Great start today, let's finish above .01!!!

Made small amounts on this as it was climbing but then it hit .777 and I was looking to buy more at lower levels. My buy order was triggered when it hit .49 on April 10, 2014 approximately an hour before the close. We all know the rest. Since it came off the greys, I've averaged down but I'm still down. Hope it rallies but right now it's a crapshoot.

That's a long way to go. Man, this is a rough ride and I hope that in the end it's all worth it. Having doubts this will reach its former glory. I want it to but the path has not been successfully traveled before. Hope Marco can become a trailblazer or I'm out when he is.

The action of this is very interesting in the last week. However, I still need to see more from it before I get too excited.

I want to believe this is true but I'm still not sold until there is upward, consistent momentum. I fear that we are about to see sale of unregistered securities at the close. I really hope I'm wrong but we will see.

Contacted shareholder support via email with a long list of questions and specifically said not to refer me to the filings, as I have already read them. This is their response:

GrowLife management continues to work at returning shareholder value. Since GrowLife has thousands of shareholders, we cannot individually respond to them as much as we would like.

Very unnerving that they tout themselves as transparent but refuse to answer shareholder questions through their "shareholder support" avenues and instead just tell us to read the filings. I think this is a tax write off for me.

MH is not trying to position for Nov. hasn't addressed who will lead PHOT after Dec. 4, is it bankruptcy? Is it R/S? Who knows, he certainly hasn't been very transparent even though he touts himself as such. Very disappointing after such promise getting off the greys. At this point I may quit my entire position to square up at end of year.

It's certainly not for the faint of heart. Bought pre-halt and have stayed and averages down but it's getting tough even for me. I hope he does make huge things happen, I really do but no ( visible ) forward progress makes me jumpy.

17 million shares traded today, if there's a form D at the close I may sell all my shares, walk away and never look back. I've been pretty patient with Marco but I'm getting tired of just giving him time. He needs to give the shareholders something and he's not. Getting tired of this.

Still a lot of questions from shareholders and others waiting on the sidelines, but at least Marco Heygi is willing to answer them! I believe that's a positive, not many CEO's would open themselves up like that. Look forward to the questions asked and his answers.

I think it's time to buy more or get in while you can. You were correct the other day when you said it was as low as it was going to get. The price now is still a fantastic entry point or a great place to average down. I will be buying more next week to average down even more and wait for this to make its run.

A lot remains to be seen in order to determine the future of this company. That said, I'm concerned that MH has been largely silent lately and when he does speak, he says, "Take a break team." You don't tell your team to take a break of the company is on the verge of gaining momentum, you tell them to saddle in for the ride. The other thing that has me concerned is that MH contract is up in December and it hasn't been extended, hasn't even been mentioned. Are they planning on cashing in then shutting off the lights?
I don't know then answer to any of this but those are some of my concerns. There are reasons to be positive too, such as the reasons you mentioned. I'm still holding from 2013/14 and added more recently to average down. Depending on how this acts in the coming weeks/months, I may add more but there is still some concern obviously, we are dealing with pennies.

Today will be an interesting tell. Is this stock going to start building strength or was this just a "buy the rumor, sell the news.?"

I'd like to buy but I'm skeptical due to how this have performed over the last several months. Is this really buying or is it them getting awarded shares in lieu of salary? Where are the filings for the insider buys? I've got to see a little more before I re-enter this arena.
