Weren't you out last week? You get back in?
Whats up with COSR?
Lower? Its going to Nasdaq obviously. $10pps, dominate the drink market.
You guys should get out while you can, seriously.
Wishful thinking IMO
Cross Click Media hardly looks legit IMO. That is the big news everyone was going on about?
Reason?
This dead? Expecting some kind of news last week.
I think the most recent Q filing is pre American Smoke acquisition, but could be wrong.
You're long and haven't considered the BS? So much for DD.
I agree, what is the importance?
Anyone know what the "other assets" on the BS are for $770k? It's the biggest piece of their assets. What about commissions at 250k? 1/4 of the revs are going to commission expense.
No volume today?
GM is good yes, but no NI as of prior financials.
They have too many convertables and preferreds to reduce the A/S. The preferred converts to something like 750,000,000 granted they are restricted until some point next year.
I think the market may be waiting for...gasp....actual revenues. You know they might want to see that there is actually demand for the product, that people are buying it, and that those sales are generating income.
Hard to justify much higher of a market cap based on no revs and a massive quarterly loss. And I know XYZ scam company probably has a higher PPS/market cap, but that's not really a valid arguement.
If we keep anticipating news every day we will eventually be right.
Agree Completely. But expect the MINErs to pounce all over you.
Ahh more passive aggressiveness. Or you could just explain why the other products have never really caught on. Why they never expanded them beyond SoCal.
Maybe because they have no profits. Show me the money!
Why haven't the Level 5 products been more successful? Coffee Boost and Rise have been around a while. Revenues to this point are tiny.
Sarcasm dude. Finish reading the whole post.
DD? I don't do that.
Actually I've read every piece of info out there on this ticker at one point or another.
So they launch some product, then the PPS skyrockets? Not sure it's that simple.
Why would anything change with MINE in the next couple of weeks? Don't just be a cheerleader making vague predictions. Give a reason based on DD.
The market cap for VPCO is listed as $87.05 million on yahoo finance, is that incorrect?
Anyone holding real long term, like through 2015? Any estimate of revenues that far out would be pure speculation at this point, but what do you think? You think it will be enough to offset the dilution from the preferred shares at the end of next year?
Share buyback? That makes absolutely zero sense. The last thing that is going to happen.
Someone made that up. Read every filing and PR. No mention of acreage. Searched the website too.
300 acres? You pull that number out of a hat? Source?
Anyone know the size of their growing space? Anyone know how many plants they expect? Anyone have any details at all?? Is there a picture, or an address, or anything???
Well they turned some gross profit, but a net loss which is ultimately what matters. If they can increase revenues as they say they will and keep costs constant they should be able to fix that. I think they are doing the right things in terms of the Ecig business. However they seem to have some potential toxic debt and dilution is always worrisome.
"It is worth noting that the first quarter 2014 had some extraordinary occurrences and expenses. We merged with AvWorks Aviation Corp., and then acquired the majority interest in American Vaporizer, LLC, picking up its revenues, assets and costs. January through March we experienced significant levels of backorders meaning that there was considerable revenue that we couldn't book. In April, we undertook aggressive inventory financing in order to relieve oversold situations growing across most of our brands. Simply put, demand (greatly) exceeded supply. Now, for the second quarter, with additional inventory either in place or in manufacture, we are fulfilling and booking those backorders and meeting the continuing strong demand for our products.
Today, sales continue to accelerate over the first quarter's pace, meaning that our results for the second quarter should well surpass those of the first. Important to remember, we anticipate a major breakthrough in revenue to be reported for our third quarter, due to the rapidly expanding sales base of the American Smoke brand and our forthcoming launch of our Vapor 123 direct sales e-liquid home delivery system -- more on that later.""
What news you expecting? When?
DD? I'm just blindly following an animal on social media. Going through the conference call again they do mention they have the ability to rollout to 100,000 stores from coast to coast. Of course that cannot happen without demand, and that has yet to be seen.
Did they mention in the conference call or PRs the expected # of locations?
I don't care to, but please do.
Seriously? Do the math. There are 2 billion shares outstanding. It won't be a dollar. Be realistic.
Don't post nonsense. .85? LMAO. Be realistic here.
Still a bit more risk than I'd like to see.
Fear and lies? Chillout. I'm long hear. Just trying to do some actuall DD, read the 10Q. Not blindly following animals on twitter. If everything is as sound as you say then why be defensive, just state the facts.
