OTC BB King....yep, that's him!
niz...beats me. But this has been going on for over a year.
IMO, the cd/oid holders are dumping before the R/S. The CEO says that they plan to leave the authorized shares as unlimited after the r/s.....hmmmm....I wonder why......
Put two and two together here.....
Niz....re:THTHF....notice that a good portion of today's trades went off below 0.0001?
It closed sub 0.0001....meaning there is no accumulation. They were dumping everything in sight...
Good luck though!
Niz...that's exactly what people were telling me when the PPS was 0.004 and there were only 3 billion outstanding....
Niz....can you say dilution?? With this massive dumping of shares, THTHF ain't going anywhere....
3dcg....re: THTHF....there's about another 20 billion more shares that the cd holders need to dump before the r/s. With that kind of downward pressure, I can't see THTHF breaking out anytime soon....
Niz....we also have 3 mm's lined up on the ask at 0.0001.
Why are you flogging a dead horse? I think enough people have been hurt buying THTHF...
Niz....don't count on it. There's still another 20 billion or so shares left to get dumped by the cd holders.
Niz....check THTHF's history. No one is accumulating. This stage is better known as the "distribution phase"
Good luck, but with no bid, I think you'll be stuck with your THTHF shares until after the R/S....
Then it's all downhill from there.
Niz...re: THTHF....watch what? The massive dilution and dumping of stock?
Hawkeiz...LOL! That's the general idea!
Niz...it's not my opinion...it's a fact!
THTHF is fool's gold!
Caveat Emptor!
OT: Niz....naw, I just want everyone to know the facts!
THTHF is an extremely lousy investment choice....
Niz...it's not called accumulation....it's called dilution....
dave15213....at least with paint, you won't become a THTHF stuckholder!
I think Niz has joined the ranks of that very large group of people...
Oh well....I tried to warn him!
Niz...it doesn't matter. Mark this post.....THTHF will not break 0.0001 until the R/S occurs.
I'm never wrong on THTHF!
OT...Niz.....A month ago, IR told me there were 20+ billion shares left to be converted at the 0.00005 level. So no...I don't think they will dry up any time soon.
Niz...I say it's gonna take a helluva lot more than that....the cd and oid holders have billions and billions of shares left to dump...
Good luck though!
Niz...there's around 5 billion newly printed shares over the last 2 months that are not accounted for...
I think it's gonna take that much in volume for THTHF to break out....
Bill...I know THTHF better than most.....and I can pretty much assure you it won't break above 0.0001 before the R/S....
Time will tell.....but I have yet to be wrong on that POS!
Niz....I'm mickey over there. (also known as skruggs at one time)
I think the CEO has made yet another misleading statement. I don't see how they can retire the CD'S and OID's before the r/s if they only predict that there will be 4.3 million shares after the r/s. (21,667,024,425 split 5000 to 1 = 4,333,405)
Thinkpath owes the financiers around $1 million.....so why would the financiers let the company off the hook for what they are owed??
Niz....THTHF owes me a good chunk of change. The first sign that they have turned the company around....I'll be in there like white on rice to try to recover my losses. I don't think we're at that point yet though....maybe this time next year....if what the CEO is saying is true. And that remains to be seen.
Good luck.
niz...Just 2 weeks ago, they issued this statement in their SEC filings.....
The Board believes that the Reverse Split is in the Company's best interests,
principally because it may increase the trading price of the Common Stock. The
immediate effect of the Reverse Split will be to reduce the number of shares of
Common Stock from approximately 21,667,024,425 to approximately 4,333,405 on a
fully diluted basis and from approximately 21,667,024,425 to approximately
4,333,405 such shares presently issued and outstanding.
The Company is authorized, by its articles, to issue an unlimited number of
common shares and therefore the Reverse-Split, if approved and implemented, will
have no effect on the authorized capital of the Company.
So unless something has changed in the last 2 weeks (like they talked the financiers out of the money they are owed)...it would appear to me that it will be difficult to get the debentures converted before the R/S if they estimate that there will only be 4.3 million shares outstanding after the R/S...
http://sec.freeedgar.com/displayText.asp?ID=3592207
Yes....it was around $1.3 million back in Jan....but I'm guessing it's around $ 1 million now. But don't forget...it will most likely be converted at half the lowest 3 trading days prior to conversion....
Meaning the death spiral will still exist.
This of course is assuming that they haven't found a way to retire the cd's and oid's with a new form of financing prior to the R/S....
Nemo....I know it's poison. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy....at least not until those cd's and oid's are fully exhausted...
Niz...if memory serves me correctly...the CEO (Declan French) said that he expects 2005 revs to come in around $15 million. But he always overestimates.....
My gutt is telling me that niz is about to become yet another THTHF stuckholder.....
Oh well...it's his money!
Niz...re: THTHF...the CEO optimistically mentioned in an online interview back in Sept '03, that he valued Thinkpath at half the year's revenues. That would mean around $6.3 million market cap. HOWEVER, there's still oodles and oodles of cd's and oid's left to convert....meaning massive dilution yet to come....
nostinkinc....that is cool! I can see my house! It's too bad that they won't let you completely zoom in....I'd love to be able to tell what car was sitting in the driveway at the time the picture was taken.....I could see if my wife was cheating on me! lol!
barryinla....where I'm from, you have to have a building inspector check the home at various stages of construction. If it is not up to code, they will not let anyone occupy it until it is.
Niz....it's a deal!
;)
Niz.....please make sure to pick up a few hundred million shares on Monday. I know of a couple of people that are just dying to dump that dawg.
pennybuster.....but I'm pretty convinced that THTHF is not that one. At least not until ALL the toxic financing has been fully exhausted.
Betcha I will have lost more! Kipsson can probably tell ya.....
Niz....good luck on it! My advice is don't bet the farm on it! I'm pretty convinced that shortly after the R/S....it'll be heading south once again.
We can compare notes then....
GLTY.
niz....I'm the local THTHF 'basher' on all the boards. The problem is...if you go back 2 years, you will see that what I've been warning people about, has come true. That wasn't any fluke....I've spent far too many hours DD'ing this company.....including talking directly with the company at least a dozen times. Their IR person knows me by first-name basis!
Good luck on it though....until those cd's are fully exhausted....I think you'll need it!

Niz...you do realize that the O/S has gone up by 17 billion over the last year....and what you are saying is exactly what people were telling me in January of 2004. The problem is....they keep on adding to that $1 million worth of cd's.
And I don't see that changing anytime soon.

kipsson....I know you still quietly own THTHF. With no bid for almost 3 months...and the cd holders first in line to sell at 0.0001 to any sap that comes along...it kind of makes it difficult for any retail investors to sell. Speaking of saps....here's one that plans to buy THTHF on Monday...
