I hope you are on the boat
Sounds like you only read the last paragraph.
This is an addendum to the original, which does not seen to be available (at OTCmarkets)
All the same one can get the gist.
A says effective date is May 5, 2011
The key part is deep inside amendment 3
addendum to licensing agreement dated May 5 2011 provides for automatic annual extension, and appears to provide cause for termination only on non-performance, but sales targets (the schedule C appears to not yet exist?) so non-performance would be what ? no technical progress toward marketable product and/or no motion toward ability to manufacture, distribute, sell ??

That is the Exhibit F up at the OTCmarkets.com site
The restriction on the 400 M shares is what expires in March (March 31 2012)
In email response to myself from Robert I took him as acknowledging what I had said, that the beta testing would require on order of a half year.
How long do you think it would take a field test of X units to have a chance of showing results of design flaws ?
Who said Dave backed out of the show ??
Where is that info coming from ?
I am more inclined to believe Dave got stood up at the alter - nothing to show.
good point, I see now others say he will not be, I had just made the assumption that the CEO would be present (guess I forgot the true roles of Martel and Andrew).
Thx for keeping mistakes from adding to the confusion.
Yes, I am aware. And the cyanide circuit should give high grade Au dore.
I stand by what I said about the dore.
Look at the pdf yourself.
FAUslideshow.pdf of Sept 2011
1st dore pout Aug 26, shipped Sept 13 on page 9
dore: 30Kg, 66.14 lbs (around 965 Oz Troy) see page 11
200 Oz Au, 100 Oz Ag, approx value given at $1M
not by my calcultions by a long shot is that $1M
more like $ 0.33 M
hmmmm I must have missed the news
about the 100 to 1 reverse split
news ? news sucked ? or do you mean lack of news sucked ?
$1 million from the pour, that is what the slide in the recent corp info showed, but I did not understand how as the same slide showed a couple hundred oz of gold in the 1000 oz dore bar and apparently around 2/3 of the bar copper.
It didn't add up to me.
Excellent list BeerIsGood. Did anyone send this ahead to Martel ?
Hate to say it Thermo, but that is pretty much what my gut has been saying to me since the AMF thing made me so acutely aware of the total lack of business acumen held by current management (i.e. Andrew and his assistant Martel).
I do not know of contract expiration and possible continuation clauses, but performance clauses could get triggered, with the costs ahead and only 760 million shares to dilute with at penny prices, with some sizable cap ex ahead for test units and testers/tests, plus final engineering independent confirmations.
JMO
well, are you maybe forgetting a 60 amp 220 volt circuit ?
(just guessing as they have refused to disclose upon my inquiries)
nice, but you'd think Martel could have updated that signature by now
www.wanderport-ir.com
right !
why bother, ey ? do it once when there is a new website ;-(
Having a good day I see Beers
I was going to take him up on the half price 5 (from 10)
but you were quick to outbid with that 4 offer
Feels good to be able to toss in some dressing, ey ?
cheers (lunch time here)
It (product line) will have value, yes, to the extent it can be protected (that takes patents and money to protect the patents from infringement).
I ran assuming $1 billion sales at wholesale cost to distributors over 5 years, with weighting of smaller to larger volume over that time. The optimistic fair value I came up with was at 5 years out from first product introduction.
It is very dicy to try forecasting with no real info (margin, market volumes, product mix in which areas of world, etc. to a very long list)
Where WDRP will be a money maker is ridding ups and not downs, and being in if AOSmith or some such want to buyout to get the exclusive from Robert (assuming he does get granted some valuable IP)
JMO
sorry the confusion WB
I was referring to sushi1's mention of putting in a buy at 0.015
second post back in thread
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=68130400
I did not mean to sound like some funding was being discussed.
I ran numbers some time back, under projected sales agreements times 2 and came out in line with what TONY64 posted, meaning half buck during times of extreme optimism and irrational bounces. Remember, those sales projections are for 5 year terms, and aiui Wanderport sublicenses to distributors that handle product manufacture, distrib, advert, etc. meaning Wanderport gets some percentage out of which they pay Robert royalty, etc..
even given your assumptions of high success, your ten bucks is way to high for a one product company that is only making a small percentage per unit after covering costs, royalty, etc. even after calculating an EPS and applying a multiplier
jmo
Agree with sushi's comments also
(except the 0.015 buy point)
but to me product is important
but patent(s) is(are) key.
I am done with speculating.
I am tired of waiting for transparency.
I wonder if it is a violation of the agreement
for Robert to discuss private funding from a
group of longs.
Show me the meat, or get out of the kitchen.
Isn't all this "show it to shareholders" just a diversion ?
I want to know about showing it to prospective marketers, distributors, etc. at "a major trade show". What's with that now ?
Trade Show with Dave news is
what I sort of expected today.
Someone decided to call it quits, or the company is trying for some cash at the best point (i.e. some recent news) in a few months, or ? ? ?
At least things are remaining true to form so something is predictable.
In my mind the pre-feas study will be a defining moment much more than the bankable. One reason is, as Tim outlined, the uniqueness and strategic importance of this project. The other big factor as I see it is that the pre-feas will outline the risk factors or lay them to rest (permitting, strip-ratios, water, life of mine, rough cap ex and operational costs per different production plans/rates, etc.) and it will be the first time this is all laid out for those tracking but not in at this time. The bankable tightens the numbers, focuses on the chosen mine plan, updates on changes to other factors, updates for cost changes, market conditions etc. but it does not add nearly as much derisking info as the pre-feas adds to the present investment environment. Put another way, imo, the pre-feas transfers many factors from unknown/guesswork (by investment community) to known (be it good or bad) whereas the bankable, although also updating for resolutions to any negatives left from the pre-feas, mainly looks at the details of the chosen plan(s) and projects reasonably tight fiscal numbers and their sensitivity to external and/or internal factors. For AMY, discounting the chance of any major negatives showing up, if the pre-feas is favorable then the bankable, unlike for other projects, will not be saying if the project is economically feasible but rather will mostly only scale how profitable.
Other's have commented to that effect, particularly one post that was removed here but yet exists at Yahoo, and when I questioned they said ask the company for myself, you will not believe "me" anyway. So I did. My email from Robert dated Sept 24 included this statement: "What I am able to tell you is that my thought process is very much in line with what you have suggested in your email and that we are progressing and will present the mcmhu on October 13th. The unit that we will be presenting will have the necessary elements and is of the type that Dave and I have spoken about being appropriate for out of doors installations."
You may choose to believe me or not. Since he was being careful not to disclose anything that was not public information, I assume the date must have also been mentioned by the company somewhere (CC?) and also that my providing that quote is not a betrayal of anything.
still watching, still waiting, so far nothing has changed
tomorrow is bail or be bold for many people I would guess
still on the sidelines, don't care if I miss a quick pps jump
good luck all you longs that didn't bail for yahoo yet
I guess no one in here is smiling today
I still scratch my head at how ZSL was at around 10.20 interday a brief time back when Ag was bumping 43-44, but today was almost 2x that with Ag ducking under 31. That is some daily effect compounding it that is the explaination, has not been that many days.
Hi ByWisdom
I am wondering where the Sept 8 2008 Shareholder Rights Agreement is to be found. Sounds like a 20% ownership triggers it, but have not seen it and so do not know under what conditions, or for that matter what form the pill is in. There is also mention that the rights plan trustee can make a copy of the agreement available, but what company is that ?
Here is my prior post on this matter
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=67229614
Thanks
I will take dilution over empty treasury, not gladly mind you.
I will buy three, today, if they are 120 volt low-flow, point of use, and let them hook up monitoring/recording sensors, etc. for field trial.
In the meantime however, I would be satisfied if they discovered one of those free blog websites and just provided some info flow that would kill all the rumors and let everyone know openly all that is material to the success/failure of the business. Oh, and do it now !
I KNOW . . .
Care to share how you know those things ?
What I know is that Wanderport has about 3 weeks and 3 days to prove what you know or this WDRP is dropping to 0.01 fast come mid-October
I hope you are correct, that all these claims and rumors are more than that.
But even if they do prove true, with these claims and rumors around, isn't Wanderport running a big risk at this time of investigative inquiry by coming through with what some say is now known when others don't locate that material information in the public domain ?
" why the fai" is that like wtf ??
looking to open on a very troubled day in 15 minutes . . . ready, set, ...
