If you think $100 a share, I agree with you. If you think no one other than Sinopec will pay $5 to $20 a share, I disagree.
Remember that who ever aquires or buys into ERHC is not only getting a piece of the action in the JDZ, but also a huge foot in the door for STPs exclusive waters. The other, and maybe the most important thing, is the massive political "protection in Nigeria and STP" that ERHC brings to the table.
I would almost assure you that if CVX hooked up with ERHC, all investigations by the DOJ, SEC, etc; would suddenly go away. Sinopec cannot do this for ERHC.
