When I started Dussault Apparel it was fashionable to spend 300 dollars on a pair jeans, and 1,000 dollars on a Dussault Hoodie, needless to say the world changed over night, and I had to come up with a plan to keep my company alive, ENTER DEUCE. DEUCE by Dussault is a line of clothing that has the same attention to detail as Dussault, only rather than made in Vancouver personally managed and overseen by me, its manufactured in China. The quality is still great, its just way cheaper to make, I am proud to say that sales of our Fall line of DEUCE have surpassed expectations and we are sold out or close to sold out in most styles. In fact sales where so good I have ordered more hoodies, with different threads so that we will have stock for Christmas, and I am currently designing hoodies for spring 2012. Every collection, I have a new Peter Panda, the spring collection will have 2, see a sneak peak of art below.

someone's been doing their homework! Good work livinlarge8.
Liable, streetking and the rest of the gang probably trying to figure out a way to try and spin this right now.
facts speak for them self's. Fact is, Dussault is selling!!!
Thought, I suppose this is just the 40k worth of left over inventory, right? lol
"The original question was whether or not DUSS owned the show. They don't."
My question, do you have something to back this up, or as I have already mentioned, is this just your speculation?
If you have something to prove your statement please share as that was the whole reasoning behind my posts today.
I have not mentioned whether or not I believe that Dussault apparel inc owns or profits from Dussault inc. I DO NOT BELIEVE THEY DO! but also, as mentioned, I'm looking for proof , one way or the other!.
Also, I am not here looking to have a pissing match with some random nay say'er from a forum, I am here because I am trying to gain information into an investment of mine. this forum being one form of my DD. If you have something worth while that you would like to share with this board, please feel free to do so. Otherwise, please disregard my posts as I am only looking for informed answers and not speculation.
No actually I believe that was you whom said I answered my own question in my first paragraph, correct?
you are referencing my last post not the one I had replied to.
Nice try spinning this one.... still waiting for something definitive, I at least provided reference to my statements..
You have yet to produce anything other than words.....
This time change was mentioned earlier this week... I believe the general consensus on this board is that it is a very good thing.
But I would double check with Liable, he might have a different twist to this.... ;)
as stated, I was looking for definitive proof, in writing, not my statement!
until you can show me something in writing from dussault inc or dussault apparel that states whether or not they are connected. it is still only speculation.
just my opinion, but I trust facts not speculation. as of now, no one can prove definitively one way or the other...
Marketing
Our main focus of marketing our company is the reality television show "Dussault Inc.", produced by Paperny Films. Filming for Season One of the show has been completed and aired in Canada on the Biography Channel. The show is expected to air on Citytv in early summer 2011. The show follows the daily life of designer Jason Dussault and the staff of Dussault Apparel. Paperny films has announced the second season will begin filming in Los Angeles in the spring of 2011.
Our other method of marketing is viral. From short films to animations and music videos and collaborations with manufacturers of products that tie in with the premium apparel experience demographic our company is targeting. We are constantly developing and airing branded videos on YouTube.com, Facebook.com and communicated through twitter and blogs. The viral marketing method allows us to cost-effectively reach a wider market on an ongoing basis.
Our products have been featured on several television shows such as Gene Simmons’ Family Jewels and Criss Angels Mind Freak. Family Jewels has dedicated entire episodes to our brand, covering events and parties that we have hosted with some of Los Angeles hottest celebrities. Gene Simmons has also promoted us through wearing our product while appearing on the television show Are You Smarter Than A Fifth Grader, as well as numerous other television appearances.

your argument is sound but I have still seen no direct proof! my reasoning is that if you read their filings from early 2010 will will see note of Dussault inc in their filings as the main source of advertisement. but they did not state whether or not Dussault inc is part of Dussault apparel.
The closest thing I have seen myself making any mention of this direct link is "Dussault apparel inc. announces Dussault inc television show" but again this could just be promotion of show....... I'm only looking for solid conformation only, one way or the other....
Liable, I am not trying to call you out, I am just looking to squash this argument one way or the other, by comparing my DD with that of others..
Not saying I agree or disagree with this statement as I have not been able to find hard proof stating one way or another, Dussault inc's relationship with Dussault apparel inc.
Do you have hard proof of this or is it speculation?
I am not trying to be confrontational only looking to find a solid answer to this.
Was reading over Jasons blog site and came across this article. article was posted on 9-23-2011... IMO, the line in bold says it all. Plus the rest is a pretty good read.

I think most of us are banking on brand exposure!
I have already attempted to contact Rogers. Did so on Monday, still have yet to receive a response..
I am also holding bags, I'm down almost 10g at the moment but have still kept a positive attitude..
Sorry imo people like him are the scum of the earth...
If you were not looking to put a spin on it, then I am sorry for wrongly calling you out.
My fist impression when I read your reply was, because you pointed out the statement by the salon owner, that he "had made money but then stopped". I felt that you were implying he stopped for a negative reason other than the fact that it created hardships for him in his daily activities at the salon.
LOL, I was thinking the same thing!
Well, I see how you are trying to spin this one.... The reason the salon owner decided to stop was not financial, but because of the fact that they had to run their salon more as a movie set than a salon...Which he was, trying to run a salon..
Dussault inc. is trying to sell their brand name, not push a retail location.... BIG DIFFERENCE!!!
besides, I was mearly only trying to point out Jason's statement: “It doubled the size of my company by having the production team on my side.”
Wanted to share an article I just read.. Read the bold print!! full article can be found here: http://vancouver.openfile.ca/vancouver/file/2011/09/reality-tv-bites-some-local-entrepreneurs
Reality TV bites for some local entrepreneurs
The trailer for Dussault Inc., which is currently in its second season.

Reported File
Vancouver is known as one of North America’s top spots for movie and television productions, thanks to its diverse terrain and enticing tax cuts.
However, in the last few years, Vancouver has been increasingly used as the backdrop for reality television. More specifically, reality television focusing on entrepreneurs: The Cupcake Girls, At the End of My Leash, The Stagers and The Last Ten Pounds put the spotlight on business owners around town, detailing what they do, both inside and outside of the office.
Jason Dussault, owner of the clothing line Dussault Apparel Inc., branched out into television in an effort to expand his brand. He had been on several reality shows before, including Gene Simmons Family Jewels and the locally shot Chop Shop, and believed he had a compelling story to tell.
A few years ago, the clothing designer approached Paperny Films and pitched his idea; Dussault Inc. is now in its second season, although it’s currently based in L.A.
Dussalut says the best part about having a televsion show is its reach. For instance, he wanted to expand his brand to sunglasses. In order to create a good storyline, the producers helped him find collaborators, so he didn’t have to do the grunt work.
“The contact base grows expediently,” he says. “It doubled the size of my company by having the production team on my side.” He says his show also gave him “opportunity and access and a little bit of star power” that he wouldn’t have had otherwise.
Michael Procter, co-founder and co-owner of Chop Shop, agrees that exposure from having a show based on his business helped with exposure. Unlike Dussault, producers approached Procter and his partner Daniel Hudon about doing a show based on their rock n’ roll-themed hair salon. It lasted for one season in 2008 and is still in reruns.
“I don’t like or respect reality TV, but we couldn’t argue it was an excellent marketing tool for our brand,” he says.
Didn't say it was anything news worthy. just pointing out something I noticed.
Doesn't make sense to me that he would promoting a specific tv network, well trying to land a deal on another... just say'in!
Has anyone noticed that Jason Dussault follows A&E network on twitter???? hum, wonder why?
No problem, If I do hear anything back I will be sure to share the news with all of the "friendly" Dussers.
Yesterday morning I had written to cineflix "distributor for Dussault inc.". I have still yet to receive a reply... which in this case I see as no news is good news. IMO if there was nothing in the works they would have at least emailed me back saying that they are currently marketing it or what not. but no reply leads me to believe that they do not want to let the cat out of the bag just yet...... Just my thoughts!
If anyone else cares to write to inquire I would be happy to share their email and contact info....
No problem, I figured sense you have been pretty straight with us thus far that you had probably missed that post...
Today is just more of the usual MM games, as always!
well, I tried to buy at the ask, but was given shares cheaper. Hummm.
just got my shares at .0036. placed my order at ask price of .0046
my order isn't even showing up on L2
placed a small order to buy at sell price of .0046, still waiting for my buy to go through, 15 minutes later!!!
I want to know, If supposedly no one is covering their shorts here, than who the hell is selling at .0036? unless your shorting, You would loose your ass selling at these prices......
auto bid for 5k now at .0042
if someone can tell me where to upload images of L2 screen shots, I will put them up for everyone...
bid now = .0039
bid = .0036 sell = .0048
bid was on the board for .004 and they sold for .0039
wow now their dropping it below the bid price WTF!
Wont play for me. Say's that it is only available to Canadian viewers.
Reminds me of a song I once heard; I wanna rock and roll, all night, and party every day !!! Hum?
Right! I've been waiting for that one all day.
You could be right, It just struck me as odd that the number of total shares sold was 1000500..
