I agree. He returned my call.
I was invited.
That is a great idea.
You really shouldn't speak for Roger. He told me that if people have concerns they should call him directly.
ask him.
I called him because I needed to get a feel for the man's integrity for myself. Frankly, our conversation was based largely on ourselves, our personal belief systems and our families. And humor, the guy has a great sense of humor.
I spoke to Roger for about 45 minutes. The weight of shareholder trust is not taken lightly by anyone in the organization.
What do you mean? Exactly.
It is not being promoted, nor has it been promoted by a "paid" person in the past. It should and probably will be promoted in the future.
well said.
Amfil Technologies Inc. (OTC:AMFE) recently announced an update regarding its GRO3 subsidiary. The ECOPrO3 GRO3 product line is continuing to network, market and expand its brand exposure to the market. Brian Allossery and Ambrose Fillis have been busy working on generated leads and inquiries on the technology and have had expressed interest from a number of industry related retailers as well as with companies that are in the production side of the industry or have cannabis producing business models. The GRO3 subsidiary is currently working on the final stages of a quotation request that was received from the same party that the purchase order commitment was received from last month. A RotoGRO representative has already provided this party with an estimated number of units needed for a double stack roll-out of a 14,000 sq. ft. facility. It is estimated that for the 14,000 sq. ft. roll out and with approx. 9000 - 10,000 sq. ft. of total canopy would give an estimated 216 to 240 RotoGRO systems depending on the final layout that will be chosen.

I think a landscaping design company would be a good fit. Outdoor kitchens, plants, turf, trees, etc.
Yes, but it signifies intent.
Roger is the only one who can really do anything about this company. I believe him because he promised me that this was all going to work out. Not with specifics, just with his word. I have no reason to doubt him, no matter how the externals look at the moment.
I don't think so. It appears to me; they are bringing to light aspects of the business that have not already been built into the pps resulting in a more accurate representation of the value of Amfil Technologies. I have often thought that if businesses and individual investors were fully aware the position, the company is in, as well as the reasonable potential coming on the horizon down the road just a bit, the momentum of the stock would increase.
That was awesome!
Of course they are concerned. And that is o.k. It really will be fine. Everything is in place as it should be. Right now it is a matter of market perception based on what they know. Give it another four weeks. Please.

even more important than that, he has integrity.
So appreciative of Roger's dedication to his integrity.
Understood.
It speaks very highly of Roger to take the time out of his busy schedule to reach out to people. I appreciate it.
Are those awesome or what? The tweets, got so excited, ahead of myself.
I opened, he acknowledged and we moved on. Nothing illegal about that at all. Most of the conversation was casual and easy. Felt like talking to an old friend.
Thanks, Roger has extended an invitation to me to call him anytime I have a concern that needs to be addressed. I really appreciate that, so I won't be asking anymore questions on the board.
I agree that it is easy to be misled. I approached Roger with a, "Man, this stock is bleeding red all over the darn place today." And he said, "Yeah, that's not good." But, he wasn't shook. There is so much happening right at the moment, things that are falling into place, they just haven't settled yet. Just let the auditors finish their work, and corporate get everything in, and then things will start to flow the way they should.
I agree. This is a tempest in a teapot.
I don't know why. Maybe because I had the chance to visit with Roger, I am shaking my head. Everyone is working very hard and fully vested in the company's success. And these people are winners, period. It doesn't make any sense.
Yes, the day is not good. I don't think anyone really knows why. Have to hold onto the larger picture. Don't leave just yet.
Everything really is o.k. Things are moving along just as they should. Not everything is known that will be known in the next month or two. Don't leave just yet. Way too early.
My mistake, I was asking the wrong people. I should have just asked Roger. So much less drama, for darn sure.
I mentioned that some individuals in their zeal to support the stock were antagonistic toward anyone that may have a question that wasn't easily answered, he said, "better to go to the source, they can email me directly." I agree. I found him very open. And I appreciate his invitation to call him whenever I need to. I won't abuse that, I know how busy he is.
the best place to get information, according to Roger, is from the source. He suggested that anyone with real concern should email him directly.
Everything is good. Honest. Straight from Roger today. You don't need to hear anything else from anyone else. Not even me. Don't be afraid.
That things were stable, everyone in the company is onboard and pushing forward. He is a very self-possessed and smart man, not afraid of critical reflection. Secure, I love that. If something were wrong, I believe he would tell the shareholders, no hype, no misdirection. I voiced my concerns, he was not dismissive or argumentative. He acknowledged and addressed them responsibly. I can't remember the last time I met someone I liked so well.
Roger just called. Great talk. Don't worry. Everything is o.k. He said he liked the Facebook page and shared it around the company. He fully supports my transparency status, and agrees that all news should be posted. That is why I trust the guy.
Mailbox is full at the contact number. Which is for Inter-Lok, anyone have another number? They don't have a receptionist?
I may be looking in the wrong places, but I haven't found one working number for Amfil. What am I missing?
when someone choses to retire, sure. I think all the positions are filled right now.
