Nord Oil Sales Reach $4.8 Million USD for the Quarter
Nord Oil International Inc. (OTC: NDOL) announced today the results of its financial quarter ending September 30, 2005.
Nord Oil International's sales reached $4,839,187 USD for the quarter with corresponding EBITDA of $1,987,329 USD and Net Income After Taxes of $320,327 USD. The company had total assets of $15,288,881 USD and Liabilities of $9,901,665 USD and Shareholders Equity of $5,387,216 USD. The listed assets did not include the company's oil reserves rights and licenses. It should be noted that Nord Oil International has a total of 48 million barrels of proven and probable reserves and expects production to start early 2006 but no later than 3rd quarter and projects productions of 2.3 million barrels in its first year.
"We are very satisfied with the results of the first quarter, since our product sales and trading assures a great foundation, which will be significant upon the start of our production," said Mr. Makarov, President of Nord Oil International Inc. "We can project similar results for the next quarters and project total revenue of our product and trading divisions to be approximately $19 million USD with EBITDA of approximately $8 million USD providing shareholders with $0.09 USD sales per share, $0.04 USD EBITDA per share and $0.01 USD per share of Net Income After Taxes and that without considering the production of our oil reserves. In addition, if we compare value for value, Nord Oil has 10% of the reserves of PetroKazakstan, which is valued at $4.4 Billion USD and therefore should translate in Nord Oil's value to be $440 million USD or $2.06 USD per share, making the current stock price truly undervalue," further added Mr. Makarov.

Being Chinese will get no tread in Russia? HMMM should I take your word for it or Putin's? Tough choice.
"Russia and China are two of the largest powers in the world, and our relations are more than just a factor of geopolitical stability. They are an example of an open international partnership that is not directed against any third country and that helps develop a better and more just world order," Mr. Putin said in a March 21 speech broadcast live on Chinese television.
Ties with China forged to offset Western clout
By Michael Mainville
THE WASHINGTON TIMES
April 6, 2006
MOSCOW -- Amid worsening relations with the West, the Kremlin is boosting its political, economic and military ties with China as both countries look to counterbalance U.S. global influence, analysts said.
On a recent visit to Beijing, Russian President Vladimir Putin hailed the burgeoning relationship as a model of international cooperation.
Mr. Putin's visit marked the fifth time he had met with Chinese President Hu Jintao in less than a year and led to a Russian pledge to step up energy supplies to China by opening a gas pipeline within five years.
"As relations with the West have worsened, Mr. Putin started pursuing this idea of a Eurasian strategic alliance between Russia and China," said Andrei Piontkovsky, an independent analyst and visiting fellow at the Hudson Institute. "He's become obsessed with pushing an anti-Western, and especially anti-American, foreign policy."
Russia has been coming under increasing fire from Western governments, including Washington, for backsliding on democracy. Since coming to power in 1999, Mr. Putin has stifled an independent press, cemented Kremlin control over parliament, eliminated elections for regional governments and imposed new restrictions on nongovernmental organizations.

PR says 10% of common, not float. eom
Did any of you guys know stocks have risk? LOL
If your that concerned, why did you buy NDOL in the first place? Try the NYSE or NASDAQ. No offense, your posts just seem very convoluted and all over the map.
OT.....The rhetoric coming from Iran again today is very disturbing. The volitility in the markets will only get worse, as well as gold, as the maniac ups his threats. I want gold to rise like everyone else, but not at the expense of the nation of Israel. I only hope China and Russia wake up and stand behind us on this one.
Iran Leader: Israel Will Be Annihilated

TEHRAN, Iran
The president of Iran again lashed out at Israel on Friday and said it was "heading toward annihilation," just days after Tehran raised fears about its nuclear activities by saying it successfully enriched uranium for the first time.
President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad called Israel a "permanent threat" to the Middle East that will "soon" be liberated. He also appeared to again question whether the Holocaust really happened.
"Like it or not, the Zionist regime is heading toward annihilation," Ahmadinejad said at the opening of a conference in support of the Palestinians. "The Zionist regime is a rotten, dried tree that will be eliminated by one storm."
Thanks Troy. When I grow up I don't wanna be just like ya.
