cfpjbs, for me there are good folks like you and others with whom I can enjoy the passing of time while awaiting additional moves. I enjoy your posts and the soundness of your judgement.
Seems like most quality stocks have a life cycle for me.
The Discovery Period, wherein you drive your spouse crazy with talk of the stocks insane undiscovered value.
Due Diligence, where you spend every waking hour trying to find the hidden skeletons and only reinforce your original inclinations. You create a relationship with company personnel and begin to hoard shares.
The Patience period where you have most of your position and you force yourself to search elsewhere for another great stock, yet keep returning because of the knowledge that "it" could run any time. We are sitting here now awaiting the news that will drive share price.
The Big Run where it begins to approach assigned values and you go through the mental debates as to whether you should take more or less off the table and at what point.
The Reminiscence stage where you look back with fondness on a wonderful period of life and second-guess every move you made.
All in all it's just a big addicting Monopoly type game with which you scratch out a living. It is in finding some quality people to share it with that makes the ride worth while.

It seems rather obvious to me that NDOL is the primary focus of Monimpex and AURC is currently the understudy as of this date.
The news release today revealed nothing that wasn't already known to most investors. The 4 billion listed as debt, "per Russian accounting" to balance the books was something only bashers, flippers and the very nervous raised an eyebrown over. It was a non-issue on the website release and it remains a non-issue today.
The listing of assets from Klyon were already PR'ed on prior dates and have been discussed on this board for weeks. Nothing of impact or substance was released with this PR, we are on temporary standby.
IMO the feel from this release almost comes across as, they are getting a bit antsy, let's give them something and maybe the quantity of calls will subside. The time to let AURC have her run is not here.
The inherent value of AURC remains grossly undervalued and rises with the precious metal Spot prices. So the patient will wait and the flippers will exit to attempt a lower re-entry level. Once NDOL 8K's and the merger is completed, the stage will be mostly AURC's and we will get fairer value as each of our announcements are made. So will it be a Russian suitor or Canadian?

You are reading this situation abolutely spot on pnew122. The intents of the primate/amphibian is absolutely clear and has been since his first postings.
This same poster initiated findings of old legal history months ago and promised a bombshell. It never materialized, the primate disappeared and Mr. Chapter54 showed up with praises for the primates work.
Also, notice how many times the confederate, Chapter54 checks to see if primate/amphibian is on board. This is a repetitive question over time attempting to create a show of respect.
So, are they one poster with two aliases or two posters in confederacy? My guess is one poster with the two aliases. Either way, information provided by either alias cannot be considered worthwhile or of value. IMO, it is fit only for the round file.

Any time a firms President puts out a written PR, the legal language is always difficult and nothing is ever promised. That being said, Robbins does not put out PR's often ane when he does, it has meaning. This is a great PR that is chock full of innuendo as to where we are heading. Later this summer and later this year tell the timetable and multiple partnerships the magnitude. With many interested partners and CTUM's unwillingness to license at less than optimum rates, it is obvious Mr. Robbins knows what hand he holds. I hope Lowman goes low key the next few months so we can continue to add shares prior to liftoff.

Reverse merger, the existing outstanding shares both freetrading and restricted are approximately 243 million in number. The status of these existing shares, our shares, remain as they were pre-merger. These constituted 100% of outstanding shares pre-merger but will now be 41% of the shares.
Additional shares equal to 59% more than currently exist or 350,000,000 will be issued to the new entity personnel who are reverse merging into NDOL. These will be SEC santioned series 144 shares with their condition being restricted.

Rook, my take, two Russian entities do a reverse merger where the larger of the two entities is assililated into the smaller one and receives a larger portion of the shares? This lends even more credibility to the "western" market's way of doing business and Monimpex/NDOL/AURC as viable business people.
They retained a mostly Russian Management team, which will sit well with the Russian Federation and their laws. I really like having Stratton Stevens and Gerald Parkin as V.P.s it lends some western influence and business savvy to the group.
I don't like Mr. Parkin having to continue dividing his time with us at AURC, he is too busy now. Hopefully the ex-Pres. Makarov can pick up the pace on AURC's end.
Despite complaints from some shareholders NDOL communicates well and is very quick to point out an inaccuracy. They will get better at PR's.
The correction on where revenues are derived clearly shows they have other sources of income other than oil production. This shows upside is far higher than many estimate. They remain grossly undervalued.
They are playing by SEC rules which will lend comfort to some of the nervous, and they have all the new shares tied up in series 144 restricted for a period keeping the share pool as is.
In all honesty I thought this would run when the merger was completed because the assets far exceed the value the market has placed on NDOL.

2create, I may be "pathetically wrong" and it won't be the first time or the last. I am currently wrong with money as I bought NDOL on a dip this week. By the way, you missed my point also.
You have mostly American/Canadian investors who do not have the understanding of you or others regarding the Russian Corporate hierarchy. They understand the Chevron/Exxons of the world but have no clue regarding business "over there".
Do I think this NDOL will reach a fair and favorable share price? Absolutely, but not nearly as quickly as if they had merged with a known entity.
I think this is born out by the share price reaction today.
I also believe the same reactions will apply with AURC. For a faster more pain free resolution, I hope the dance partner is a western entity.

Creede you rascal. Why hasn't Mr. Morris placed you on the payroll. Singlehandedly you have done more PR work behind the scenes than any marketing specialist. If you want the warm fuzzies, call Dexter but when you have dozens of questions to be answered, go to Creedes IHUB Board and read away. 2create, the sub-soil law is an interesting law, but I don't think it really adds value to our mineral reserves.
It is the bottom line, how much cash will be made plus the beauty of your partner. I believe the partner you dance with adds the "immediate" value. Dancing with Kathy Bates at the prom won't have the same gaga factor with your buddies (shareholders) as dancing with Halle Berry.
We just saw NDOL and North-West something do a reverse merger into NDOL's corporate structure (living in NDOL"S house). The reserves and numbers factor of North-West looks great. However the share price dropped because the partner is more like Miss Bates than the lovely Miss Berry.
If this merger had been with Exxon-Mobil or Chevron, entities of known quality, the price would have shot upward IMO and everyone would be talking. As it is, everyone wants to make sure that Miss Bates personality is all that it should be,and that takes time.
I hope AURC is courted by a bevy of beauties and that Miss Barrick ends up on our arm and we live in her house.

IHDR,relax and keep adding value to the board like you have done today. There are angry people on every board and others who would deceive you in a heartbeat. Posting what you know to be true should never be a threat to you.
The first several times I posted info after talking with Mr. Parkin, I had several yell with the caps. Mentally I went through the same emotion. I'm sharing a legitimate conversation and people are angry with me?
After pondering the phenomenon, you come to the realization that it adds value to the general community and eventually the stock. Not everyone will always appreciate your efforts, most however will. Keep posting, it is in all our best interests.

Rook what is the old saying, "when you are up to your arse in aligators, it's tough to remember your initial objective was to drain the swamp". Mr. Parkin et al are paying for expenses from their own wallets, they have a limited staff, one entity with ongoing merger/buyout talks, acquisitions coming fairly steadily for AURC, website upgrade reviews, inquiries from majors about the AURC, constant travel/expenses, shareholders constantly asking for info............
Mr. Parkins has said recently all the calls are getting old. He is still answering his phone most times, something has to give soon. My guess is it won't be a PR firm first but something for AURC/NDOL that is very special.
They are not diluting the outstanding shares to pay for acquisitions or expenses, why? IMO he will want revenue to cover expenses before taking on any additional expenses.
He is truly trying to maximize value for all shareholders, of which he is one. Whether we end up in a buyout or a merger, Mr. Parkin is making a gallant effort to gain maximum leverage for the best deal possible.

It seems the old set of Soviet states are beginning to splinter further apart with the Ukraine and Georgia leaning further to the west and possibly even joining the European Union. For us, that would certainly make LTC more accessible for even western Europe.

Enjoying the AURC ride? In the first week of February, AURC briefly hit .25 and people began to talk about a life-changing event as we would head to $3 or more dollars per share. But that was a peak and we began a slow slide back to .05 placing many of the hopeful in the bitching bagholders realm. Late March and early April looked bleak and just a few shareholders huddled around the website in communal misery. Gold was sitting just off 20 year highs near 550 per ounce and every facet of AURC was open by some to scrutiny and ridicule, even Mr. Parkin’s dietary habits were a topic for the heavily frustrated. In those dark days some took a chance and ignored the surrounding fear and bought. It’s been six weeks since that dip, how have things changed for AURC shareholders since then?

Are you enjoying the AURC ride? In all probability, the rise in AURC’s share price will be a life-changing event for many on this board. The ability to accumulate wealth and be considered “affluent” is not a privilege afforded to everyone. This security continues to reveal attributes of a very high quality stock, one that will yield great wealth to the patient.

Accepting the task of a Board Moderator is a challenge and responsibility most would not take upon themselves.
The effort to maintain a boards high standards and amid ever encroaching bashers/pumpers is thankless and never ending.
Some posters in an effort to undermine the resolve of the Moderator will resort to borderline personal attacks of a repetative nature. This repetition will continually place stress on the governer and can eventually lead to the loss of their leadership, to the detriment of the board and Ihub. Requirements of a quality Moderator include long hours, intelligence, levelheadedness, sagacity, and extreme patience.
An example of continuous "borderline" personal attacks IMO would be reviewable on the CTUM board. Lowman has to me displayed the qualities listed previously and has expecially shown great patience amid a continued campaign to discredit him as a person and moderator. The time and effort he exerts is invaluable to this board IMO.
A review of the posts by JAGMAN on this board displays a distinct lack of respect, failure to provide any insight and a continued effort to marginalize the Moderator LOWMAN's position. Should he vacate the post, a valuable asset would be lost to both posters and IHUB.
I would hope that Management would be quick to provide a stronger backing to such Moderators to preserve what seems to be a decreasing board quality as the Raging Bull mentality and type of posters seem to be immigrating to this forum in greater numbers.

Read his early life biography "Morning on Horseback" recently and absolutely loved it. A weak and illsighted child he nearly died from asthma. He forced himself to become the Roughrider many of us envision through perseverance and determination. He was very innovative and progressive in his investments, he missed on some but hit on many. Extremely well read, I would agree, CTUM would have delighted him. We need more TR's and less leeches and critics.

News that has moved us most is the LFG and its association with DuPont. Gas remains a very hot sector and will for some time. Pipeline news should be imminent which gives us continued play. For the near term, it makes sense to stay listed in the hotter of the two sectors IMO.
Having said this, yesterdays news that we should begin LTC licensing in the next several months may change everything in the near term. When CTUM signs a license with a world renowned firm and the potential of our larger play unfolds, I say then make the switch to medical.

Mr. Parkin is actually of Ukrainian descent not Franco/French. He has a Masters degree from a Parisian College and lives in French speaking Montreal but no genetic heritage. His parents immigrated to Canada prior to his birth with a group of at that time Russians. Perhaps our well-informed professional with the language and manners of a Cretan can provide the group Mr. Parkin’s Secretaries name. This would help prove you are whom you claim. I am sure several others also know her name and we can verify you speak with some substance. Please, no salty adjectives to accompany the name, let us give her the respect she deserves.

The collective genius of many investors is currently on display for all. An NDOL tender offer from a bonafide suitor of $2.17 and people are jumping out under a dollar like they need to hustle out and buy some meth.
Seems like many are here in this stock also. A completely clear view of what will happen to us by watching NDOL and they risk making a few phennigs to flip out each day, some for a loss.
It takes all kinds to make a market, intelligence, not required.

Everything Mr. Parkin has said would happen, has happened only in a different time frame. I believe thay are far busier than they had planned. Once NDOL closes out, the second half of the show really begins.

NDOL now and AURC is next with many of the same people. AURC has slightly more assets but OS structure is 243 versus 103 million, AURC has only about 40% of the outstanding shares. Talking with Mr. Parkin a month or so back, talking about the potential for a buyout he said "I could be out of a job".

Moderator Lowman, good news indeed. The attached passage from the news release speaks hugely for the volume of business this can generate. It also addresses the timeframe in which it may occur.

I would be a bit surprised to see much drilling before the past week in Natrona County, Wyoming as the weather just broke. Casper itself sits a mile above sea level and much of the surrounding geography is well above this. Higher elevations in Wyoming present some of the countries most hostile environments in winter and early spring. The intermountain area has had a very wet, cold spring that has left much of the area behind on outdoor events. It has snowed in a broad area as low as 4000 feet in the last two weeks. Traveled last weekend and at 7000 ft and above there is still an amazing amount of snow.
In Wyoming, Nevada and Utah, the larger urban areas have been culled for oil field workers, especially truck drivers as the producing wells are ahead of the connecting pipeline infrastructures. The counties of Natrona/Uinta/Sweetwater, Wyoming, Uintah/Duchesne/Sevier, Utah and White Pine, Nevada are swarming with drill rigs, pipe layers, maintenance workers and geologists in warm weather. Oil exploration and drilling are hyperactive in the mountain west as long as you have the weather and assets to punch holes. Once oil passed $60 per barrel, the mentality of even the most passive firms changed to aggressively finding oil out here. Personally I would expect drilling later this month or early next.

Still here Pugdog and holding all shares long term and reading the board several times a day. I remain as confident as ever this will culminate with huge gains for those holding at the right time. The board still has its magical posters that provide DD and insight. However for the most part, it has become more tedious with vacuous posts that waste time.
So many new folks that with their initial post, “can anybody tell me” starting another cycle of rehashing. Lazy investors are an easy fleece for the well informed and research is the domain of the successful. Yes, I am still here but am waiting with patience for the upcoming PR’s citing partners, buyout offers, production, a new listing, audited numbers and Mr. Parkin being named to the Canadian billionaires list. He deserves it for all the calls he takes daily that interrupt his work.
Watching the trading the past several days IMO you can plainly see the same games and manipulation that took this security down to the 1.3 cent level on the initial drop. No we won’t drop anywhere near that low this time but you still can’t fight Nite and his gang of skanks. Despite our pitiful efforts, it will seek its own level. I suppose we also have some investing clubs that spike the price, dump and leave until it reaches a low of their liking and on it goes.
Now we are knocking on $700 per ounce spot price and over $400 per ounce processed profit. Keep smiling Pugsy, our day in the sun is coming, it just can’t be hurried.

Emailed Mr. Parkin concerning the discrepancy in ounces of gold on the PR's and the balance sheet today.
Here is his answer:
"There is a different method of calculations for geologists and accountants who make deductions for certain accounting principles. That is why the accountants’ net figures are lower".
I am unfamiliar with this accounting principle and would appreciate someone who is familar, providing an explanation.
