The bad egg here is the 20B A/S. It looks like even good numbers will be shrugged off and not cared about because we have those 20B A/S. Dustin do what you should be doing for your shareholders and drop the A/S down to 500MM and then raise them at a later date accordingly. I know you are reading these posts....

Dustin you NEEEEEEEEED to LOWER the A/S PRONTO!!!! There is no reasons to have 20B hanging out there. That is a pretty big motza ball hangin out there Dustin. Dustin you have a fantastic business in a booming atmosphere. If you lower the A/S to say 500MM we will attract a whole new slew of investors especially institutional investors. You can always SLOWLY raise the A/S as time goes on and the need for more A/S is waranted. LOWER the A/S Dustin, lets get some real attention and volume attracted to this stock!!!! Bring in some new investors!!!! Get your company recognized!!!! 500MM Dustin!!!!!

Oh I agree but I just dont see him doing so in one shot. I hope he puts out a PR in the morning saying he reduces to 120MM. Hey we might even shoot to .50. I juts have never seen a reduction so drastic in one shot before. Maybe there have been but not that I have seen. Lets hope he does though!

I am with you Brian. I think really what will get this to the .10 and possibly the .30 range is reduction in the shares. I dont know if Dustin will lower to 500MM but 1B would be nice. It is IMPERATIVE the reduction occurr to push this to new highs we can only dream of. I do think Dustin listens, not so much for our sake but if he is smart he listens so that the PPS is increased so that we attract institutional and new investors with deep pockets.

Look at the timing of my posts and compare what I held and when. Yes sometimes I will want this down to add more shares. This is the PINKS and this moves on air so I will sacrafice for a week and have this dip to add another half a mill, sure why not.

Thanks fishin. The people on this board still do not know how to see what is going on. I talked with Dustin and read inbetween the lines. I knew it was going to dump and said it. The soar heads on here didnt like it but I was right. Now I think since the dilution has been removed we do have a VERY good chance at a run or better yet MULTIPLE runs with news and new share structure and aquisition and new money on the table...and so on....See you at a quarter!!!!

If we pass the .02 we all know a MM will be there at .021 and then .022 and so on, its not like we will automatically shoot to .04, thats obsurd to even think that. Look I probably have the largest stake of the float here (5%) and was given shit or only speaking the truth when I predicted the PPS would go down. We are in a good spot, NEWS is what we need, solid numbers in PR format, then maybe we can think of shooting up way way way higher than .04.

Usually this dips during lunch, up is a good sign especially for this time of day. I am looking for a VERY strong close, up 50% or better. Time will tell...

Everyone with margin accounts set your sell orders at over $1.00 so your shares can not be borrowed! I believe this works only with margin accounts though...

KHGT went from .03 to .25 in two days. TITL will do the same and more once financials are out or other solid news
