I wonder why JG is tweeting about El $PASO (Texas)
Hmmmm (and Mmmmm), must be a good restaurant there in El $PASO.
I will order a full serving of Stonks (on a Golden platter), with some fondue.
Top it off with some El Profit for dessert, and I’ll have some of their finest scotch to go with it.
Just posted on the Reverse Merger forum
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=157571292
Reminder: $IBGR / Dryworld (Reverse Merger)
IBGR / Dryworld merger is closing soon.
One of the best Reverse Merger opportunities, maybe ever.
345 million A/S
140 million O/S (no dilution with IBGR, been a shareholder now for close to two years)
Low float (130+ million)
Dryworld's most recent annual revenue (fiscal year) = $16 million in revenue
You're getting the opportunity to buy the next Under Armour type of company for around a penny per share right now.
You're investing on the ground floor, Right Now.
$50 million projected market cap valuation immediately after the closing of the merger.
140 million O/S
= $0.35 per share (after merger closes).
And you're able to invest now for $0.01 per share.
This could become the next FUBU "and" Under Armour
FUBU made billions in revenue with their "unorthodox" colorful styles (and logo). Especially their sports jerseys.
That was their "niche".
Dryworld has their own "niche".
To stay "Dry".
Not just for athletes (which is their primary target), but college students, anyone who runs/jogs at least weekly (if not daily), etc.
This goes for both genders. Tons of women work out at the gym.
Dryworld could come up with yoga gear, leggings, etc.
Anything to keep anyone dry.
Dry feet, dry clothing, etc.
I bet Dryworld will have at least a multi-billion dollar market cap one day.
It just depends on if you're willing to hold on for that ride.
I would hold "some" shares for that.
And at least $0.25 after the news of merger closing
provided the annual revenue of $16.8 million was factual, and the O/S is still no more than 140 million shares.
$0.25 might even be conservative with all their new product lines.
They just need to close this merger, c'mon Dryworld and IBGR.
And one MAJOR news announcement of a new deal with a major Brazil or European soccer club, could send this to dollars.
Or a MAJOR announcement of a player signing on with Dryworld like Patrick Mahomes (or any star player in football, soccer, or rugby).
It would send this to dollars per share.
I will ladder on my exit
I will sell some at $0.50
Some at $1.00
Some at $2.00
Some at $3.00
Some at $5.00
Save the rest for $10.00 and above.
1.1 million shares now
I’m proud of my stash, and look forward to being a multi-millionaire.
I agree
But it’s still frustrating.
They could at least respond to e-mail with “sorry we can’t comment at this time”
Or they could issue a statement stating there is a delay, or coming soon, etc.
Did Brian really say that?
He got that idea from me on their Discord, before they banned me.
I used to joke about them supplying NASA with power to mine the moon, and playfully said that would take them to $50 per share.
WOW, if he’s stealing that quote from me, and using it to pump the stock, LOL.
Exactly
Not to mention, my buddy and I are already talking about a possible road trip.
We plan on going there and "beating down their door" to get a response, since they're not communicating with us.
And if they don't communicate at all soon, his idea is to "BASH" Dryworld continuously all over Better Business Bureau, Consumer Affairs, and RipOffReport.com
Yeah they have
They just aren't doing it anymore.
They stopped communication about two weeks ago, and haven't responded to anyone since.
But they were responding to e-mail before.
No one was able to reach them by phone however.
It's the i-Burger
The world's first "Digital" cheeseburger.
PASO will always be known as the merger play that went from:
$0.0061 to $21.84
Over the course of two calendar years (2020-2021).
Starting to get a better feeling about tomorrow
LOL, if this merger closes
The stock price will blow past $0.50 easily.
Straight to dollar land.
They never really officially announced the merger in the first place
There were no official press releases.
It was only a (poor grammar) written document on OTC Markets.
Now we may know why they didn't release this 'outright' to the public.
It does smell of something fishy here, if we don't hear anything SOON.
I'm not feeling too confident here.
I hope I'm wrong.
This is incredible Doog
You've made an average of 25% "compounding" yield annually per year for the past 29 years.
That equates to over a 50,000% total yield after 29 years.
Great work.
You've nearly tripled the average S&P 500 annual return over those 29 years.
You da man.
Has anyone actually talked to Brian or Matt over the phone?
The original news which stated the LOI, included a phone # in the release.
Has anyone called that phone # and actually spoke to either Brian or Matt during this process?
Thanks.
Actually, multi-dollar land
For sure at least $2.00 per share, but potentially over $5.00
It would suck if the only thing we got out of this entire process was ....
The knowledge that Minsky used to be an athlete.
Kind of pathetic if that's all we ended up getting out of it.
They better deliver, and soon !!!!
This is HUGE, and I predict this stock will be $2.00 per share
Within the next few months.
Maybe the merger deal got bigger
You never know.
Maybe yet an additional private sports apparel/equipment company may be added in, causing an extension.
Or Minsky found any other endeavor to add value to IBGR, on top of Dryworld, and still caused a delay.
Minsky has always been about adding shareholder value.
He’s proven that is his intent by searching for creative ways to add that value, while never diluting.
They have never diluted in the nearly two years I’ve been a shareholder here. Same O/S for that entire time.
How many OTC stocks can claim no added shares to the O/S in the past two years?
Yep, if we don't hear by Labor Day weekend
Then this was clearly DOA (Dead on Arrival) for whatever reason, even if it was intended to be completed.
Or it was intended to be a hoax/scam from the start, with a really bad "pump" attempt.
Early Q4 for conclusion = October
Two more months.
Doog, you are the Freaking Man
You are the true definition of "success".
Some of these losers on here really do need to take notes ....
Instead of listening to Snoop Dogg songs for their financial advice.
I only have 4 million shares here
But I still feel it's $1 million+ Profit, or Bust, for me on my investment here.
But with 13 million shares, wow.
Is that because it's a "Doggy Dog" world? LOL
WOW, did you have to file a document for your huge amount of shares?
This could realistically see a "Benjamin" per share
as "Covid" is a once in a generation, actually once in a 'world history' opportunity to capitalize on revenue worldwide.
Actually, I don't think it will only just see a 'Benjamin Franklin' per share.
It will also see its own 'Gonzalez' per share ....
That is 'Official Confirmation' right there of PASO
The odds of that being an accidental coincidence are about 1 in a Billion.
99.9999999% odds they did that "intentionally" to confirm it's PASO (Patient Access Solutions, all words have their own hashtag).
Yeah, he's gonna end up in jail at some point
Nope, it's from 2020
You're crazy for thinking covid happened in 2016.

what is doggy dog? LOL
Did you mean "dog eat dog" ???
As in, it's a "Dog eat Dog" world ???
Just left a message on Brian’s voice mail ....
https://sndup.net/72p4/VoiceMessage.m4a
Only Jack can manufacture Jack's shit
But not sure why you would even bring that up or care about it.
That's his personal business. As for me, I'd rather not know about it.
No wonder why they kept banning me on Discord
Every time I mentioned that Brian's plan was to walk this down to $0.002 or below, to be able to buyback shares cheap.
They banned me 3 times for that alone, each time I mentioned that. This showcases to me that this is most certainly Brian's plan.
It was 3 of my 9 lives on Discord, before my 9th one got me completely banished for good.
I used up 9 lives there, in terms of being banned on their discord channel.
1/3 of those lives were them trying to prevent me from calling them out on "Brian's plan".
LOL, Dilution is impossible right now
The share count is basically already maxed out.
749.9 million O/S of 750 million A/S.
I agree. It's getting frustrating.
If we don't hear any updates by Labor Day weekend, then this was a poorly executed plan, or a complete hoax.
I still have hope, it's only been 3 business days since the deadline, which to me still qualifies for "shortly after".
But once Labor Day weekend hits, that's no longer "shortly after".
