It's fun for the whole family. :)
Hey 99...why aren't big institutional investors buying NGTF stock?
If what you say is true about NGTF these big investors would use their knowledge, experience, and resources to confirm what you've been claiming.
There's only one small institutional investor with a small block of NGTF shares...that's it.
BTW 99...the iBOX needs to be updated AGAIN.
This is the latest OS update...it belongs in the iBOX so new readers will know.
Outstanding Shares: 50,408,265 02/28/2019
You probably already know this, but here goes anyway...

A couple stock promoters for NGTF...

This is what I found in just 10 minutes.
The point is stock promoters are being paid to pump NGTF.
There are likely many more examples of this...but you get the point.
I like ice cream too.
But I won't put money into NGTF.
NGTF is a scam penny stock!
Marketing is not difficult...happens all the time.
The only comment I heard from Maria was "It taste like ice cream."
Her Twitter page doesn't read like a Nightfood promotion like NGTF FB does.
Some of those posters on FB sound like they are promoters...and likely are.
Speaking of "Low" interest in NGTF...only one institutional holder owns shares in NGTF.
L & S Advisors Inc Shares 11,900 Sep 29, 2018 0.03% $3,748
Serious institutional investors are NOT interested in owning NGTF.
There's a reason the short interest on NGTF is low...your statement is misleading.
"Most Brokerages Do Not Allow Shorting of Penny Stocks
The most popular online brokerages, such as Etrade or TD Ameritrade, don't allow shorting of penny stocks or OTC stocks in general; nor do full-service brokerages like Fidelity. This presents one of the first obstacles to shorting penny stocks. The costs for shorting penny stocks can get steep, but this varies among brokers. Also, specialty brokers that allow trading of this sort may have expensive requirements for opening an account."
NGTF has increased their OS twice in the last 2 weeks and the moderator needs to update the iBOX AGAIN. And the AS has jumped from 100,000,000 to 200,000,000.
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/NGTF/security
Charts are useless in predicting where a stock will go...brokers only use them to see if the chart is consistent with the research they have already done on a stock.
From the NGTF FB page...
Valerie Cardoza doesn't recommend Nightfood.
November 1, 2018 ·
they taste horrible unfortunately
Agreed
"transparency"?
Like when NGTF raised the share structure significantly.
Raised the OS twice in just the last 2 weeks.
The lower the float the faster the PPS can move.
NGTF float is over 50% of the outstanding shares.
NGTF also doubled their authorized shares from 100,000,000 to 200,000,000.
Carpet bombing sell offs will happen with every press release.
I saw it and read it...the whole article. Did you?
"So if you were hoping your doctor would prescribe you ice cream … well, in your dreams."
You need to up your game 99.
NGTF is nothing new...just a new marketing gimmick.
Products like NGTF ice cream have been on the market for years.
If you think coupons and close up pictures of ice cream in coolers will make the grade, you're kidding yourself.
I know I'm right...and I know NGTF is raising their outstanding shares on a regular basis.
All inexperienced investors should sell their NGTF stock and look for REAL investments.
I have an idea for the moderator.
Maybe he should just put a real time counter in the iBOX to show the authorized at outstanding share count in real time.
Kind of like the national debt clock site...
http://www.usdebtclock.org/
NGTF has 150,000,000 authorized shares left to burn.
Could be 100,000,000 or more outstanding shares by summer...or sooner.
The moderator will have to change the iBOX numbers again.
NGTF just raise the number of outstanding shares again yesterday...that was quick. The last update was only 2 weeks ago.

Did you mute the stock promoter here...or me who alerted everyone to the fact that NGTF made massive increases to their Authorized and outstanding shares?
Why not eat stuff like this if it's really about getting a good night sleep.
https://www.idealfit.com/blog/healthy-nighttime-snacks/
Why not just buy some diet ice cream that has been on the market years?
Who's "Nobody"...you and your fellow stock promoters?
Don't forget to post "NGTF is going to Da Moon" today. :)
georgie18 = other people's money
Niche?
"NightFood ice cream contains low amounts of sugar and fat; experts say it’s just another diet ice cream"
“This is most likely a marketing gimmick because really there’s no evidence that any of the ingredients they have in there has any benefits for sleep,” she said. “It’s the same thing as eating something like Halo Top.”
"Meanwhile, high-protein, diet ice cream favorite Halo Top ($5.99 per pint) contains just 70 calories in its Black Cherry variety per half cup; 2 grams of fat and 5 grams of sugar."

It appears I have struck your nerve.
You're posting overtime to take personal shots at me.
Posters WILL read my posts because they are starting to suspect your MO.
And they are right to do so.
Of course you can make money...but most investors in companies like DRNG and APRU will lose their money on a fake stock pump.
You and I both know that don't we. :)
I posted the correct share structure for NGTF because NGTF and the moderator didn't bother to alert investors of the massive rise in the Autorized and outstanding shares.
I suggest to investors that NGTF is being promoted for the purpose of selling stock to unsuspecting investors.
One or more of their promoters are likely right here on this board.
Stay away from NGTF and find a good investment...the pumpers here will always attack someone interferring with their promotion of NGTF stocks.
Smearing me shows your weakness.
Are you concerned that someone in cyberspace posting a negative here will harm a company if it's winning?
All the things posted as evidence are things that any penny stock can put into place as props to sell stock.
I believe NGTF is simply a stock selling ATM for NGTF.
Anytime someone gets as defensive as you have it's a red flag.
I have as much right to process availble data as you do.
I have determine NGTF is NOT a good investment and I would advice investors should sell their NGTF stock ASAP.
I a wise man once said..."I would rather miss an opportunity to make a profit than lose my priciple.
Of course you can make money...that doesn't make the company real.
APRU...
"Well look at what comes up right away on this website. Turns out Robert Corr and his wife are CRIMINALS."
https://steverotter.com/2018/05/15/penny-stocks-such-as-apru-should-be-avoided/
When the lady I talked to said NGTF ice cream was "Availbale" maybe it was with repect to the online ordering.
If people order the ice cream online NGTF could just drop ship it and Meijer makes some money without having to put it in their coolers.
Who knows.
How about this...
"Air Supply - All Out Of Love"
My research shows otherwise.
Best of luck to you.
But my experience tells me I will be back to "Tell You So".
:)
Did you order some?
If they produced 100K units they certainly would be able to fill your order.
And I believe they did produce it.
They could use this to continue selling shares.
And they doubled their authorized shares from 100,000,000 to 200,000,000, and the outstanding shares have almost doubled from what use to be in the iBOX.
So they could be selling shares for a long time.
Outstanding shares 49,807,555.
Let's take half of that, 25,000,000 shares and multiple it times half the current share price, $.30.
That would be $7.5 million.
And it's very likely higher than that, so NGTF could afford to do everything they have done and still pocket a lot of money.
I already confirmed for myself that Meijer said the product IS "available".
The problem is a guy in the grocery dept had never heard of it and he said it WAS NOT in their coolers.
Maybe that's changed now.
Would you please call their grocery dept and confirm it?
If you do, I will call them again and confirm what you found.
It will be a win win. :)
It's your right to believe them.
But it's not cool to claim it's irrefutable evidence when it clearly is not.
Remember...press releases, LOI, and close up pictures of ice cream is not evidence.
If this was in a court of law the judge would throw your case out due to lack of evidence.
You know you're not helping your case...right?
I'm not saying it's true or not.
I'm just saying it's NOT irrefutable evidence like you claimed it was.
If I owned NGTF and sold a ton of shares I could do the same thing...doesn't mean the narrative is true.
When you have irrefutable evidence please post it.
If I can confirm it I will give you the credit.
So far it's...
Me 1
You 0
I never said that.
And I tend to believe NGTF did produce a bunch of ice cream.
They certainly have the money to do that after all the shares they've been selling. They could have paid a 3rd party to produce it and package it.
If the video claiming they produced a bunch of product was false they could be in trouble for fraud.
Their best move would have been to actually produce the product.
So...we both believe NGTF produced a bunch of ice cream.
Years ago I owned shares in a penny stock oil company...one of the things they did was to hire a drilling company with the money from the shares they sold. It turned out to be true because I called that drilling company.
The problem was the guy at the drilling company told me the well would only produce 1 to 5 barrels of oil a day...this was NOT good news.
When I posted it on that board the moderator attacked me and said I should not be calling people like that...and I said, "Why not?"
He didn't have a good answer.
If the well had been a great success that moderator would have praised me for posting the info. :)
You're kidding...right?
Close up pictures are not irrefutable evidence. You should have known that when you posted it...I already saw those pics, complements of NGTF. :)
Nor do people on Facebook talking to someone at NGTF convince me.
Nor does a pic of a guy and a little girl eating ice cream convince me.
You would have been better off NOT posting that as evidence.
Other readers here won't believe it either.
Sorry...this is NOT evidence.
I saw a documentary the other day about people who absolutely believe the earth is flat...but they didn't provide any evidence. They only claimed it's true.
Great! Thank you.
If it's good news and I can confirm it I might buy some shares too.
I have a bridge for sale...honest.
There now...I posted it on the internet so it must be true. :)
BTW...one of the things I posted was that a lady at one of the Meijer stores said her computer records DID show NGTF ice cream IS available, even though the guy in the grocery dept said he had never heard of that product, and after a physical inspection of the coolers he said there was no such product there.
If I was a liar I wouldn't have mentioned what the lady told me.
It seems strange that your buddy would excuse me of pulling a "stunt".
You would think he would want to know himself if I were lying or not.
I hope he calls one or more Meijer stores to confirm...who knows, maybe the ice cream is in the coolers now and he will be happy about that...right?
I'm a retired PI, and I know the best way to determine something is to find the evidence for yourself...why you ask? Because you guys sure don't believe what I have found, so it only makes sense that you should investigate my claims for yourself.
Hey...it might turn out good. Provided we can believe what you say.
See how believing and not believing works both ways? :)
Would you call the store if I gave you the numbers?
Good...the numbers are available online...that's where I got them.
I figure the proof will satisfy you more if you proved it to yourself and then post your findings here.
Just think...maybe the ice cream is actually in the coolers at Meijer now.
When you call, remember to also talk to someone in the grocery dept as they know what's on the floor and what is not.
We all look forward to your report. :)
Sorry I didn't get back to you yesterday...I don't have an iHUB subscription and I ran out of posts for the day.
Yes..please do post proof.
Positive or negative I like something I can hang my hat on.
