tamtam, hang on to those Golden and Silver
Eagles, by Feb. '07, we'll be able to buy ERHC from SEO! lol
During the gold rush days,
You never heard of any major finds until most of the best claims were filed and taken.
If there was bad news in the JDZ, (dry holes) we would have already heard about it.
Good news travels slow. No one is willing to show their hand until they are in the best position possible.
Guess what "little" company is already in the best position possible? Hang onto your shares!
TheDane, see post # 81376 eom
I do not have access to the latest version. eom
You don't need an Afican hourglass.
Just subscribe to African Energy Intelligence, like Oily does.
Out Of Africa
The last sentence of the article sums it up!

Don't forget that the Dems will be taking
over in Jan. They won't want the Jefferson scandal dragging on and distracting from their agenda, (whatever the hell that may be!) I look for a deal to be made. Jefferson resigns-charges dropped! ERHC's goodies returned! JMWAG
Only if Starcrest buys out ERHC
and moves ERHC completely out of the US. that scenario could hurt!
Feeding Frenzy For African Oil Fields

brez, You forgot #4!
Caught with you 'phants down?
rocky, check out one of the major players
of the article you submitted.
Hess Corp. (used to be Amerada Hess) is deeply imbedded in the oil game in Equatorial Guinea. Don't be suprised to see this name pop up in the JDZ musical chairs game. A look at a West Africa map will show the proximity of Equatorial guinea and Gabon, to the JDZ.
The following link shows some of the same shenanigans going on now with the JDZ, that occurred in Equatorial Guinea. You will also recognize a lot of the same players.
The SEC supposedly looked into these deals, nothing happened.
Just like nothing is going to happen with their investigation into ERHC.
ERHC is going to come out ahead on this game. They invested when no one else was interested, they shrewdly cut some outstanding deals and they will not be aced out! Just like always, if you are late for the game and you want front row seats, then you will pay the asking price! Chevron, Exxon, Shell, Hess, etc; know this, just like we do! Hang tight, payday might be late, but it is coming!

Got it Oily! Thanks mucho!
To recap: Dana and Shell are in, Conoil and Godsonic merge, Hess buys out the merger and the Pathfinder starts drilling in Block 4, March 2007. ERHC sits tight and counts the pesos! We all get filthy rich! I can live with that!
Ho-Hum! CVX makes big gas discovery
off Australia.
About time to announce the big find in Block 1 JDZ, I would think!
SEC: Supreme Education Council?
Al Thani Investment Group?
A bit of interesting news
from a popular gold form.
Today will be the solar eclipse on the fall Equinox.
The last three dates this happened were:
9/22/29
9/22/87
9/22/01
Each instance preceded a major stock market tumble and/or crash.
Depends on what you think ERHC is worth.
If you think $100 a share, I agree with you. If you think no one other than Sinopec will pay $5 to $20 a share, I disagree.
Remember that who ever aquires or buys into ERHC is not only getting a piece of the action in the JDZ, but also a huge foot in the door for STPs exclusive waters. The other, and maybe the most important thing, is the massive political "protection in Nigeria and STP" that ERHC brings to the table.
I would almost assure you that if CVX hooked up with ERHC, all investigations by the DOJ, SEC, etc; would suddenly go away. Sinopec cannot do this for ERHC.
Exciting times, no matter what! GLTY and all ERHC owners.
tradingmiss, if you start one post
below EOD .37, you will see CVX. (CVX, EOD (end of day) .37, Buys, Out, ERHC.)
I tend to agree with this "riddle," but not because OILY stated it, but it has been my belief all along. See my post # 25802. It is still going to be a big payday for ERHC and shareholders no matter what. Since ERHC is holding the "ball," the big boys will have to let the little guys on the court also, if they want the "games" to begin!
Everyone hang tight! It's gonna be a good game! JMWAG

Eve Of Destruction! Erhc is gonna buy out CVX!
CVX shouldn't have drilled so deep! eom
This quite possibly could dominate the news on 8-22
http://www.debka.com/article.php?=1203
Commodities and oil stocks could surge.
It's called CYA.
ERHC is trying to comply with the EEO laws. Chances are, a new CEO is already on board.
JD Watts, eom.
Prudhoe Bay could be down
for quite some time. The pipe now in use for moving the oil from Prudhoe to Valdez, sat rusting for several years in Fairbanks, before finally being assembled.
The deterioration is now showing up. This could cause a major upsurge in oil prices tomorrow.
ERHC should benifit from this news. Good luck all.
Hi to all
A lot going on with ERHC the last several weeks.
Out of all of the information that Joe S publishes, that I disagree with, one item that he published a few weeks ago, I completely agree with.
His opinion on the search warrant business, was that it was instigated by one of the majors, the one with a large scale interest in Block 1.
The one that has major political clout through an ex-board member that now happens to be the U.S. Secretary of State.
Through political support, these majors can create a gigantic financial strain on ERHC to make them "come around."
IMO, ERHC has the "best seat in the house," and will have to be dealt with fairly, in the end.
We have what they want. They will have to pay dearly for it.
In the end, all of the litigation crap will amount to diddly squat!
There has been the usual bickering and food fights on the forum, i've noticed. This is to be expected. emotions run high when people have investmented, in good faith, in a company of any sort. Most of you still believe that ERHC is a winner, otherwise you wouldn't still be here. I still believe ERHC will be a big payday.
The last time I advocated patience, I got flamed. Well, I shook that off. I still recommend patience.
Don't want to bore anyone with my ramblings, but I learned a personnal leason on patience with a real estate transaction that finally paid off last year.
In 1990, I heard rumors that a four season resort was goin to go in, not to far from my home. I convinced a friend to go into partnership with me and we bought dirt cheap property only minutes from the proposed resort. We were going to make thousands within months!
Didn't happen! The first company went bankrupt. The next company washed out because of all of the permitting required by local, state and federal agencies. The third company persevered and has made a success of the resort. My payday finally came. Time? 16 years!
Your investments in ERHC will in no way take that long to pay off. I won't go into details but look at the world situation. On the verge of a meltdown.
Accept the new posters that show up on the board. You don't have to believe everything that they say, but glean their messages for any helpful information that may help you prosper.
For Ernie: Keep posting, I too don't agree with some of your opinions, but a lot of what you propose is valid and reasonable.
For Littlebitmore: Thanks for your kind words and concern. A very busy time on the ranch with very little time to keep up with all of the great folks on this forum.
Sorry about the long post, back to lurking!
Best of luck to all. G
caseytrader, I have the utmost
respect for your fathers service and sacrifice.
I was in Vietnam at that time flying a combat helicopter for the 1st Air Cav. I lost many flight school classmates and close friends. I was one of the lucky ones. Despite two tours, I came home in one piece. I am thankful everyday for having survived.
Thanks to all Vets on this special day and especially to those who paid the ultimate price.
CVX reports deep water oil
discovery offshore Nigeria in OPL 214. CVX website.
Maybe you will have the opportunity
to try patience now, unless you have already bailed out.
I certainly hope your investment strategy isn't based upon how long someone has been logged onto a chat board.
I still wish you the best of luck despite your uncalled for thrashing of my post. GLTA
Pepsiman2001. I could not
agree more with your fine evaluation.
We are associated with an company that has billions of dollars worth of assets due to their foresight and early entry into an area loaded with oil.
For those that feel that the company should be sharing their every move, I disagree. When you have the "Keys to Fort Knox," why would you want to share knowledge with anyone prior to making the best deal possible.
ERHC is certainly in the drivers seat. If you don't trust the management that is in charge to barter the very best deal for the company, then you should sell out and find other investments.
Harrassing the secretary and threatening the CEO for information is not productive or the way to promote ERHC.
I am convinced that the management knows exactly what they are doing and everything that they are doing is in the best interest of the company and shareholders.
Give them a chance to do their work. None of this will happen overnight. ERHC holds the hammer, they will call the shots.
Patience and perseverance will win out.
Gee, did CVX sneak some
of their diagonals into blk 2 and make a major find?
Don't feel bad ajaxxx,
the only smith number I am completely familiar with is Smith & Wesson 357.
Another bad "turnover"
on the shift change! Their handle starts with a capital letter but the new shift used a small letter in an answer to another poster! Amazing, an Oxford education gone to waste!
magicatlast, go to
Google and type in boeh@zaadz blog.
It's just more of his silly BS!
I might add that Boeh is also a respected family last name in the US and other parts of the world.
I doubt that Brandhuber would
pre-date an form 8-k in connection with a forthcoming search warrant, not knowing what they were searching for until the warrant was actually served.
As I stated before, he had the option of not even having to file an 8-K over this incident.
I am sure the signing date
was a typo. It should have read May 4, 2006.
There will probably be an amended 8-K tomorrow.
Served warrants are usually not advertised ahead of time.
I agree. There was a small connection
however, with Jefferson. The Bass Brothers were campaign contributors to Jefferson, but then again, so is CVX, XOM and a number of other individuals and companies. As far as I know, Bass is no longer affiliated with ERHC.
I also believe that it is STP again stirring the crap trying to void the contracts that they have with ERHC. Won't work!
Manti, correct. Thanks for catching that. eom
If anyone is interested in pursuing
court records for the US District Court for Southern Texas, here is a link.
It is called: Public Access to Court Electonic Records. (PACER)
Cost $.60 a minute.
http://www.txs.uscourts.gov/pacerd.htm
I am sure search warrants would be included. There are also phone numbers to call to enquire about info available.
If this info is public, it should tell what Gov. agency served the warrant on ERHC.
It is my understanding that under Item 8.01, Other Events,
of the Form 8-K, ERHC had the option of filing or not filing the information about the search warrant.
Brandhuber chose to file it. A good effort on his behalf at transparency for the company.
Invalid 8-K form?
At the bottom where Brandhuber signed the form, it is dated
March 4, 2006.
