I stepped away for awhile and see .035 has been breached so I think buying in the 2s if that is what anyone is waiting for is coming up.

According to JC who I just spoke with, the SEC made no comment about the pre14.

So their next plan is to come out at some point and attempt to sell you on their plan.

Next will come the def14 and the vote will be on.

It appears there is support at .036 but you never know until they start to hammer the bid. They all could just be sitting there with the appearance of support with 5000 share bids. Same thing applies with the ask when they want to push it down. Only the MMs can see it.

I picked .025 because of the chart. It may or may not get there. the longer this drags on which I think it might the greater the chances.

I see him waiting on the 12 news till he files the def14.

This has obviously broken through all support and I see .025 the next support.

JC needs more than a course. Nothing short of a lightening bolt will change this guy. I agree with contractor. It's hard to believe that CB is grooming him to run the company.

I can tell you that I had a conversation with JC a couple of days ago and told him the shareholders were banning together to vote no towards the proposal. He advised that those that opposed would be regretful.

He is still talking out both sides of his mouth with the dissolving of the company mentioned to me for the second time if the rs is voted down.
