Oh, except the animation at the very bottom.....somehow missed that one.
Your honesty here is much appreciated Jonny. (Great animation at the bottom of your posts). I don't know at what point you got in and then out (in what year) with BIEL, but I believe that greed can only take place after someone makes a ton of money, then blows it all on a very risky gamble, or does really bad things (in front and behind the scenes) to make a lot of money like the mob has or like much of what Big Parma has. There may be much volatility ahead especially if sales increase, which could allow people who have been here a while to exit as the pps rebounds again. What do I BASE this on? It's just a hunch based on watching countless pinkies over the years. (Note: If I wanted to have a freaking BASE for every opinion here n pinkyland I probably would not be here in this high risk play, but I would be more into the more accountable blue chip stocks. (Which is where I will go more into if this takes off). Just my opinion.
Exactly Brabo. That, and what Simpsonly said about Forbes (formerly of P&G) are two very good reasons (sorry -that I failed to mention) as to why I believe we will get very interesting and more exciting PRs within the next few months. (And Yes! The dopey FDA regrettably 'does' have the final say! But ONLY in the U.S. !! HaHa. GLTY
I feel the days ahead are going to be very interesting and exciting......Everyone be prepared for the PRs we've been waiting for: 1). Increased sales (it can't go anywhere but up). 2). New U.S. FDA code that will include acceptance of BIEL (provided BIEL has forms ready to go). 3). New buyout curiosity at intensified levels once sales and/or FDA gives their resolution. All in My Opinion. Also, I am confident there will not be any R/S until we hit well over 5B, but something good will take place before then.
Good going fuja21! But what are shareholders for but to remind corporate management of why we are all here!
Maybe management should include a 30 amp 440 VAC three phase back pack with obvious associated dangers along with each patch and then maybe the products would get a new or even old FDA code with swift approval?
BIEL could have done so much more if over the last three years (once they saw the problem with the product fit within current FDA codes)......if they would have just picked one or two locations (like Canada and UK) and focussed on them by way of marketing and sales.....Also, I would hope that AW is prepparing the PMA forms (or preparred them) for the FDA, instead of always waiting for their rhettoric, but expect what is already aniticipated from FDA. To Andy, Please do not wait for FDA and have ready to present to them - EVERYTHING - they need and eliminate any further excuses posed by the FDA. There are 49 days before April 5th, and a lot can get done in that time including preparation such as gathering and filling out all needed PMA forms or documents, as well as gathering any necessary information for any weak or inconclusive studies that may have been thrown out beforehand under the "old codes."
GLTY Imrich. I was hoping that they (FDA) between now and April 5th, 2013, would just give the PEMF products an outright new code altogether based on the information already submitted to date (without needing PMAs). If it were possible, I do not see why the FDA wouldn't just go the path of least resistance - make a tailor made code for the products allowing for Class II OTC and get on with wasting time with some other new product. I just saw another FDA drug on TV for sleeping pills and the possible side affects were extremely serious to say the least. Too unbelievable. Well by April 5th, even if the FDA gives us another story to chase, like PMAs, this new "marketer" should have put something together by then to hopefully amaze everyone.
I agree and I think pps should start to go up very soon after they sell some shares off for cash to utilize this new "market helper." I feel this is unlike Greenwood and should be a fix to an ongoing problem for some time. (Complete lack of any effective marketing strategy as stressed by Steve). My confidence has in BIEL has been raised today, but I won't give out any 'yee haw's' until we see some results, like the kind of results other corporations demand. It should get more interesting in the coming weeks with even any FDA response coming on April 5th, which is 50 days from today.
Supposedly these guys, though not MMs are able to move products in the marketplace, something that BIEL desparateky needs, but still doesnt say HOW they will do it. It looks like these guys have already done their homework.
I finally increased my position just under 1M shares today. I think better days are coming very soon. Get ready for some real news in the coming weeks/months to follow (i hope). PS: i was unable to get the real cheapies, but that's Ok...
There is a drop because the heavier buying is around .0017 or so, which were probably waiting there from before today. There is typically up to a (3) day delay for pinks to get attention from PRs before new buyers stumble across them. I can't seem to get my "price lately when I buy because I stopped buying at the ask a while ago. I hope Gro-International can turn this around.
What's going to be funny next quarterly report is that since sales were so low (about 23k), that if sales rose to just 46k, since all the new distribution centers - the company can accurately claim that sales rose 100%! If sales rose to just 70k, then that's over a 200% increase in sales and bingo - a pop in pps. So get ready everyone for the next popper.
I like ghosts informative posts also. I am still here (not as serious though) and still hoping for the "long shot." We should be getting a sales report soon? Bottom line is - if this was on the show "Shark Tank," this company would be eaten alive. It's possible that one of them would see the potential and offer some cash, but probably for controlling interest. I think they (most if not all the sharks) would opt out because of the 1). Control the FDA has on indefinitely hampering sales in the U.S. by taking their sweet azz time gathering information and 2). Lack of growing sales beyond the U.S. for almost a decade.......But I will hang around until FDA outcome, sales start to increase, or there's a BIEL management turnover. All IMO
Quote: "If I were BIEL I would do everything in my power to keep them happy until they deliver their final verdict." -----
Yes, keep them happy no matter what decade or century the FDA decides to "deliver" their final verdict. Just kidding. Hey, how many device companies are there waiting for FDA to get its shizzle together? Maybe they could all ban together - find some sympathizers willing to domate to the cause and send one kick azz lobyist to Washington D.C. to push for a sooner deliverance. That's how Big Pharma pulls the strings over there. I guess good luck with that idea....LoL
That's why it almost seems at times that a deal was stuck behind closed doors to agree to a slow death for this company - so as to not to look suspicious and bring attention by SEC - but to keep doing the same useless strategy (repeating it over and over) while expecting different results (finger crossing), and we all know what that is the same as.....Lets see what these "can kickers" say in a couple of months.
Great job tiller!

I hope AW gave these distributors at least some "temporary" incentives so the won't have to "sell the store."
I can only base it on what I've seen so far and that's not much. Websites, PRs, vacations masked as expo shows like Dubai, etc. The only real advertising done that had any real impact was Dr. Oz. He gets an "A" along with BIEL for thinking of it, but that "A" with all those other Fs over time average out IMO to an F. (Especially if you drop the highest and the lowest scores). Also, these grades are what I think reflect the past couple of years.
I think that the kids in Jr. Achievement could do circles around BIEL management. Grades I give are as follows: PEMF Technology used in BIEL products = A+, BIELs management of this PEMF Technology =D-, BIELs handling of product awareness and sales= F.
Yes. But lately logic here has been hard to find.
Maybe some of the FDA gurus (besides Imrich - since we already know his thoughts) can forecast the FDA jiberish for April: this FDA Medical Device Link can be used to obtain a more accurate opinion. Do not rely on BIEL management for any educated or even accurate predictions at this point. BIEL management is useless and I am rapidly losing whatever confidence was left, but remain stubborn to the end so these bas$#@ds do not pull a fast one and somehow get the pps to go up all of a sudden - after milking the S##t out of it for the past (3) years since the FDA (and other mob affilliates) have somehow managed to boink everyone except probably the W crew out of any $$ or hope. Great Job boinking everybody so far y'all backwards, unethical, purposely destructive, jackasses!!! Let me guess, the next pr from loyal PK will have ZERO to do with any real sales. Save your diluted cash AW on more important things like actually SELLING THE FREAKING PRODUCT!!!!!!!! All of course IMO.

I agree with you 100% about what is happening. The worst part is watching this company just sit by and do nothing except keep increasing protection of intellectual property and increase what have so far proven to be useless distributors. This seems to be the big plan for now as we wait. I used to think that AW being well into his senior years would help expedite things for us and the company, but it "appears" not. Everybody seems to be sedated and OK with the present situation. Where is their common sense let alone knowledge? Purposely driving this into the ground! My only conclusion right now is that there has been @#$ going on behind the scenes and obviously not to any shareholders favor. A wise person once said (and I used to think that this company had good people running it) was- "It's not a product that makes a good company, but the people behind the product that makes a company good."
Thank you fuja21.
Mphase is another travesty that M. Whelan belonged to. It's stock, which used to be way higher is currently about where BIEL is bottom feeding at.
Thank you so much UK! Like Steve was saying earlier - with credentials like hers WTH? I will say this, the rat I smelled occurred when that Quote mentioned Lucent Technologies, which was one of the divisions left over from AT&T, which explains her AT&T connection. Lucent is also known for buying up small high tech companies that are doing well or even have much much greater potential - then they purposely DESTROY it. I know someone who was in a rapidly growing high tech manufacturing fiberoptics company where this happened and they told me that the weirdest stuff happened right after Lucent took over and dismantled their operation - firing people at will after they had fun putting fear into them about their jobs and one person, who kept to themselves, became a missing person during that time). So with someone as "savy" as MW, why has she chosen to "freeze" everything for so long to the point of destruction? I see no need to invest in HER company after what she has PURPOSELY DONE here!!!! And am I to believe that her company would make more profit on Healfast than Bioelectronics Corporation? Maybe it should be called HELLFast where this seems to be going!!!!
Forget my last post please. Please catch me up to speed about MW's company. Does she own the Healfast worldwide distributor company that is holding Healfast distributor rights and holding Healfast back? Please explain as I am not that up on this part.
There are not just problems - and though the W's have created more than one snare - there are STILL solutions. Look, BIEL may have given away worldwide distribution rights, but I don't think that can stop BIEL from advertising RIGHT HERE and then pointing DIRECTLY to their pathetic worldwide distributor to finish the DEAL and do what they do best and thst is DISTRIBUTE. Now if there is a distributor website for Healfast and no way to make a POS Point Of Sale - then I'd say we can forget about Healfast - because then they have killed any possible future sales.....?
When I posted "pop up" add I meant an add like the one off to the right side - that's right here on the BIEL IHUB board and many other boards here too. I realize that I am most likely not the first person to suggest this - but the timing seems even more imperative.
Even if BIEL is not allowed to sell Healfast here in the U.S. then BIEL should then do their launch in Canada and UK over the radio in key areas at has the most pets (demographics). They should be able to sell "out of the country" directly off of their "bielcorp" website. The key to success at this point IMO is to keep it simple and least costly as possible. Word of mouth will then work for BIEL as well as pop up internet advertising here and there (may be expensive though). How about a pop up advertisement right here on IHUB? Across various boards.....talk about attracting shareholders...!!!!! Make it so AW! Use that grant money (if it's still there).
UK. I was specificall talking about Healfast which is 100% lega to advertise and SELL in the U.S. ....isn't it? Its for animals for Pete's sake. Dont tell me the FDA is stalling that also?
Why don't they try a few radio adds right at a couple of their local radio stations in Frederick MD pointing to BIEL website? For Healfast. That way they can monitor the station and the results. Its not totally out of their capability. Place it during a traffic and/or weather spot. This traffic brought to you by Healfast for your pet - brought to you by the Bioelectronics Corporation and you can get it at bielcorp.com....etc. ....have them spell out BIEL. It's way cheaper than TV and at least they can get the word out. They do not even have to make a commercial- have the DJ do it. They can even target a larger radio personality to have their own pet try it and sell it from their own experience - right over the radio waves. It's time they used some of the dilution on radio advertising and build it up from there. They have to keep at it for a while to get public confidence up.
Another major FDA coverup! Just in case you do not believe that the FDA isn't in bed with and isn't protecting Big Pharma then check out the following link:
WOW. It does sound like the perfect cover.....this is where delisting and legal deficiency of disclosure causes lack of trust and warrants sensible answers from time to time, even to the most 'loyal' of risk holders. Maybe we'll see some answers in the next quarterly bone they throw us (which they dont have to of course).
What does seem intentional is that BIEL management keeps on increasing distributors while at the same time decreasing sales. The viable sales options already available to the U.S., which we all are aware of, such as RecoveryRx and HealFast have been for the most part - idle - without any attention in the states given or received. Again, it almost seems intentional at this point. . . It's things like this that frustrate this play to the max! When's the last time this company actually got a half way decent sale of goods anywhere in the world? So why is management doing the same non-results strategy for sales while expecting different results?
Here's another BIEL update:

Another FDA "duh" moment. It seems its OK to drop dead after taking something like an energy drink with enough "stuff" in it to make your heart race - that's OK, but if a pain relief device has low strength RF signals with ZERO side affects then ---Duhhhh! See another FDA fail to act link below:
http://m.cbsnews.com/storysynopsis.rbml?pageType=health&url=http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-204_162-57550247/fda-investigating-13-deaths-tied-to-5-hour-energy/&catid=57550247
P.S.: Also, thanks guys for keeping the facts in the foreground!
Your whole rebuttal lost credibility when you stated BIEL as having a "wire and battery gimmick." Maybe if you could show that you knew anything about PEMF, you might get someone's attention with your opinions; otherwise it sounds just like it is - lacking any kind of real knowledge of BIEL products, or worse, anything about science and technology.
Great suggestions. I have a few of my own!
