As mentioned earlier, just because something is delayed, doesn't mean it's a "Scam".

If the NFL or College Football season gets "delayed" this year to a later start date for the beginning of their season ..........

Does that mean they are a scam too?
All because of a "delay" for the "new normal" we live in (COVID season), which can cause a "delay" on anything.
Especially in the medical industry, which directly relates to COVID.

New regulations are in play, cautious approaches are taken, things are taking more time because of this.
Not to mention, more companies are now involved here.
Conglomerate merger just became a super conglomerate merger.
If they scammed us all along, the super conglomerate merger would have been the teasing stick all along.
Expansion has been added here to the merger.

But "Oh My God, it got delayed, it's automatically a SCAM now"
