LoanStew. I see no conversation from you of the potential of the base business that ETLC is ramping up for and will finally launch after longer delays than anyone would wish for. This is in addition to the announced LOI for a merger with a company said to be doing $100M/yr and headed up by a very legit Dallas law firm..

I gather you can't see the potential of using your phone in lieu of a credit card that you don't own or for some purchase that you feel nervous about they you need to do abit more reading of the statistics within this country. I'll give you just one use that I think, if I were in the sales dept, would be a great tier - that of the young minority driver in CA that would love to have the right tunes blaring from his wheels but doesn't have a card and now has a monthly way to cover his SIRIS or XM bill....easy sale/money. So much potential and it takes so little to get some share of it if done right. They are about there, if not there now, with the product and will have the sales /marketing $$ so you can even forget the merger $$ if you want to and it won't take long to think that ETLC might be under priced here very soon based on core business.

Your restating of the past rev and money in the bank has little to no relavance for an emerging company with a new product, patents apllied for, world potential, ranges of useability adjustable, ...and the list goes on...

And please tell me how many companies can you show me that has taken the path and achieved moving off the pinkies to legitimacy this early in their beginning.

If you did any DD on the management of the company that exists today or the one they are merging with you would find folks very respected, accepted, and leaders in their community in Texas - and I'm told you can't fool those Texicans!

I could go on - but likely wasted on you based on your response and attempt to state things as we should try to see them. It suggests that you have done little to no DD it appears and I would recommend you read at least the summaries that Leped and others are offering for inquiring minds. They are much closer to the truth IMHO.

Are you a shareholder? What is your interest here?
