So will this week turn out to be next week or is next week really gonna happen this weel...longs and inquiring minds want to know! tic-toc...zagdad
mike, hang in there I think better days are close at hand. Did get a little today at .0002 since they seemed to have a fire sale going for a bit.
zagdad
OT - Jagman, for those running to the airport to check out the Dolomites after your post - stop them, they are in the North Eastern part of Italy and I don't think the Swiss use the term much if at all. Swiss Alps might work though. As does the Julian Alps in Slovenia which I just returned from hiking around. Dammm I wish I would have brought back a rock!
Go ETLC - give us this first one - let's not prolong the enivitable!
zagdad
Bet most of the volume today was just some moving around of shares - not really selling per se. JMHO.
zagdad
LoanStew. I see no conversation from you of the potential of the base business that ETLC is ramping up for and will finally launch after longer delays than anyone would wish for. This is in addition to the announced LOI for a merger with a company said to be doing $100M/yr and headed up by a very legit Dallas law firm..
I gather you can't see the potential of using your phone in lieu of a credit card that you don't own or for some purchase that you feel nervous about they you need to do abit more reading of the statistics within this country. I'll give you just one use that I think, if I were in the sales dept, would be a great tier - that of the young minority driver in CA that would love to have the right tunes blaring from his wheels but doesn't have a card and now has a monthly way to cover his SIRIS or XM bill....easy sale/money. So much potential and it takes so little to get some share of it if done right. They are about there, if not there now, with the product and will have the sales /marketing $$ so you can even forget the merger $$ if you want to and it won't take long to think that ETLC might be under priced here very soon based on core business.
Your restating of the past rev and money in the bank has little to no relavance for an emerging company with a new product, patents apllied for, world potential, ranges of useability adjustable, ...and the list goes on...
And please tell me how many companies can you show me that has taken the path and achieved moving off the pinkies to legitimacy this early in their beginning.
If you did any DD on the management of the company that exists today or the one they are merging with you would find folks very respected, accepted, and leaders in their community in Texas - and I'm told you can't fool those Texicans!
I could go on - but likely wasted on you based on your response and attempt to state things as we should try to see them. It suggests that you have done little to no DD it appears and I would recommend you read at least the summaries that Leped and others are offering for inquiring minds. They are much closer to the truth IMHO.
Are you a shareholder? What is your interest here?
zagdad
Hillzman, just a reminder for others who may not be aware, the funding has already been completed for both the drilling of the initial Mesa well and the possible purchase of additional leases in the area as desired - and that's adding to the 11,000+ acres that I last was told was currently under control. They are locked and loaded....now if the gas and oil beneath the dirt will cooperate....big bucks!
zagdad
I think the odds are great for the longs in this one. We have PIP and its much better than normal discovery ratio as our tool - and that I have checked out nearly one well at a time - and we have all the normal further confirming signals which further prove to management that they have chosen a great place to use their $$ and that the probablitiy of success is very good. The company also has multiple major activities in the que - the most obvious and most discussed being the current Texas field and the soon to begin NM major play...and there at least two other majors in the wings IMHO. So we could go even 1 for 4 and we would still be in heaven in the end - this year IMO...and there is no way when you fold all the statistics together that EDEX will be on the low end of the potential. I like the idea of no worse than 3 for 4!
Of course an early success this week will get a alot of attetnion and make makin' money alot easier for all of us!
Gonna be interesting to say the least, zagdad
LoanStew, hey you don't sound like the monitor of a board that most of us would like to csee more factual than the RB. You sound like a very clever basher introducing as a main focus point a RS to go with the merger and to question the merger indirectly among other things. What BS and has absolutely no basis so far as best I know - the opposite is true. Why don't you just move out a position that appears to newbies to be a normal monitor if you are going to take that one side, unsupportable side - either that or do some reading and digging and present the real side that is finally here.
The in-and-outs that leave at .15 or what ever in the next few days are gonna be waving goodbye to the train as the confrimation of so many of the in-the-works activities become solid PRs.
Your true colors are showing. What happened was your RB alias unavailable to you on IHub?
zagdad
Re: Lebed and ETLC - we'll I don't follow him as a subscriber but do know of some of his picks and would have to say he is likely right on this one. Been waiting for the word to get out and others to be paying attention when the flow of sserious news begins - if the is smart and the news begins in concert with the interest of many who will be taking a first or second look then we are in for a great future - and not just a spike for a few days for those that want to see some real money from this one. We are off the pinkies and it is time to show the cards.

Today's PR follows.....zagdad
iFinix Corporation Shareholder Update
Tuesday July 11, 10:48 am ET
JAMAICA, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 11, 2006--The Board of Directors of iFinix Corporation (OTC:INXR - News) would like to provide a corporate update to its shareholders on the direction and goals we are looking to achieve as an essential part of the growth and success of iFinix. It has always been management's goal to move iFinix in a deliberate fashion in order to create a viable and ongoing enterprise. Our goal is to grow iFinix from its present state to a leading content solution provider, both domestically and internationally. Management would like to see iFinix specialize in both the integration and delivery of financial data and associated tools into: web sites, corporate intranets and print media.
Management envisions this growth and success to be accomplished in two phases: Phase one will involve the submission of our Form 211 with the most update financial information from iFinix to the NASD and Pink Sheets to increase our exposure and make our corporate information more readily available and seamless to all our shareholders. We have been working with our investment advisor, Spartan Securities in completing their requirements and expect to file this disclosure information as soon as reviewed by legal counsel.
As part of Phase one, management is in the process of expanding its technical staff to increase the resources for both development and servicing of all our products. In addition we envision the creation of an advisory board, made up of industry experts whose backgrounds will provide a strong foundation to facilitate the growth of iFinix as we expand to institutional and personal users.
During Phase Two, management is also confident that we will be able to provide a version of the PhoenixPro platform for trial usage for potential users in the fourth quarter this year. Phase two will also encompass the launching of our web based product, e-phoenix, the initial marketing of the PhoenixPro platform, and more importantly, the development of other markets for exploitation. The energy market is one that we have done some preliminary research to integrate into the iFinix suite of products.
More specifically, management has estimated from the revenue model of our business plan, that iFinix is looking to establish a base revenue of between Three to five Million dollars. As we continue to execute our strategic plan, including both organic growth initiatives and consolidation opportunities, we successfully delivered top-line growth with increasing profitability
"I would like to finish by saying to both our current and potential investors, that the management of iFinix is committed and dedicated to making iFinix a definitive leader in delivering financial and business information to professionals and individual investors. We are dedicated to that end and will continue to do what is necessary to complete our goals and bring value to the company." said Doug Spadaro, iFinix, CEO.

Hey, at the present price they really have many frustrated. The management team just figured out that it costs more to make a share cert than they can sell them for so they may demand that one can only buy in 100M share or greater increments. It also appears that until all market software is re-written to handle another right hand zero we are in grid lock. The MMs are going on strike because they can't even sell shares at .0001 because there is no room to buy them from us........... We may have to do a reverse split just to get a marketable equity at least for a day or two...or until the week after next.
THG, how many shares for a coconut or a pinapple this week? I'm ready to barter.
Go EDEX and MLXO (this one you heard here..maybe...)
zagdad
Wood, well that particular TA is the worst I've run into and have a policy in general to not disclose unless told to. Don't even like calls - what a waste of money and the companies that use them lose all credibility to new potential investors as a TA can be one of the few non-company source of info on stuff we all need to and should know. Grrr!
So has anyone found anyone at the company will return their call? If so what number was used?
zagdad
OT - lowman - nows there's an interesting comment that either 1) mix up in spelling , or 2) something I want to know more about!! LOL "Don't burn no buggers on the girlle"
zagdad
4gawd, so can I assume that's good stuff and it is going to go up a bunch? Hope so...maybe a sustained run this time - I blinked last time and mostly missed it!
Thanks, zagdad
But Steve in a few days next week just becomes so far away it is hard to handle. Why can't we move to the idea of the "week after next" so we don't have such a jolt to endure - more transition time...mental health does become a factor...
The encouaging things I see include 1) the printing machine at corporate is obviously back in operation, and 2) there is no number lower so unless E-T has a screen option of a "two for the price of one" I think we can safely call this the basement. To da Moon Alice!!
Where's THG - I think he promised me a nickle if I hung in there.
zagdad
lifegear, maybe they haven't/won't sold/sell much product with that philosophy!
zagdad
So who has a corp number that works? Interesting that a company with software products doesn't seem to have a tele - only a FAX?
zagdad
OT - fnsjb, love BKMP, wish I had a lot more. UF seems to be taking over and they have it in a nice neat package with only more world penetration to look forward to. JMHO.
zagdad
Steve, I think we should notice any breakdowns in the corporate printing press or shortages in materials - first off day in volume will seem to be the signal of an off day at the office!
I figure there are triggers set at .0000005 for tens of millions of shares of momos who have been buying in at .00000002 or 3
Are there any wild guesses as to the actual OS these days?
zagdad
So days have gone by without a single post here or an answer to my basic question but there has been a lot of volume traded. Anybody passing by know of any place folks in the know on this pinkee can be found? They don't seem to be answering the phone these days.
zagdad
RULiquid, hey speaking of pics - can I beg you to restore the pic of the gal with the Ring card that was up for as long as I been lurking...it was a real seller when I got others to come take a look at the site and the stock. Pretty please!!
zagdad
bb, I have only encountered that once before, with the TA out of Portland OR but I would encourage anyone with influence with management to have them tell the TA to offer info because it is a black mark for most new and old investors to get cut off while trying to do DD...they sometimes appear to be the only real outside qualifier of that info which is important to all of us. The OR firm has agreed that they do give it out if asked by their client. Why not tell them it is okay if nothing to hide? I think all TA shold keep the old open process in place for investors sake.
Thanks, zagdad
On the recent $400K investment. Just to clarify an earlier post about its intended use. I believe one would find that it is intended to be used for additional leases as desired. It is not intended for the drilling of either of the next two wells - Texas and NM. The JVs have covered the NM for sure and the cost of Texas was also accounted/budgeted for.
The most comforting thing about this investment as many have pointed out is the confidence it shows for a Director/involved person to be willing to put up a dime (.10) a share for restricted shares - gotta like that - he's got to be a believer in the process, prospects, management team, and chances for success!
This is more than a one well gamble..lots of cards still to see IMHO.
zagdad
DrFG, well guess the issue got clarified after my post to you - great...enjoy the ride.
zagdad
DrFeelgood, well it is proprietary but the point we have tried to get you to understand is that it is NOT a proprietary product of EDEX...but if you want to believe other than that, feel free...just hate to see others misguided. Also doesn't mean that we are not in the lead position on getting to work on opportunites that PIP surfaces - in fact it appears we kind of have first chance and that I like alot. That's what good working relations bring to a party.
So PIP was developed by a friend, working partner over many years now, non-patented for a reason, has shown excellent results in tens of situations, not offered to the Big Boys in O&G, owned by a guy who likes to keep to himself and continue to fine tune his technology (at least that is what he told me...LOL), a process that has at least one other general attempt (but PIP is much better it appears) I found at trying to detact hydrocarbons and therefore find things others have missed or never looked for....I could go on but then I know you know all this...I would suggest we all hold those shares tight as I think we are in for a wild ride!
zagdad
So BB, are you suggesting that the TA has not pulled up the draw bridge on current info? I hope not and will try tomorrow myself becuase that can be a bad early sign of problems in my experience.
I asked the other day what had happened the past month as I walked around Eastern Europe - surprised to see such a feeble pps...can you offer me your thoughts on why and where we are now. Thanks, zagdad
Pat, orgin, longs, re: the questions on PIP and EDEX. I think you will find that EDEX has a privledged position/relationship with the owner of the PIP and therefore the product. But it doens't have any rights to it. Going forward its nearly a first right of refusal on opportunites they discover and likely because they enjoy a 20+ year relationship. There something in it both both sides of the team - discovery, funding, operations, etc. I'm told the PIP developer is not interested in being a small fish in the big International O&G Corp pond but rather a hands on guy who sees the benefit to his efforts - and if he is as successful as wee all wish, he won't be wanting for lunch money!
I too enjoyed my visit to their offices and it is as Pat describes. I'm enjoyng the ride so far!
Tom's interested in hitting home runs instead of singles whenever possible comes from his baseball days. I like homeruns too!
GLTA, zagdad
Fellow longs, well got in this past month but still trying to substantiate the toe in the water. Seems like board interest has wanned and haven't been able to figure out the share count or reach the CEO. Can anyone post to any more info to chew on?
Thanks, zagdad
Fellow longs, hmm, well back after 30 days of tramping around Eastern Europe...but what happened to all the expectations that were building? Have tried to catch up on the posts and other DD but don't see much action or interest. Did I miss some bad news, missed expectations?
Thanks, zagdad
Well the only risk is another .0001 drop right? I mean it can't go down .0002 more to .0000 can it? At 0001. the sale of a block that you can actually move will likely necessitate only a small check sent in to the broker to cover the excess commisions...love this stock and its potential...is someone building a comprehensive set of DD for future board use and new comers... LOL..
I was better off back when at least I knew we had a miner in Bolivia wandering around with his pan and burro looking for gold...at least I knew we had assets and he might report in each quarter if he was in the area of a post office!
zagdad
Hi longs, well what happened to the two PRs that were gonna come last week, then slipped to this week, and now....?? What makes everyone think that we are the victims of shorting..that seems to be the popular reason always given when we have selling/declines....maybe just no positive news as forecast and expected and longs getting impatient and wondering if things are as expected?
I'm afraid that first nice run was generated by mostly players and intermediate buyers who helped put the run together but there's been no follow-up as even suggested as reliable info - so we've missed a great new level to move up from as it just drifts lower everyday. Too bad.
zagdad
stock peeker, you are correct. zagdad
Clarification please - you don't really mean 1B OS - you mean 1B Authorized is being reduced, correct? There is a heck of a difference in those two definitions.
I thought we expected to see as many as 2 PRs this week? That possibility gone?
zagdad
BB, is the delay expected to be inside of a week from now IYHO or likely out a ways?
Thanks, zagdad
Announcement - all up dates of coming events have had to be moved to NEXT WEEK...stay tuned...I love this stock!
zagdad
THG, does your post suggest that I won't see my beakeven .05 by this Christmas? Come-on, get those pom-poms out!
zagdad
schlitz, yep, how foolish of me to even worry about dates...someone was pimping this in Europe for about a short weekend when they too thought something was going to happen during their lifetime and I'll bet it came from that time frame.
Thx, zagdad
schlitz, do you have a date on that German article?
TIA, zagdad
bb, we are just talking about a reduction of authorized share so I don't see the big deal..and certainly miss why another iteration of it will catch much new attention. Sure it shows intent but no stronger that managements comments IMO and it can swing either way in a heart beat - its the OS going up significantly that most fear and hate. Maybe I'm missing something else? I thought investors would appreciate the dumping of the piranha Cornell more than they showed.
Actually would love to see some real volume and up side so bring it on!
zagdad
bsdaddy, yep, and from the CEO supposedly...also on another board - thanks for saving me going back...yes I had seen the Wells PR from last week...
thanks, zagdad
