I copied your entire post here. Would you be so kind as to point out which part of your posts shows Kaye's email to you stating that he is going to raise the AS count? TIA

I am sure the SEC will spend countless hours and expense getting to the bottom of this insider trading. Go for it!

For a few weeks I have been voicing my opinion that since ECDC has stated that they will not do a RS then the only alternative is to increase AS. This really should not be hard to grasp. I sent a few emails over the weekend to Kaye. Below is one of them:

"Thank you for your response. I am still requesting that you provide the investors, who are not selling their stock, some time frame as to when some type of news will be released. I am not asking for specifics just to see a little light at the end of the tunnel, as they say. It has been posted recently that there will be a specific launch date for Vir2o provided by the end of September. Can you confirm that this is going to take place. Others are predicting that we will be informed of additional delays in launching and that we will soon see an increase in authorized shares to 3-5 billion so that the company can continue to fund development. Please comment on these issues if you can."

His response to the question regarding the AS was that the board will increase A/S to make sure we meet all legal requirement under outstanding loan obligations and to complete all ongoing developments.

To me this sounded like this is going to happen. He did not say when or what amount the increase would be or if it had been officially approved by the BOD. I think it is safe to assume that it will take place at the next report.

Since the Company has stated there would be no RS, the increase of AS is the only alternative to continue to raise funds for whatever purpose, legitamate or scam.

I thought it would be beneficial to let people who read this board know that my opinion about an increase in AS has some merit and people could act however they saw fit. I will not make that assumption again.

I totally agree. There is no doubt the price is being held down due to shares being sold that are new to the market. I mean who would sell shares at this point at 4 or 5? Either shorts or debt owners. It is no secret to anyone that dilution is occurring. This is a necessary evil on almost all new companies in development stage. The key here is, that IMO, the selling to cover these debts appears to be slowing, and we at least know that this company has products, revenue, employees, and will use this capital to build their company. All IMHO of course. I have no doubt whatsoever that either due to fundamentals, or pure technical play, that the pps will will be much higher a month from now.

On another note, I am guessing you don't want to argue about the short sale volume for today?
