It's because this whole play was arranged by Brucey and Joey. This was their game all along. Joey managed to use USTG and SIQ names to form a fake CLX JV probably, giving them some benefits (and arranged that fake RM plan). That's why those two never mentioned of CLX ever after the initial formation.

Probably, the plan came from Joey G's head. He is smart and knows how to make money. All along he pretended that he was doing everything for RM, you can't prove it but he gave that impression. Like now he is distancing from social media as if he does not know anything. I am 100% sure he is part of the dilution and getting benefit from it. Don't say he can't do that as SEC will be after him. As I said, he is smart enough to take advantage using other routes to get the benefits. When intelligent people start doing things like this, hard to catch them.
