I don't remember...did they say where they bought the ice cream?
Who told you it was "in stock"?
The manager...or the grocery dept?
You should be better at being specific considering you're so adamant about NGTF.
You weren't adamant about keeping the share structure in the iBOX updated, and so you're consistent about NOT telling us which dept. told you the product is on the shelf.
The management told me it was "available", but the grocery dept told me they had never heard of it, and they physically inspected the coolers and said there was not anything called Nightfood ice creame in their coolers.
Can you post pictures of NGTF ice cream in the Meijer coolers...the Facebook page only showed a refriderator full of the product.
What did they say at the store you called?
And did you also speak to the grocery dept when you called?
You left out the results of your call.
Maria does lots of that stuff...doesn't mean NGTF is going to be successful.
I saw some Facebook pictures of NGTF ice cream in a refridgerator.
Can you provide pics or links to pics that clearly show NGTF ice cream in a Meijer store cooler?
Yes...I saw it. Maria said "it tastes like ice cream". No one else said anything about the taste.
Looks like the recent press release was nothing more than a sell off opportunity.
Probably? You mean you don't know?
If a company wanted a prop, it would certainly be cheaper to rent it than pay for it themselves.
Looks like someone is slapping the ask with small buys to bump the share price up. :)
So far there is no real world evidence that NGTF is the real deal.
LOL
The sellers here are saying, "Where is a good press release when we need one."
I had to put on my hip boots to read today's posts. :)
LMAO
NGTF will reach a billion outstanding shares before that ever happens!
Ouch!
DRNG
Authorized Shares: 5,000,000,000 2/25/2019
Outstanding Shares: 189,752,941 2/25/2019
"it only shipped to them last week?"
NGTF said 6 to 8 weeks.
Why would they hold it back that long?
"Market cap—or market capitalization—refers to the total value of all a company's shares of stock. It is calculated by multiplying the price of a stock by its total number of outstanding shares. For example, a company with 20 million shares selling at $50 a share would have a market cap of $1 billion."
ie: NGTF closed at $.62 today with 49,807,555 outstanding shares.
NGTF market capitalization is, "outstanding shares" x $.62 = $30,880,684
This is what the outstanding shares of NGTF are currently valued at in the market.
It DOES NOT mean NGTF has $30,880,684 in physical assests and/or at the point of sales to report to shareholders.
It only means the sentiment of buyers of NGTF shares coupled with whatever NGTF has spent on physical assets, press releases, etc...that money is already spent.
Shareholders must see sales in order to make real world gians...or stock hype to drive the price per share up.
Thanks for posting the update to the authorized and outstanding shares in the iBOX.
Now new investors can see the real numbers...until the next time those numbers go up.
And they will go up considering the Authorized and outstanding share numbers have gone up dramtically.
Authorized shares went from 100,000,000 to 200,000,000.
This indicates that the outstanding shares will go up too.
Get ready for more carpet bombing sell offs with each new press release.
Saying I made false statements is the easy way out.
Even if I looked back at the people I spoke to you would still laugh at it.
It takes 5 or 10 minutes for ANYONE to make the same calls.
Thank you for updating the numbers...if you know so much why didn't you do it earlier?
Not quite...it will take weeks if and when it happens.
While you're waiting take a look at how much the authorized and outstanding share count has increased compared to the numbers in the iBOX.
It's gone WAY up...looks like NGTF is having a stock selling festival.
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/NGTF/security
Anyone here can make the same calls I did...it takes about 5 or 10 minutes.
Now please update your grossly inaccurate iBOX above with the current share structure that was updated on 2/15/2019 by NGTF's transfer agent.
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/NGTF/security
Stunt?
Like you failing to update the share structure in the iBOX.
I beleiev you're a pumper and perhaps a stock promoter.
I would advise all other investors to stay away from NGTF.
Update the IBOX with the proper share count or other vistors will suspect you are trying to hide important information on NGTF.
Here's the link to the share structure that was update by NGTF's transfer agent on 2/15/2019.
I recommend that everyone here view this link and compare it to the grossly inaccurate share count in the iBOX at the top of this board.
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/NGTF/security
No...the lady at the transfer agent for NGTF told me to look here.
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/NGTF/security
The share structure was updated on 2/15/2019 and it's far more than you have posted in the iBOX.
Maybe you should fix that so you're not misleading other vistors on this board.
"immediately, within the next four to eight weeks."
This will give them plenty of time to sell more shares.
NGTF also said Nightfood ice cream was "available" in their press release about Meijer stores.
A lady at one store confirmed this and she connected me with the grocery dept there...that guy said he has never heard of Nightfood ice cream. He physcically checked the ice cream cooler and said it was NOT there.
I also spoke to the grocery dept in a second store and the guy said the same thing...never heard of Nightfood ice cream and there was none in the coolers.
Both the authorized and outstanding share counts are far more than the iBOX shows...it should be updated so new people that show up here know the score.
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/NGTF/security
Fair point...but the lady asked me what the name was...Nightfood ice cream I said, and she said she hasn't heard of it.
I just called NGTF transfer agent to ask about the share structure and she couldn't release the info without authorization from NGTF.
She did however tell me to check otcmarkets.com to get the share structure, and she said her transfer agent company update the share structure on 2/15/2019.
The share structure as of 2/15/2019 is as follows...
Authorized shares: 200,000,000
Outstanding share: 49,807,555
Look to the right of the numbers listed and it shows the date it was updated.
Type NGTF in the upper left, then click on "security details" near the top-center.
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/NGTF/security
Other sources, including your iBOX shows the authorized shares at 100,000,000 I believe. You should update the iBOX now.
Of course I would.
I just called Wonder Ice Cream in Santa Clara and the lady said she hasn't heard anything about Nightfood Ice Cream.
She said maybe it's in the works and they just haven't heard anything yet.
Today's high was $.74...it's currently back down to $.63.
Someone is selling shares on large volume again.
It was lower...maybe someone bumped the ask to lift the share price?
Saw that.
NGTF should stop using this intro paragraph...it smells like hype.
"Nightfood, Inc. (NGTF), the innovative company solving America’s $50 billion-dollar nighttime snacking problem, has announced entry into the northern California market through a distribution relationship with the Wonder Ice Cream Company."
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/nightfood-ice-cream-expands-california-140100596.html
:) I'll bring lunch.
I doubt you're an insider.
Let's go fishing before you have to sell your boat to cover. :)
FLWS breaks through $18 today. :)
Will you take me fishing before you have to sell your boat? :)
Good luck...hope you make some money.
It will likely take a while to see evidence of sales.
If I were to decide to place a bet, I'll wait until NGTF hits 20 cents.
Look at the numbers...then decide.
Don't buy stocks based on what you like.
Buy stocks based on the numbers.
Even if you like it...chit still stinks.
FLWS has a diverse and successful business model.
FLWS beat earnings projections.
Increased customer base.
Repeat customers have also increased.
Cover...or sell your fishin' boat now. :)
Hey bud...better cover.
I'd hate to see you have to sell your fishin' boat. :)
That's a positive...I thought I read that Meijer stores were in the top 7...I don't remember.
The letter to shareholders said a top 10 supermarket chain...maybe just minor wording, unless it's a different chain that might change the equation, but I won't assume that for now.
I wonder if they're using "retail sales and profit goals per inch of space on the shelf". The store of course wants to make money on the product...and if it doesn't...NGTF may, after a trial period, be required to pay the retailer the difference...or maybe even lose the location.
I don't see a retail chain giving shelf space away...if NGTF is not paying slotting fees there must be something else in the agreement...or some sideline agreement...but there is no free lunch.
Thanx for the link, but regardless of no slotting fees, something else is in place and it will still require sales and growth.
Good luck to you. I'll be watching.
P.S. Maybe someone here can ask NGTF if Meijer is giving them a free lunch on shelf space, or is there something beside slotting fees in place? It's difficult to believe NGTF is getting a free lunch.
P.S.S. Please don't anyone call me a basher...I'm just asking honest questions.
Yes...and this process can be exploited too. I've seen it happen more than once over the years.
Where will NGTF go today?
Only the shadow knows. :)
Yep :)
I don't understand how ITKG could possibly fail with this amazing promotional video. :)
+10
Good post.
Bought FLWS about 3 months ago...now up 30%.
FLWS still looking good.
Maybe you better cover. :)
What I say shouldn't bother you at all.
I've seen these kinds of stock plays many times.
As of now NGTF looks like a big risk and I would advise potential investors to stay away from NGTF until they see something concrete.
I hope you make some money here...but it won't be my money until I see something better than I've seen so far.
Looks like I struck a nerve.
Some of what you said is true.
Companies do pay for the privilage of putting their products in stores.
That doesn't mean NGTF ice cream will succeed.
Why does the iBOX say 28 million shares when...
Yahoo stats say 47 million shares and Bloomberg stats say 49 million share outstanding.
Can you explain that to the board Mr.Itstime15???
BTW...are you a paid promoter and/or do you work for NGTF.
Careful with your answer. :)
Just for the record...NGTF may have paid the retailer to show their product is a available, or even at some point on the self.
NGTF may have paid for it all to project an image of success.
The top dog at the retail chain may have been happy to take a nice offer from NGTF to allow them to use the retail chain as a prop for selling shares.
This doesn't mean the retail chain was in on any scam...it just means the retailer boss was more than happy to take NGTF's money in exchange for a marketing prop that the retail boss doesn't even know is a stock selling operation.
Or maybe the retail boss does know. Money talks!
Don't let marketing claims fool you.
