Articles of Incorporation authorize the issuance of up to 350,000,000 shares of Common Stock and 25,000,000 shares of preferred stock, with a par value of $0.001 per share.

As of November 18 , 2014, we had 192,246,031 shares of Common Stock,

They have plenty of shares to pay for the 11 million dollar build out.
