gets through cause I don't have a subscription and am limited in the number of posts I can post.
A little problem I have with what I learned today...
The news release said Nightfood ice cream is "available" in those stores, but the grocery depts said they've never heard of the product nor is there any Nightfood ice cream in there coolers right now.
Maybe the product will be available in those stores soon...I hope so.
But for NGTF to say it's "available" before the product is on the floor is not helpful.
As an example...many years ago I owned a stock/company that said they had a relationship in place with a company and things were "on the move now" and they had deals ready to go with big manufacturers.
It NEVER happened.
Just to prove I'm not a basher...I found some info on Nightfood ice cream.
I saw the news about the new retailer so I made some phone calls in the Chicago area.
The HQ for this retailer said they do carry Nightfood ice cream...at least that's what their computer says.
So far I checked with the grocery depts in two of their stores.
Neither one has ever heard of Nightfood ice cream even though the stores computer shows that it IS available in at least these two stores. The grocery depts physically inspected the ice cream coolers and said they didn't see anything branded Nightfood ice cream.
This could simply mean it hasn't arrived in these stores quite yet, even though the stores customer service depts say it IS available.
I will takes this as a positive.
Of course not...but this stock is too far off it's highs for me.
Good luck...I hope you make some money.
Excuse me..."wouldn't touch".
Agreed...GXXM is waaaaaay down from it's highs.
I would touch this with someone else's 10 foot pole.
Negativity belongs on these boards just as much as positivity. Actually more...if the company is good then the postive news will stand on its own.
The goal for investors is to make informed decisions.
As you can see...I survived. :)
But I sold my shares after that happened.
For ITKG to do that to me was a big red flag.
Anyone who buys ITKG shares now will be flushing their money.
How can this be? lol
BTW...don't remember if I ever told you this...
Years ago I owned some ITKG shares...I called their HQ to chat with them.
I made the mistake of giving them my personal info over the phone.
Within a day or two one of the pumpers on this board posted my personal info and smeared me.
The only people that had my info were the people at ITKG HQ.
It was either the company or one of their promoters that did this.
Is this the way a legit company operates? I don't think so.
"going to the moon"?
"I say next week is the moment of truth... this product gest launched, offers will be on the table 14.00 a share min and gone private LOL"
Caution to new investors...completely ignore this kind of rhetoric.
On another note concerning the "shareholder lock-up".
"THIS AGREEMENT FOR SHAREHOLDER LOCK-UP AND ACQUISITION OF WARRANTS (the “Agreement”) is dated as of February 4, 2019 between Sean Folkson (“Shareholder”) and Nightfood Holdings Inc., a Nevada corporation (“Company”)."
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1593001/000121390019001767/f8k020419ex10-1_nightfood.htm
#1 Does anyone know if there is anyone besides Folkson that is obligated to keep their shares locked up for 12 months? This SEC filing only idicates Folkson.
#2 It's hard to determine if statistics on penny stocks are always accurate, but this is what I found on NGTF...
Major HoldersCurrency in USD
Breakdown
46.01% % of Shares Held by All Insider
0.03% % of Shares Held by Institutions
0.05% % of Float Held by Institutions
1 Number of Institutions Holding Shares
Top Institutional Holders
Holder Shares Date Reported % Out Value
L & S Advisors Inc 11,900 Dec 30, 2018 0.03% 2,189
P.S. Folkson's locked up shares doesn't appear to account for all shares held by NGTF insiders. If true, it may be that other company insiders can sell their shares.
P.S.S Always be careful with penny stock companies that are registered in Nevada.
"Consolidation"? LOL
How about paid stock promoters selling their shares into the buying pressure.
For those who don't mind spending time researching, you can find stock promoters for penny stocks, including NGTF.
These promoters are paid by the company to promote their stock to investors.
Promoters are paid in blocks of the companies stock and/or cash.
Promoters recieving a significant number of the company's stocks is a common form of compensation...then they pump the company...when buying pressure comes in these promoters sell their shares.
It's likely that one or more promoters made a ton of money yesterday.
Here's a snap shot from 2017...looks like they're loaded for bear.
Marketplace: OTCQB
Floating shares: 5,865,085 (as of March 30, 2017)
Outsanding shares: 31,069,567 (as of October 16, 2017)
Authorized shares: 200,000,000 (as of October 16, 2017)
200,000,000 authorized shares? Ouch!
Can anyone say " Ground Floor" ?
Don't forget "To da moon". LOL
Yes it was.
It was my early years of day trading and gambling on penny stocks.
A warning to all readers...beware of LOI, Letter of Intent.
"Nightfood Holdings (OTC:NGTF) and Global Consortium (OTC:GCGX) Sign Letter of Intent for Edibles Joint Venture Under Half-Baked™ Trademark"
"Half-Baked™ Trademark" LOL How ironic.
Never...I repeat NEVER believe a LOI from a penny stock!
Press Releases are also a dime-a-dozen from penny stocks.
I wouldn't be surprise at all if you are really up $15K.
I bought a penny stock years ago...I was up $100K.
In a few weeks it came all the way back down.
Now it's a triple zero stock.
That company made the same kinds of claims NGTF is now making.
That's how I know what I'm talking about.
“We’ll be announcing our first major retail chain next week,” added CEO Sean Folkson. “In a perfect world, all this media wouldn’t have started until after we were able to publicize where product is available. But, it’s not in our control that the media wanted to run with it. When you have a story, you meet the news where they are.”
“In a perfect world, all this media wouldn’t have started until after we were able to publicize where product is available."
Oh really...so how did the media find out about it.
Because NGTF told them...that's how!
They wanted to generate stock buying before their product was even on the shelf.
“We’ll be announcing our first major retail chain next week,” added CEO Sean Folkson."
Get ready for disappointment...a statement like that can mean ANYTHING!
The media knew about this ahead of time because NGTF told them.
Big Red Flag!
Actually I may be the BIGGEST value to would-be NGTF investors.
They should research NGTF like crazy...and remember one very important thing about investing.
"I'd rather miss a chance at a profit than lose my principle".
If NGTF were the real deal you would have already heard news about possible buy-out offers.
Hey...I hope you make some money.
But when/if it spikes, get out fast.
Don't be concerned about what the bid and ask are doing.
Research the company and follow their progress and sales.
Doesn't matter how old the article was...I recognize the language.
I've seen the same language from many failed penny investments.
I just did a little scratching on NGTF.
Looks like possibly a penny stock scam.
No thanx
"NightFood (NGTF) Engages Global Investigative Services to Investigate Suspicious Market Maker and Trading Activities"
Definitely sounds like a hype...
https://globenewswire.com/news-release/2018/04/02/1458435/0/en/NightFood-NGTF-Engages-Global-Investigative-Services-to-Investigate-Suspicious-Market-Maker-and-Trading-Activities.html
NGTF says they retained "GIS" to investigate suspicious trading activity by market makers and naked shorting. LOL
GIS looks like a repo company.
http://www.gis-investigations.com/
Whatever that means.
zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
I'm watching with interest. Looks like the 2019 Product of the Year was a targeted survey.
Seems very interesting, but I'm also smelling penny-hype.
The proof is in the pudding as to whether they get a significant market share.
What if a company like Ben and Jerry's does the same thing?
It would be game over possibly.
FLWS is looking good...and we still have Valintine's Day, Mother's Day, and the peak months for weddings coming up.
That means you want me to do yer work for you...right?
It's somewhere on this forum.
Try googling iHub Keith Anderson or search this forum.
I got in at $12.92...it's at $17.20 at the time of this post.
So far I'm enjoying the ride.
What a shocker. :)
Hope all is well with you Sputnik.
I don't get here as often as I use to, but I want to look for my latest stock pick here.
I'm up about 30% in 3 months. :)
It's been posted before.
Look for it if you want to know.
"a little slow"?
Are you kidding...Keith was running a scam from the beginning...he should be doing time in prison, but he knew how to play the scam.
Keith is now living in an expensive neighborhood that investors paid for.
He does not care about you or anyone else. He made his scam-money and now he's gone, living the easy life with the money that he cheated investors out of. Keith should be doing time in prison.
You will never hear from Keith again!
Looks like zero volume...the owners of ITKG are simply ripping people off.
They have absolutely NOTHING to offer the markets or investors.
Maybe we should ask, "What never happened to ITKG?"
Then why did you buy them?
