IMO this statement tells why Snaper wants the battery back. If it wasn't any good he wouldn't be trying so hard to take it from us. Remember now he got paid for it and he spent the money now he wants more! IMO the lb thing with him is a ploy to try to get something back he very much wants. He might be due some money but not the battery patent! The patent is yours and mine! If he wants more ownership in the patent let him buy up enough shares to take the crown away from lb! All IMHO!!!
" Ghotdogs said Snaper was more than impressed with the results of the battery. Better than expected. That it is ready to go."
I for one don't think Snaper will ever get the patent.
It belongs to you and I and he has no right to do harm to our investment. IMO he don't care who he has hurt or will hurt as long as he gets lb in the end. IMO Snaper is not our friend.
I think all the dilution lb has been doing sucks and would like to see it stopped. But to support anything Snaper is doing is stupid. JMHO!
Questions: If Snaper some how does get the patent back what is left for us shareholder of PWTC? Will the patent remain property of PWTC and Snaper or just Snaper? What about the other patents that were filed by PWTC and Elod using the carbon plate? How can he say those are his?
mlf. IMO
Hi Preamp.
logman_98@yahoo.com
peep, I don't buy for one minute that Snaper or LB owns the patent or patents. They are owned by PWTC. I have a video tape that I took at the shareholders meeting and in that meeting it is referred to as PWTC patent in front of Snaper. He didn't have a problem with it then? For all these years in several PR's it is referred to as PWTC's patent and at that time Snaper was Vice president. Why didn't he say something then? Plastered all over the web site as well. IMO PWTC owns the patents period!
Rooster that is something that very few people can say! congratulations to you and Mom!
Looking forward to the party!
Trainz didn't have to pull it. I did peep!!
Here we go again mlf.
You said "The only one in the air is the, 'British military', and that one is 100% BS."
How can you be 100% sure of that? Do you have the place wired like Watergate? The track record is not good for rumors here.
Still 100% BS without IMO. Sorry scratch that. I shouldn't have said that:)
dfh, we think alike.
IMO someone is accumulating a large number of shares in a slow steady motion. It has been 3 months since our last PR. There is no reason for this amount of volume. We can all see where the selling could come from as mlf has stated. Still someone is buying up a load of stock.
Like dfh said "Hopefully, someone in the know."
I am just as much in the dark as you peep.
There is a lot of shares being dumped out there for sure.
But someone is buying them. Who? Why do they stop short of 1 mil. shares each day? PWTC has had some big trading days lately. A few 900,000+ days, never breaking the 1 million mark. IMO someone is accumulating shares and trying not to be noticed. JMHO
mlf, I have no idea what shares are being issued and to who they are being given to or the reasons they are. In your past posts you said that lb did give 15 mil. shares to the consultants. All I asked was where you got your info because I wanted to see it.
Now you are saying that you think that is where they went.
In the case of your last post IMO, IMHO, or anything that does not imply it being a fact would be in order. Once the next filing comes out you may
be on the money but for now you are speculating and your posts should imply just that.
As for any deal with the British military. I have no idea. I guess time will tell that story.
You a funny guy TD! Try taking it on the road.
mlf I thought you said another million+, down the tube today??
MAKE UP YOUR MIND!
I am still looking for your link that shows 15 mil shares went to consultants.
mlf, I have to get back to work but I will check back to see where you found the info on the 15 mil.
Trainz. Do you know what the hell mlf is blabbing on about 15 million more shares? I wonder if he can back up that claim??
There was no IMO included so he must be able to.
mlf, you said
"LB issued another 15 million to them"
Where can I find this info??
You didn't say you think or IMO so you must have something to back this up right?
Please post where you got this info.
mlf, what the hell are you blabbing about???
What 15 million???
What are you doing??? And why???
It is strange to me that if Snaper knowing he owned the patent as Vice-president would allow these words to be on every press release issued.
"Power Technology, Inc. is a Las Vegas-based development company which holds several patents in the power generation and storage fields; and is working to provide innovative and practical battery-based technology solutions for commercial, government, and industrial applications worldwide."
This is from a press release Aug., 23, 2001. As Vice-president how could Alvin Snaper allow this press release to go out with out making PWTC give a retraction to these words if they were untrue??
"Power Technology will grant to Gartner Trans a licensing agreement for the Company's patents for reticulated battery plates, to be used for the manufacturing and distribution of the Company's batteries to an already existing market in specific Eastern European countries.
Gartner Trans will pay Power Technology, Inc. a one-time
technology transfer fee of $250,000 US. Additionally, under the
terms of the licensing agreement, for each battery Gartner Trans
produces during the term of the contract, Power Technology will
receive a fee of $1.50.
In fiscal 2000, Gartner Trans produced 600,000 batteries, which
would have equated to $900,000 in revenue under the new contract. Gartner has committed to changing their entire production line to fit Power Technology's patented structure. "
This next one is from the 2000 shareholders letter on the web site. If Alvin Snaper as Vice-president thought for one minute he owned the patent would have made PWTC take this
off the web site immediately.
The Company's development program for its battery technology made great progress during the past year. Power Technology received U.S. patent # 6,060,198 on its electrochemical battery structure and method, which was issued on May 9, 2000. The patent gives your company an exclusive right to manufacture, market, and sell its unique battery structure for 20 years. The plate structure applies to many types of battery chemistries, including the common lead-acid and our future nickel-iron chemistries.
The Company is in the process of developing and marketing its proprietary battery structure to several major battery manufacturers in North America and overseas, with the goal of generating near term revenues and cash flows to fund further research and development.
The next one is from a press release where they are talking about negotiations to acquire Bipolar
Power International (BPI) and also talk about the shareholders meeting. I was there and by the way I have a tape of Jeff
Arias talking about PWTC's foam plate several times and Alvin Snaper never once corrected him???
As Vice-president of PWTC it would have been Alvin Snaper's duty to report this as being a wrong statement!
Power Technology will combine its patented metal-foam technology
with BPI's own proprietary battery technology in an accelerated
effort towards the commercialization of an advanced battery. Work
will take place at BPI's 8,000 square foot facility in Whittier.
Power Technology has requested that Jeff Arias, President and CEO
of BPI, present the results of his initial testing on the Power
Technology patented foam plates at Power Technology's annual
shareholder meeting this Thursday in Las Vegas, Nev.
Alvin Snaper had the opportunity to make it known several times as Vice-president through out the past several years if these statement
were false and never did even once!!
Regards, logman
Hi Preamp. As far as I know Farrill B. Bryson has been a director
for a long time. Don't know when he started but he was mentioned at the shareholders meeting I went to a few years back. Not real sure?
Best to you, logman
Yes hock birdy's a class act for sure. Last I heard his son passed away. We emailed back and forth for a bit. He was real close to his son and he took it real hard.
His chicken soup is the best I have had.
I will email him and see how he is doing.
Best to you, logman
Tex, I will not let you destroy this board. Please keep the attacks on Raging Bull not here. I have deleted the attack posts.

GB and trainz, agreed, tex needs some new material.
Thanks for saying it. It means more from you then me.
Cool little scooter Petross1. Too bad it doesn't have a Nxcell
battery in it. It would drop the overall weight of the scooter and increase the miles per charge plus raise the total load amount. Anyway thanks. Nice to see everything that uses batteries on this board. I wouldn't mind having one of those.
logman
chet, my days log shows about even with buys and sells.
Some on the days log for FRT show trades that don't show up on the days volume. (mm trades)
I show 154,000 sell & 150,000 buy. They were close.
Yes there was a lot of buying but still we have that dang selling that keeps us from going anywhere. I just hope the shares being bought up are going to some longs and the sellers run out of cheap shares soon. Also hope that PWTC can get some money coming in through license agreements and partnerships so PWTC can buy back a bundle of these cheap shares.
My last 2 post IMO are very important. Please read them again.
Listen to the interview at trades nation.

Third-Generation Technologies Inspire Growth of the World Lead Acid Batteries Market
Published: Friday, 22 November 2002
SAN JOSE, Calif. -- November 22, 2002 -- Implementation of third-generation (3G) communication systems, especially in Europe and Asia, and new automobile electrical accessory designs are powering the growth of the world lead acid batteries market. Proven reliability and competitive pricing also provide a sustained demand.
New analysis from Frost & Sullivan (http://www.batteries.frost.com), World Lead Acid Battery Markets, reveals that this market generated revenues worth $29.28 billion in 2001 and is expected to reach $35.72 billion in 2008. Analysis includes both original equipment and aftermarket sales of starting, lighting, and ignition (SLI), motive and stationary lead acid batteries.
According to Frost & Sullivan Industry Analyst Sara Bradford Mardegain, "3G networks are expected to carry voice and data 40 times faster than the current networks. This is expected to encourage new business as well as upgrades with enhanced batteries."
Rapid growth of the government-controlled telecommunication sector in India and China has resulted in widespread use of the Internet and construction of wireless networks for the ever expanding cellular phone subscribers. The installation of new infrastructure has resulted in increased utilization of data communication and telecommunications equipment, driving the demand for lead acid batteries.
Mardegain adds, "In the age of constant technological evolution, the need to create powerful batteries emerges."
With the rise in the use of industrial heavy-duty electric vehicles and entry of automobiles with new electrical accessory designs such as televisions and DVD navigation devices, the need for battery systems with higher power has been felt. Automobile manufacturers are working closely with the lead acid battery industry to develop dual-battery systems and batteries that can carry power up to 42-volts.
The market has become more challenging due to the fluctuating demand in several end-user applications and the emergence of low-priced batteries manufactured by Asia Pacific vendors. The types of battery chemistries available are also multiplying. Hence, manufacturers are adopting international sourcing and creative market segmentation to compete in the price-conscious market.
Battery vendors should concentrate on product differentiation and creation of brand recognition by manufacturing batteries with new features and enhanced quality. Conducting regular competitor and end-user analysis would enable the vendors to understand and conquer this dynamic market.
Formation of strategic alliances has enabled vendors to expand their product line and target markets. This has also facilitated pipeline inventory control, implementation of safety and quality control procedures resulting in increased production efficiency.
The following is a list of key industry participants: American Battery Atlantic Battery Co., Inc., B&B Battery, Banner Gmbh, Bolder Technologies Corporation, Bulldog Battery Corporation, C&D Technologies, CCB Industrial, Battery Company, Cell-Con, Inc., Chloride Industrial Batteries Limited, Concorde Battery Corporation, Continental Batteries, Crown Battery Corporation, CSB Battery Technologies, Delphi Energy & Engine Management Systems, Deta UK Limited, Douglas Battery Manufacturing Company, Eagle-Picher Technologies, LLC, East Penn Manufacturing Co., Inc., Empire Battery Industries, EnerSys, Inc., Exide Technologies, Inc., FIAMM, Gravitron Ltd, Guang Zhou Guangyun Super Energy Battery Co., Ltd, Hawker Energy Products Inc., Innergy Power Corporation, Invensys, Inc., Japan Battery Storage, Johnson Controls, Inc., Magellan Powertronics Pty. I think the award is real and our technology is real.
I unlike many of you, think PWTC will be will be making
some big steps forward in the next few months. Do you realize who gets a copy of this award we just received? Battery makers, battery
distributers, auto makers, big companies all around the planet. In stead of looking at everything in a negative scope. Try the positive side once again. I think it is much clearer.
IMO things are better then they appear.

You have your opinion, I have mine. (not a pump)
Come on Harry what pumping have I been doing this year?
I don't hardly even post on the board other then the past few days. All I have to do is post anything that is not a bash on PWTC and it is a pump? Give me a break!
I don't have to answer to anyone on this board or any other board. I bought my shares, you didn't! I don't owe anyone anything on this board!
Sorry Harry. Maybe Tex should ask his own questions.
Don't you think??
