Even if Clark County decides not to approve any additional locations it appears that they will be left with only 10 storefronts. The State has said they will not issue any additional provisional certificates. This means either we get additional locations in the County or far less competition and greater potential market share for our City location
. We were fortunate to receive approval in the City of Las Vegas for a retail dispensary and the Company is moving forward on that project.
This needs to read by itself !!!!
This [i]suit does not affect the company's Clark County cultivation or production permits or any of thecompany's initiatives in the other jurisdictions where it received provisional certificates.
Welcome back. I agree nice pic !!!
Wow , nice DD way back when. !!!!
I agree and that should occur sooner than later.
I agree and should occur before XMas.
SInce they generated close to 7 million dollars so far I doubt there was too many plants that died under the care of EDible GArdens. I doubt EDible GArdens is held liable for what occurs within the store .

Washoe County Cultivation and Production- MediFarm II received provisional registration certificates from the State of Nevada Department of Health and Human Services Division of Public and Behavioral Health on 11/3/2014. The company anticipates beginning construction within Q2 2015.
Reno Dispensary- MediFarm I received a provisional registration certificate from the State of Nevada Department of Health and Human Services Division of Public and Behavioral Health on 11/3/2014. The Company is currently working to compile all the required documents necessary to submit a business license application to the City of Reno Business License Division. The Company is currently working with an architectural company and general contractor to design and ultimately submit final construction documents to the City of Reno Building, Planning and Engineering Division for permitting. The company anticipates this process to take approximately 80 days before construction begins. After completing construction and obtaining all required approvals and certifications from the local and state agencies, MediFarm I will commence operations.
The Company is currently working with an architectural company and general contractor to design and ultimately submit final construction documents to the Clark County Building and Planning Departments for permitting for all four facilities that have been issued provisional registration certificates from Nevada. Once we receive a determination from the Clark County Commission on final approval of our dispensary locations and after construction documents have been approved, MediFarm will begin construction on all premises that have been approved in Clark County. The company anticipates this process to take approximately 95 days, for the cultivation and production facilities, before construction begins. MediFarm will commence operations after completing construction and obtaining all required approvals and certifications from the local and state agencies.

The application included documentation submitted to the Las Vegas Metro Police Department to initiate a second series of background checks for all owners of MediFarm. After completing construction and obtaining all required approvals and certifications from the local and state agencies, MediFarm will commence operations.

Terra Tech Subsidiary Edible Garden(tm) Now Shipping to 120 Weis Supermarkets
Belividere, Dec 03, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE via COMTEX) -- Terra Tech Corp (TRTC) subsidiary Edible Garden, an urban agricultural company, announced new retail outlets for their line of living produce. The company is now shipping living herbs to Weis Markets throughout the Northeast. Weis Markets operates stores in Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.
"We are excited to work with Weis Markets throughout the Northeast. They have been serving their loyal customers since 1912 and we are thrilled they will be offering Edible Garden's fresh locally grown produce," says Derek Peterson, CEO Terra Tech Corp. "We are pleased that retailers like Weis are supporting local farmers, helping create local jobs, and investing in their local communities."
Edible Garden is actively pursuing additional retail partners to fill out their new 5-acre facility as well as the facilities of their cultivation partners in Florida and the Midwest. In addition the company has been experimenting with new produce in an effort to broaden their offerings to both current and potential retail partners.
Recap of 2014 highlights :
Company was able to increase revenue to 7 million.
Edible GArdens is the flag ship of revenue and we await addtional revenue from Strawberry sales for 4th Quarter. EG is spreading and now has close to 1300 locations. Margins are low so as to get in the market and once established will be increased. EG only started in 2013 so to have such revenue in one year is remarkable.
TRTC created sub's (Medifarms 1 2 ) and applied for 8 Medical Marijuana Dispensaries in the state of Nevada and the STate Approved ALL.
TRTC established an Extraction Lab in California and with their partners, NRT# and VAP#, will be distributing CBD Oils and edible products thru out California and Washington STate, Oregon and NEvada in 2015.
TRTC business plan is solid and on target.
There is much to look forward to in 2015 if you are long in the stock !!!!

"The litigation in Clark County is potentially holding up opening our 2 dispensary locations and we will have to spend some effort navigating through the process. However, it is the cultivation and production facilities that take the most time to construct and a retail storefront is not needed until the Company is well into construction on those facilities. We were fortunate to receive approval in the City of Las Vegas for a retail dispensary and the Company is moving forward on that project. Even if Clark County decides not to approve any additional locations it appears that they will be left with only 10 storefronts. The State has said they will not issue any additional provisional certificates. This means either we get additional locations in the County or far less competition and greater potential market share for our City location," explains Derek Peterson, CEO of Terra Tech. "The Company is thrilled at the opportunity we have within the state. With our multiple permits, we have all the state's major markets covered regardless of what happens within Clark County. Our focus now is to aggressively work through the local administrative process and break ground as soon as possible. We formed MediFarm on March 19, 2014. We own 60% of the membership interests in MediFarm. The remaining membership interests are owned by Camden Goorjian (20%) and by Richard Vonfeldt (20%), two otherwise unaffiliated individuals. Upon receipt of the necessary governmental approvals and permitting, we expect MediFarm to operate medical marijuana cultivation, production and dispensary facilities in Clark County, Nevada and a medical marijuana dispensary facility in the City of Las Vegas.
We formed MediFarm I on July 18, 2014. We own 50% of the membership interests in MediFarm I. The remaining membership interests are owned by Forever Green NV, LLC (50%), an otherwise unaffiliated entity. Upon receipt of the necessary governmental approvals and permitting, we expect MediFarm I to operate a medical marijuana dispensary in Reno, Nevada.
We formed MediFarm II on July 30, 2014. We own 55% of the membership interests in MediFarm II. The remaining membership interests are owned by Nevada MF, LLC (30%) and by Forever Green NV, LLC (15%), two otherwise unaffiliated parties. Upon receipt of the necessary governmental approval and permitting, we expect MediFarm II to operate a medical marijuana cultivation and production facility in Spanish Springs, Nevada.
Recently, we formed three majority-owned subsidiaries for the purposes of cultivation or production of medical marijuana and/or operation of dispensary facilities in various locations in Nevada upon obtaining the necessary government approvals and permits, as to which there can be no assurance. Each subsidiary was formed with different investors, thus necessitating the need for multiple entities with different strategic partners and advisory board members. In addition, we anticipate each subsidiary will service a different geographical market in Nevada. Effectuation of the proposed business of each of (i) MediFarm, LLC (a Nevada limited liability company (“MediFarm”), (ii) MediFarm I, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (“MediFarm I”), and (iii) MediFarm II, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (“MediFarm II”) is dependent upon the continued legislative authorization of medical marijuana at the state level. We expect to allocate future business opportunities among MediFarm, MediFarm I and MediFarm II based on the locations of such opportunities.
They gave them stock...... not future revenue !!!!
We did not, however, want to give up the revenue and profit potential over the long run, so we swapped an initial equity distribution for Terra Tech to have the right to the majority of the revenue and net profits of the operations.
At September 30, 2014, we had a cash balance of approximately of $3,476,579 compared to a cash balance of $26,943 at December 31, 2013.
That 3 million will get em started fine !!!!!!
Revenues. For the year ended December 31, 2013, we generated revenues of $2,125,851 compared to $552,579 for the year ended December 31, 2012, an increase of 285%. The increase was primarily due to revenues generated by Edible Garden, which we acquired in April 2013. During the first half of 2013, our principal focus was the rebranding of Edible Garden’s product line and contracting with new farms in order to increase the volume of produce available for sale by Edible Garden. During the second half of 2013, our focus switched to accelerating the construction of Edible Garden’s new 5-acre facility. A significant portion of our time, resources and energy went into financing and completing this facility at the expense of furthering our sales efforts. Having completed the majority of Edible Garden’s new facility in 2013, we expect produce sales to increase significantly in 2014.

IMHO the revenue generated from Nevada will appear insignificant when one compares the revenue generated from the Oakland Lab thruout the state of California and on into WAshington State, Oregon and NEvada. If one reviews the statements made by DP for the past few years he has stayed on tract !!!! Take EG which actually started in 2013 and already in one year the total revenue jumped from 500K to over 7 million. Granted margins were low and he recognized that and is currently correcting that. Strawberry revenue has yet hit the books as its still in the 4th quarter. For .35 cents u are getting two companies...... relax and let DP run his business.
We did not, however, want to give up the revenue and profit potential over the long run, so we swapped an initial equity distribution for Terra Tech to have the right to the majority of the revenue and net profits of the operations. Why has the share price fallen from .80 to below .40 since that news. Could it be cause they didnt get the dispensary License.
action of the share price has been aggravating but if you look at the business plan and whats taken place since June, its all be positive and yet the price will retract or stay stagnat. But if you look at the daily FINRA report u will see one out of every trade was short and since June the short were 3 to 4 million. But lets see what happens starting tomorrow when Licenses should be granted. If you look at short interest , as of Nov 15th it fell dramaticly 27% and I predict by next reporting date it will have fallen even more as "whoever they are" have stopped shorting the stock which now will allow the share price to move upwards just as it did in the first quarter of 2014. Short interest now is the same as Jan 2014 just prior to the run up. This is all just an opinion. Merry XMas
As the XMas season is upon us I just wanted to point out that when many of us will be shopping or doing Xmas type of events there will be employees of TRTC working very hard to meet deadlines associated with opening one, two or three dispensaries and building from the ground up two independant cultivation sites... There is no doubt they will be sacrificing family events that will ultimately benefit us, the ones that have to push a button to buy or sell the stock and or sit and comment as we please about their actions. As a public company under SEC domain they cannot comment!!!! so Merry Xmas to TRTC employee's from me.... and yes I appreciate all you do for us as well as for all the future patients in Nevada and across the USA.
I checked the insider sales for the end of 2013 and only Amy appears. I will supply the link for your review. http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/TRTC/insider-transactions
