Since March, All I have heard from the BCAP detracters is Matt is going to jail, box job, scam, tomorrow it will go to .0001," heard that one 86 days" and so on, and so on....

what I have seen is BCAP execute on everything vs the timeline of its 2 year business plan, yes a 2 year plan. I have seen my position in BCAP rise 400%.

BCAP a company which is current in pinks, current with filings, and transparent with a steady stream of PR's explaining exactly what is happening.

It all looks good to me, so I wont get caught up in the unsubstantiated negative posts.

IMO, more good things to come from BCAP!!!!

for those that need to average down their position, now is a good time to pick up some cheap shares, hopefully wont be in trips much longer.

nothing, unless he is stating that the PPS is going to get Fat, as Matt works his business plan, and continues to release good news, the audit is almost completed, the company is current on the OTC pinks, $200,000 in revenues, reduced Preferred,possible common buy back, which will also increase PPS, and no possible RS till 2014. So yes the PPS will get Fat IMO.

It hasn't gone up high enough for a dump to occur, and even if they were to dump, there are to many things in the works to think that time is now. this stock was down in the 2's, so it would make sense that people are selling to turn a profit. My entire position is at the 2's, and if i didnt believe in the plan set forth by Matt, i would have sold between ,0008 and .001 making a very nice profit, but like i have said before, i am putting faith in Matt and hoping he could turn my return on investment from a nice car if I sold now, to life changing money. Just my thoughts friend

BCAP will make 3.25 million dollars from 1 IPO there are total 5 IPOs

BCAP acquired majority control of a private entity with 45 existing shareholders in September 2012.

The entity has 25 million shares authorized and Baron plans to complete a small equity raise and file an S-1 registration to register no more then Ten million (10,000,000) shares that will be sold with a floor of $.25 per share.

After the equity raise Baron will maintain its majority ownership of the entity. The shareholders of Baron who participated in the bridge loans will receive their investments back and equity in the new entity.

The purpose of the new entity is to raise capital after the entity completes its S-1 filing at much higher levels with limited dilution to the entity. The funds will be used to purchase operating brokerage firms and operating transfer agency services. Since Baron will own over 50% of the new entity the financials will be consolidated and shareholders of Baron will benefit from the operations of its subsidiaries. The new entity will have strict restrictions on management’s ability to increase the Authorized shares or perform a reverse split.

$3.25M = net asset on BCAP's book

Virgin shell valuation could be higher than this if less shares are sold and if the shares are sold for more than the $0.25/share minimum. Essentially it's a worst case net asset scenario based on what's currently known in the Q2, 2012 Quarterly.

Removing the D didnt have the effect I had hoped, do you see any happy ending for a stock that is now at .01 after a RS

ISIM down to .01, us shareholders got crushed so far, is there a plan to restore PPS at all? or will it be, release more shares after RS like I have seen so many times?

I have seen a few of the promised Pr's so far, so like any business plan, you do things in steps, so yes, more to come as the business plan gets implemented.Does Apple or Microsoft report everything at once, and than that's it, nothing more to come.

I have been reading the BCAP board for a while, and day after day, I see posts about BCAP will fail tomorrow, will crash tomorrow, Matt will be arrested tomorrow, always tomorrow, some even stated dates, and like the crazy old man that predicted the end of the world May 21st 2011 the days came and went, and BCAP's still alive, Pr's keep coming, BCAP is current on the boards, and yes, up 100's of percent since i first read about its demise back in March.

The proof is in the pudding as they say.

Risk and reward, I could cash out right now at a 400% gain, but I believe in the Plan Matt has set forth, and think the ROI could be much greater than 400%. So I am still holding, as I think the reward is worth the risk. Just my opinion
