I got an email from the company that says exactly the same thing.
what do you call loaning PGUS 500,000???????
Thanks makes sense.
How about agricultural taking care of all financing in the future, until we get deep pocket partners for the realestate development.
I wonder if changing the name is a pre-curser to leaving the canadian stock market?

Make up your mind. LOL

I have bought private placement stock directly from a company. As long as it is restricted for a specific amount of time and the company continues to grow, it is a better option. It gives us sharholders the opportunity to buy at a discount as long as we hold it for a year or whatever amount of time stated. We have to be "an accredited investor".
I want to have a conversation about this. What does this mean for us?

I am watching this one, I really like what it says it does but with pink stocks, they don't report to the SEC so they can write anything and it DOES NOT have to be true. OTCQB stocks have to write the truth or face consequences. Not saying one can not make money on these, but you have to be really careful. This is their law firm and the companies they represent. "The company you keep"

This would be called DILUTIVE financing. Those private placements will convert into additional shares.
Now you are the expert on private placements. LOL
What Happens When Filing Form D vs. Not Filing?
If you qualify to use Form D when selling securities, your choice of whether to do so or not can lead to huge differences. Here are just a few examples:
A company wants to keep its investors confidential, so it registers with the SEC instead of filing Form D. By doing so, they must now learn the registration laws of every state they do business in and file the appropriate paperwork. Some states require a similar form, but anyone filing Form D will have a much easier time with state law.
A company decides to seek an exemption other than under Regulation D. They will again have to figure out state law, and the filing process will be much more complicated than simply filing Form D.
Reasons to Consider Not Using Form D
There are many exemptions from registering with the SEC, but companies usually stick with Form D because it provides the most benefits. That's why there are very few reasons to consider not using Form D. These include the following:
You've decided to make a public offering of securities for funding.
You want to keep the names of your investors from becoming public knowledge.
Thanks, anything about the loan being made whole again and I am in.
Just giving his background as a board of Director member for PGUS. Not really for you because I know you knew that. More information to those on this message board.
We ALL KNOW who and what you are.
Hey maybe I am Jan???LOL
Easier to do that than get 107 phone calls and emails.
In the United States, to be considered an accredited investor, one must have a net worth of at least $1,000,000, excluding the value of one's primary residence, or have income at least $200,000 each year for the last two years (or $300,000 combined income if married) and have the expectation to make the same amount ...

I talked about robbing Peter to pay Paul. Now I just want to know about Vista Capital and JSJ. If we can get the pps moving Jan can use his money to "Loan" PGUS enough to take care of Power up and Tangiers. Work it Jan!!! I have been in this situation in my personal life, where you just need time more than anything.
No manipulation going on here. LOL
The day is not over. LOL droppped on 100 share trade.LOL
Thanks, I just read your short version.
This is the main reason I hate pink sheet stocks. Financial do not even have to be real or true since they are not sent to the sec.
I am hoping the best for you. I will be watching and if it turns out good things are happing I will be aware of them.
I just read the summary of the interview, I have never heard a CEO admit that he was going to pay debt off the backs of shareholders. I was waiting for an entry point, but now I will just watch. Good Luck to All.
NONON2 I am "sure" he wants 107 people from this board emailing, texting and calling every time someone interjects doubt on this board. AND he is going to tell one "stranger" more than he will another, risking his million dollar investment, name, time and effort. If it is legal to tell one, it is legal to tell all, but what do I know.
I was out all day, what was that first hour of trading all about?
He is probably robbing peter to pay paul trying to keep notes from converting and we as shareholders constantly emailing and calling is wearing thin on his nevres. We all KNOW we have notes coming due I posted them all in a post awhile ago. I was corrected on a point here and there but for the most part I was on target. Short version 10 notes this year 5 have been paid in full. 5 we don't know about.
Tangiers .015 conversion price. Due Sept.21,2018.
Vista Capital .035 conversion November 3rd due
JSJ November 10th
EMA April 2018 due
New Power up 6 months Jan. 23,2018
It would really be great to get a bank loan NOT tied to shares.
4 Signs a Penny Stock Is Worth Millions
http://www.investopedia.com/articles/active-trading/083115/4-signs-penny-stock-worth-millions.asp?lgl=rira-baseline
Penny stocks prices are often manipulated and do not represent a fair value. There is no stock valuation analysis by independent brokerage firms or analysts.
Though many penny stocks go bust, if an investor exercises careful fundamental analysis and picks sound management teams, they could find the coveted diamond in the rough.
Check-low debt
Check-continuous revenue
Check-farming/realestate
AND Check-Jan
I believe this will be a mult-month/year run once it starts.
Somethings and some people are so transparent.
We have had OVER 100 tweets since January 2017 about PGUS. So in roughly 10 months Jan has communicated on average 12 times per month. To put it another way, on average every third day of the year he communicates. If you take out weekends, he communicates every other day on average. Tell me again what are we complaining about????????
In times like this it is good for me to remember why I bought in the first place. It is short of amazing how this company has developed in less than 1 year. All of the headlines are at the bottom of this page. 26 from this year alone. 36 in all. This does not include tweets. If that is not enough, I do not know what will satisfy the penny stock investor. I think this is babysitting.

In 12 days we would have been nothing but down on the chart for 8 months. It can wear on the best of us. I have been in for 8 months to the day today, while some of you have been here since late 2015 early 2016. Better chart days are coming.
I am hoping for a better morning and week. Hopefully a rise in share price will settle everything.
I believe your motives are pure, not so much for some others, but I respectfully disagree. If you bought Walgreens stock, you would not send them a "laundry list" I know those are not your words but what you are asking amounts to the same thing. This is a penny stock with great potential, that is being manipulated. I know you have been here for a long time. Personally I would have never been interested in PGUS with its other business model. The land is what grabbed my attention and he/PGUS have done wonders in a short time with just a little part of it. Sometimes, you have to have the right timing with updates or you lose penny stock investor's confidence if the stock does not move with good new. I will say it for the millionth time, a company's value and stock price does not always match. It is a matter of taking advantage when it does not match in your favor.
I know a lot if not most of you don't believe this, but we do not need Jan to do anything more. We just need the marketmakers to decide they have enough shares and to start to trade this fairly. It will happen when "they" are ready, until then I will continue to add. Solely my opinion. Stocks move all the time without the CEO babysitting the shareholders. Jan has shown us everything by "putting his money where his mouth is" if that is not enough, then penny stocks might not really be for you. It just does not get any better than this CEO. A Million plus of his own money invested in this venture. He wants this to suceed asmuch or more than us, he has invested his money, his name, his time and effort, we simply bought the stock and hope to profit from it all.
Without the games we would be sitting at .015, hopefully the people who control this stock are ready to "play fair".
