Contacted shareholder support via email with a long list of questions and specifically said not to refer me to the filings, as I have already read them. This is their response:

If you are a shareholder with questions about GrowLife stock or status, please see www.GrowLifeinc.com homepage for Shareholder Update information sources. GrowLife management continues to work at returning shareholder value. Since GrowLife has thousands of shareholders, we cannot individually respond to them as much as we would like.

Very unnerving that they tout themselves as transparent but refuse to answer shareholder questions through their "shareholder support" avenues and instead just tell us to read the filings. I think this is a tax write off for me.
