Wise move on CDEL's part. Do you think the others will smarten up in time?
Ring ring, ring ring it's your stock broker calling. How do you want to close your SFOR short position? Sell a security or take it from your cash balance. Wait! I'm afraid that won't cover what's due now. Sorry. Do you want me to sell those other shares now or can you wire or transfer funds immediately?
Msg from SingTel Dragon to remaining shorts. Contrary to popular opinion I don't enjoy incinerating people. You have a closing window of opportunity to cover your short position before the dreaded broker call. You know the tide has turned here. You can read a chart & technical indicators. Do you want to be on the wrong side of this trade? The choice is yours. You have been warned.
We have ignition of the Strike Force Technologies first stage.
Hope you all loaded up on rocket fuel before the blast off.
Old, outdated news as usual.

Ms. Chua Sock Koong (CEO Singapore Telecom) Dragon, are you in position?
SingTel Dragon (currently airborne over OTC stock exchange) Yes.
Ms. Koong-The time has come to incinerate our short minions
Dragon-Wilco shortly, out
Ms Koong-Singapore Telecom Corporate Headquarters, out

You are correct. The revised agenda deleted "any other business" which is the usual standard catchphrase that could have included an item like a buyout offer. The SH meeting will be well organized and brief as Mark said it would be.
I brought it to management's attention with a phone call this AM. I was informed the issue had been discussed already!
Good to know they keep on top of of breaking news in the cyber security sphere. Go SFOR!
No, you have it wrong. It's buy the rumor, sell the news.
NYT 11/16/16 "Text a message, China listens In". This article is on the front page with details of how prepaid phones ran a secret code reporting what was texted back to China. Last night the PBS "News Hour" stated it could be for marketing or INTELLIGENCE purposes. This is very disconcerting to say the least!
True. But some people's stop loss triggers could have been pulled.
Ya got that right, woof woof Go SFOR!
Communications Intercept Report 0800 EST 11/16/16
Ms. Chua Sock Koong (CEO Singapore Telecom) Dragon, are you up yet?
SingTel Dragon (currently on station a US cave) Yes, Ms. Koong. I was just finishing my Tai Chi routine.
Ms. Koong-I need you in the air circling the OTC stock exchange within the hour.
Dragon-What does this air operation envolve?
Ms. Koong-Incinerating the shorts!
Dragon-But the shorts are our loyal minions? Why turn on them?
Ms. Koong-Do you think our honorable ancestors were able to build & maintain this 130 year old company without sacrifice? How do you think we became Asia's largest Telecom provider?
Dragon-But why now? What's your logic?
Koong-The shorts have served their purpose. They enabled us to quietly accumulate cheaply to ameliorate the damage of a settlement with, or acquisition of, SFOR. The BOD will determine which. The shorts failed to break the back of the .004 level of support. The pps recovered and is poised to increase. Their time is over! Burn them at your earliest opportunity. Then report back to me.
Dragon-Yes, Ms. Koong, as ordered.

Good to see him realistic. I see a nickel as the minimal acceptable buyout bid right now. The question is who has deep enough pockets to easily afford it? By my estimate Singapore Telecom is the logical candidate. They have assets of $62 billion so the SFOR buyout at 5 cents pps would be chump change for them. Then by continuing the present litigation and adding the other 5 companies Mark mentioned they could readily recover that modest buyout price. What do you think?
That silver Nickle seems a reasonable buyout figure (at this time)
Not the .007 originally proposed IMHO
Great synopsis of SFOR's ongoing litigation against Duo, Centrify and Trustwave (read Singapore Telecom) Mods please sticky!
Good Catch! I'll be in a state joyful anticipation until it is released today. Thanks for the morale booster.
The estate of Mr. Fly disavows the information posted by a pretender posing to be his son. At the time of his demise Mr. Fly's children were only maggots. He had no grown son. Also, Mr. Fly bravely met his fate in the SFOR office at the hands (with fly swatter) of Mr. Mark Kay, CEO SFOR. Mr. fly would have been warmly received and rewarded by Ms. Chua Sock Koong, CEO Singapore Telecom for returning with the valuable intelligence he gathered on his SFOR mission.
So glad you agreed with me!
Other companies have done that. I like the fact that it would then be released after the market closes Friday 11/18. That gives potential investors time to do their DD over the weekend. Consequently, Monday 11/2 should have a most interesting first hour of trading for SFOR.
I'm in perfect agreement with that.
Sweet! Such positive customer reviews are just what SFOR needs. Looks like a nice contribution from the two recently hired business development specialists.
A non-starter low buyout offer could well be announced. However, CEO Mark Kay has publically stated he would not sell SFOR on the cheap. Mark Kay would tell whoever offered .007 a share to take a hike! That in itself could bolster SFOR pps.
I'm glad I could make you smile! I'm convinced Singapore Telecom is very concerned about being on the hook for a large settlement or treble damages due to its Trustwave subsidary's patent infringment on SFOR's IP.
I agree "it's just a matter of giving it enough time, and having enough patience to succeed with this investment" and the rest you wrote is also very reasonable. This issue is timeline. I have patient capital invested here because the DD I did unearthed the tremendous IP and potential SFOR has. If you are a day trader you're out of here. If you are a short term trader, likewise.
I believe many fall into that category and are panicking. But, like Baron Rothchild said "Buy when there is blood in the streets".
He died one of the wealthiest men in 18th century Europe. Our own Warren Buffet has said something similar and is one of the wealthiest men in the US. Not bad advice to follow IMHO.
Nope! I believe what our CEO Mr. Kay wrote in the narrative part of the NT. I have never caught the man in a lie. Consequently, I believe this is going a lot higher once the Q is released and SH meeting info hits the wires. We'll see whose right soon. GLTA longs!

Msg intercept from SingTel HQ to Dragon reads as follows:
Ms Koong (CEO SingTel owner of Trustwave): Dragon?
Dragon: (currently on station in US): Yes Ms Koog, er, Koong.
Ms Koong: Dragon don't make that slip of the tongue ever again!
Dragon: So sorry Ms Koong. It won't happen again!
Ms Koong: It had better not! Remember you have been given the power of invisibility by the BOD for a reason, not to reveal our hand until a time and place of our choosing.
Dragon: Yes, Ms Koong, I understand and will comply.
Ms Koong: Inform the minions that their efforts are inadequate. That late day pps rise to a measly 3% loss for the day simply won't do! Tell them to redouble their efforts tomorrow. We are running out of time before the release of the Q and SH meeting.
Dragon: Yes, Ms Koong
Transmission terminated 1700 EST
You believe "unicorns are showing up" at the SH meeting and we'll be able to ride them. I believe the Singapore Telecom dragon is appearing and will offer the same. Readers here can determine which appearance is more plausible.
Msg from Ms. Chua Sock Koong CEO Singapore Telecom, owner of Trustwave to minions of the Dragon: "What's going on? I turn my back to get a cup of green tea and SFOR's pps is where it started this AM. It must go down so as now to cheapen our settlement or buyout offer! Now, get back to work!"
Ms. Chua Sock Koong CEO Singapore Telecom (owner of Trustwave) is pleased! Keep up the good work, Remember the Dragon is watching and reporting.
Edible 23-caret gold leaf covered desserts are in vogue. In Jan I dove into the cesspool of the OTC market. I was a short term trader and made 40%. Then I found SFOR. Some here call it a "turd". If true, it's a gold flecked one that I grasped and panned out. What I discovered through DD was gold! Do your own DD. Check out SFOR patents at the USPO site. You'll come away knowing investors are sitting on a goldmine. Thanks to Ram's brilliance and hard work SFOR has a foundation block in the burgeoning cyber security field. Cast it away at your financial peril. Me, I'm holding to pan out the pay-dirt and cry Eureka!
I've struck it rich! Long & Strong SFOR.
This is the SingTel Dragon speaking to its minions. What's happening? SFOR is now only 3% down. You all know Ms. Chua Sock Koong does not tolerate failure. Redouble your efforts! Now!
According to my sources the Singapore Telecom Dragon is showing up. What a ride that will be!
Yeah, I agree. We can wait our turn for a ride on the SFOR roller coaster. We know where the ride ends because we know what we own in holding SFOR shares long & strong.
Perhaps, until the Q is out or a PR following the SH meeting.
Au Contraire cybear! You read the same article posted last night as I did and saw the large number of short shares. That proves it's a bear raid IMHO.
Bear Raid in Progress. SFOR longs take cover and don't let them steal your shares!
Wow! A share buy back program. Once that is announced buckle your seat belt. I sincerely hope your sources are correct.
A British soldier stands guard over Gibraltar's Barbary apes (SFOR's strong grip longs). Britain believes if the apes go they lose the rock. This ape knows the soldier & his family have a considerable position in SFOR. He'll maintain his post despite the current storm. It will blow over. We'll be fine. SFOR long & strong!
