This stock should easily be at least $0.02 by July 31, "before" finalization of merger.
The hype and buying alone will drive us upward.
You the man David Lee Roth.
And now Teladoc is at $216 per share, LOL
If this new conglomerate is involved in the 'new normal' of medical & patient communication, which I'm sure they will be....
We could literally hit $20 per share here by this time next summer.
What is the exact O/S count here?
Could someone be kind enough to let me know what the current O/S is here right now?
The one on OTC Markets has not been updated.
Also, do we know what the A/S is?
I may be interested in investing here.
Supposedly they are the largest hospital chain in the UAE.
Thanks.
Dryworld = $16 million revenue
Dryworld did $16 million in revenue in their most recent fiscal year of business.
They have newer products and patents.
More opportunities to funding as well by going public.
This is easily worth at least $50 million in market cap value as a company valuation, immediately after the merger.
$50 million / 140 million OS = $0.35 per share
I think you may be under-valuing this.
I trust you,
I’ve been emailed back by him before as well, and that template at the bottom is the exact same wording in the exact same location. Plus that double dotted line at the bottom I also had in the reply he sent me before.
I’m quite convinced it’s real.
I understand why you didn’t include the top part, because you don’t want your name or email address out there.
Thanks for sharing.
If this merger closes, I can easily see this hitting at least $0.25 immediately or soon after the merger.
Is this email 100% legit?
Where did you find this email, or is it yours?
Just making sure it’s Authentic.
Thanks.
Any update on the Amazon contract please?
I was in this stock earlier, bought in between $0.02 and $0.03, sold some shares at $0.25, but eventually sold the rest at around $0.055 the day it tanked after losing Amazon (about a month ago).
Overall, still made solid 5 figures of profit here.
Are they still up for several acquisitions?
Amazon contract been extended, or a new one signed yet?
If not, is that expected to happen?
I still love this CEO.
Thanks.
PASO is up in this mother-father
PASO trading like a BEAST today.
Up almost 40%.
This thing can MOOVE.
Imagine the upward MOOVE after the merger closes.
OH MY
ROOFUS ON FIRE
My prediction on this stock is $2.98 per share
By the end of this year.
Covid has changed the game.
This stock is going to EXPLODE.
My PASO cost avg. is about to go GREEN
Loved those cheapies.
The Roofus On Fire (today)
FREAKING AWESOME, Great Stuff
This document is much better than I thought it would be.
Their marketing is OFF THE HOOOOOK.
Their apparel and performance technology is even better.
And where did you get this?
Thanks.
Doog, I have over a million shares
What are the % odds this stock will make me a multi millionaire, based on my current position (share volume) ???
Make it nine FAILURES now, LOL
If Brian was a cat, and had nine lives, he just used em' all up.
This is his last scam.
Which = Dollars per share here eventually
This technology is worth at least a billion dollars (probably much more) to major pharm.
RDGL will eventually be bought out, and the LONGS here will certainly be wealthy.
Best cancer treatment technology we've ever seen.
Guys, it really isn't that hard to upload this file, or the screenshots.
Either post it, or it didn't happen (to many out there), which therefore could impact share price negatively a tad.
I believe some of you guys actually have the real document, but the majority are probably going to be skeptical, which is what matters.
Thanks.
We may close above $0.06 today
POS Stock - Oh snap, your Oh zop is worthless paper
Use it as spare paper in the bathroom.
Champana, do you have any knowledge on this
Any knowledge, or thoughts?
Could this be what Dr. Korenko is doing here?
Thanks.
Multi Billion dollar companies are not going to get involved with a "penny stock" scam.
Once UST Global was aware of Patient Access Solutions (PASO), and once they confirmed the merger ....
That is proof to me that this is not a scam.
If PASO tried to scam us, they would have done it a different way than announce or state all these multi billion dollar companies, and yes... these companies confirm they're in on the merger.
Why would they get involved in a penny stock scam with PASO?
It would literally be the dumbest thing in history for them to do that.
They have billions of dollars.
What would they have to "Gain" by going in on a penny stock scam with PASO?
Nothing at all.
Not to mention, there is no dilution here.
Attractive float still.
I agree, and I'm done contacting them
The whole point why I contacted them in the first place a couple of weeks ago was a "sanity check" for my own needs.
I needed to know that I was investing in a legit "planned" merger, and not an intended scam or hoax.
Once I received that confirmation, I felt much better about my investment.
Now that doesn't mean there still isn't high risk.
This is a conglomerate merger after all, and all it takes is one domino to fall down, and this merger very well may not go through.
But if I were to lose money on this, at least it would be to a legit planned operation, instead of a scam.
That was important to me, as I calculate risk vs. reward on my investment.
Which is exactly what I always do. I calculate odds, and I have a model in place that I compute from, in terms of if and how much I invest.
I won't be contacting them anymore.
The only reason why I attempted to contact them again, was because the 1st conversation I had was "before" the merger delay.
I needed to hear it again a 2nd time "after" delay.
I'm good now.
-Roof
You the man too Doog.
Thanks for everything you do as well.
Cheers.
New Update from UST Global
Just talked to UST Global again.
Lawshanette (sp?) called me from Customer Relations.
I went through their contact us page once again.
https://www.ust-global.com/contact-us
Plugged in my phone #, etc.
I've done this four times in the past couple of weeks, I've been called twice.
You can also try calling their headquarters.
949-716-8757
Anyways, Lawshanette said they are involved in an upcoming venture (as she put it).
When I first asked if it's a conglomerate merger, she said she can't give much information, and honestly didn't know much.
I asked if she's aware of Patient Access Solutions, and she said yeah it's been in their updated e-mails and documents they're been receiving about the upcoming venture.
She didn't know anything at all on the patent, she was clueless to that.
She did say there are numerous companies involved, and that she'll know more as time goes by.
I pressed for more information toward the end of the conversation.
She said they will have a larger international presence than before.
Also, she dropped one nugget ....
Their benefits are supposedly going to change and "hopefully" get better (as she laughed).
Maybe a hint that everything is going to get BIGGER for them and all companies involved?
Better incentive for all their employees?
I couldn't get any more information out of her.
But once again, UST Global is involved, and they are well aware of Patient Access Solutions.
Just further confirmation that this is not a conjured up penny stock hoax or scam.
I agree. This could go to $5.00 per share
after merger closes, and price correction.
Doog, realistically can this get to $2.00 ???
Do you think this can get to multi dollars per share after the merger completes?
Within a year or less? (after proper valuation and share price correction).
Thanks.
As mentioned earlier, just because something is delayed, doesn't mean it's a "Scam".
If the NFL or College Football season gets "delayed" this year to a later start date for the beginning of their season ..........
Does that mean they are a scam too?
All because of a "delay" for the "new normal" we live in (COVID season), which can cause a "delay" on anything.
Especially in the medical industry, which directly relates to COVID.
New regulations are in play, cautious approaches are taken, things are taking more time because of this.
Not to mention, more companies are now involved here.
Conglomerate merger just became a super conglomerate merger.
If they scammed us all along, the super conglomerate merger would have been the teasing stick all along.
Expansion has been added here to the merger.
But "Oh My God, it got delayed, it's automatically a SCAM now"
LOL.
If your wife is 10 minutes late coming home because of a "delay", I hope you take it easy on her.
Please do. Be gentle. And patient. And enjoy life, stop your panic.
Most panic sellers today probably have high blood pressure.
And depression/anxiety pills.
Maybe because they know this is moving straight to the Nasdaq soon after the conglomerate merger closes.
Hmmmmmmmmm.
And not only is this more efficient for them, but it's better for them because they also need PASO.
Not to mention, remember the patent.
Thanks. I understand how the OTC works
It's really not a complicated world to understand what's driving activity in the OTC world, if people actually shut off their emotions, and think with the left side of their brain.
The left side of the brain is connected to Logic, Linear Thinking, and Facts.
I studied a ton of psychology as an undergraduate, but I was a business major (double major: Marketing and Business Management)
I then went on to get my MBA, but even with my extensive business background and overall education, I still appreciate the psychology courses I took.
A lot of my general educational "elective" courses were psychology courses.
It has been an investment that has paid itself back and more.
"The Sellers today are Amateurs"
They have been burned too many times in the OTC before, because they're not very adept as an investor or trader, or they aren't competent enough to do their own research, or are too lazy to do any DD on their own.
They rely on "hype" from others, and therefore "hope" they hit it big.
They've been burned with blood red in other stocks, and that causes them to "assume" this one is a scam because the price is dropping.
They are overly sensitive, paranoid, and are negative on the OTC overall, and in every stock they are in.
They get burned, time and time again, because of the first two sentences above.
It becomes a vicious cycle for them, that they can't get out of. It's like they are drowning in their own quicksand.
My advice for them ....
Get out of the OTC.
It's not a world you should be in.
You will be another roadkill in another stock, and another one, and you'll get addicted to trying to get your money back.
There are mostly two types or prototypes of people/investors in the OTC ....
-Those who make a killing.
-Those who lose their shirt, and continue to lose their shirt, because they make irrational decisions.
More people fall in to the 2nd category.
Because they are "followers" in life, and as a result, they are also "followers" in the OTC.
Leaders tend to fall in the first prototype.
If you can "Lead" your life, and can do research, and come up with a well calculated business strategy, with an "optimization plan" of maximizing gains, and minimizing losses, then you can make a killing in the OTC, or a good amount of profit at the very least.
Just talked to a senior project manager
I first asked her how often do projects get delayed in her world?
"Quite often" she said.
I said, "I certainly know that, but if you had to quantify, what % of the time do they get delayed from the initial target date"
"Probably a little over half honestly, so I'd say around 60%-70%", she said.
What about your biggest projects, what % with an initial target date get delayed?
"That would be like 80% or 90%", she laughed as she said.
I then asked her for her "perception" on company mergers.
"I'm not sure how often those would get delayed, but it wouldn't surprise me if they get delayed as much % wise as our key projects do"
Finally, I told her that a merger I was keeping an eye on during COVID, it's a "conglomerate" merger in the medical/healthcare field, several companies involved ....
Her immediate response before I even finished talking about it, "Oh, I'm sure that's going to get delayed, and maybe more than one delay, but mergers like that are out of my expertise of course".
I then asked one last question:
"If a conglomerate merger gets delayed, does that mean it's most likely a scam?"
"Why would a standard delay mean it's a scam? I'm sure there are tons of bells and whistles, lots of hold up with all the nuances involved in a conglomerate merger like that, especially in what we're facing now in the medical field. If it's being announced that a "conglomerate" merger is happening, I'm almost 100% sure it would not be a scam"
She's a smart lady.
Smarter than 99% of men who invest in the OTC, who get angry with every little price drop.
The fact she gave me her "perception" on things, was certainly appreciated. She lives in a world of pressure and targeted deadlines.
Conclusion:
We're dealing with a "Conglomerate" merger in reality here, and one during COVID season.
This is not completing a simple merger in a business simulated video game on your computer or smart device.
Wake up people.
She gets it.
-Roof
And even better yet, no dilution here
O/S = 740 million
A/S = 750 million
No dilution during the pending period as we approach merger completion.
Unlike some other merger plays that have occurred this year, with MASSIVE dilution along the journey.
Some people can't read or do their own DD
It's truly sad.
Either that, or they throw crap out there to try to get the price even lower, so they can buy more shares.
You nailed it Doog
I just stumbled across this post, as I’m still catching up reading all the posts here.
Was too busy acquiring soon to be Golden Tickets this morning for pennies per share.
As they always say, buy low and sell high.
Too many did the opposite today. Oh well, that’s their “locked in” loss now.
I guess they can just put it on their taxes.
Buy when there’s blood in the streets.
Don’t sell in to the blood, as that locks in the blood from your dead carcass as official OTC roadkill.
The winners in the end are the ones who make methodical and cerebral decisions when they buy and sell.
Not with emotional decisions.
Always go cerebral over emotional.
BINGO
I didn’t get to a net worth of $675,000 in all my individual brokerage and 401k brokerage accounts combined (and well before age 30), without knowing what I’m doing in the OTC, and especially in merger plays.
The people panicking are newbies, amateurs, and roadkill in the OTC.
Apparently, they can’t handle a little bit of turbulence.
If they can’t handle it, then get off the plane, and go ride a kid’s ride.
Big Boys and Grown Men know what’s coming.
Confirmation shows that “insiders” have bought a ton of shares.
Just more confirmation that this is legit for you guys, but I already knew that officially last week.
Mergers get delayed all the time.
Some of you need to get thicker skin.
In merger plays, they have two Ultimate resolutions in the end.
They either close or get cancelled.
This one is still pending and they are definitely still planning to merge.
This is a “conglomerate” merger, several companies involved, not just two.
Which already gave this exponentially higher odds to be delayed than a traditional merger.
This one is conglomerate.
This is why you “Ladder” in buying more shares today
I am the one doing a LOT of Buying today
I talked to UST Global directly last week.
The fact that UST Global is "aware" of this merger, and basically confirmed it to me, "proves" to me this is not a scam.
That I know of.
Because I know this is not a scam, I have been LOADING THE BOAT today with shares.
I have taken advantage of these dips at $0.06, $0.05, and now the $0.04 range.
This merger IS HAPPENING.
Anyone who says otherwise is either trying to get your shares, or they're one big fat wuss.
Roadkill in the OTC are the ones who get shaken out of their shares, because they're 'skeeered'.
I have been in several merger plays in the past that have made me some quality income (for further reinvested capital, and disposable income to party with).
This is VERY COMMON in merger plays, especially successful ones that end up closing the merger.
Again, this is VERY COMMON for these to be delayed. I have quite a bit of experience in these plays.
Do what you want.
Today has been GREAT for me.

The Roofus on Fire Clay
Your chart video made me laugh so hard, it had me thinking it was a shart video.
You should call it “Clay’s Sharts - stonks of the stinks”
Other than that, great shart analysis.
It was shartacular.
Woot-Woot, you are THE MAN
Thanks for all your great posts.
We're all gonna make some SERIOUS GREEN here.
Woot-Woot
Had to get a little greedy there at the end
I decided to up my position to 500,000 shares now.
Those of you out there with 'at least' a million shares, I envy you.
Today was the most important day so far for PASO shareholders.
If this hits dollars, the Roofus On Fire.
What is the combined market cap here?
If you had to speculate, what is the "combined" market cap value of all the companies involved?
And if you had to set a realistic price target, state your prediction.
I'll give you a hint on my "minimum" price target here ........
"Ocho"
