If Vapor Group already put the product on Amazon.
They must be expecting the deliveries to arrive like today or tomorrow.
I can't see them being that stupid.
I bet that accounting logic gets blown out of the water to the upside.
The OTC gets very excited when a company proves to be truthful and successful.
Plus this is a whole new market being legalized right in the middle of a
Communications revolution at the same time. We are witnessing history in the making.
In the old days you would need to buy billboard, TV, magazine and newspaper advertising at great expense to reach the amount of potential customers the internet reaches in a couple days.
The potential for Easy Grinder is almost limitless.
Wow all great points.
The Vapor Group was smart
1) They didn't go for the quick buck, but instead waited to make a superior quality product.
2) They also had the insight to get their patent applications registered before the public got their hands on the Easy Grinder
Very Smart $$$
Yeah, Yeah I knew all that. They still know how many their shipping and my horse is getting anxious standing in the gate all this time. I guess they don't want to print anything early in case Murphy's law delays the shipment.
They need to make an announcement that they are in the mail and how many they just shipped.
I don't understand why they haven't. Forget twitter pay a little money and make your stock fly.
Talk about penny wise and dollar foolish.
Yeah but everyone wants the newest coolest gadget on the block. If you can afford a quarter ounce of today's pot. You can afford an easy-grinder. Look at the price of some of those fancy pipes.
Help with my math folks. 40k x $100. = 4 Million US Dollars correct?
How many people smoke pot in the world?
So I wonder how many the factories can make in a month?
Which begs the question: If this companies' leadership is so good and they have had the income from the contracts that have been posted here. How in the heck are they behind on filings?
So 'simple pen' only shows a picture of a box on their site?
Yeah that's believable. LOL
Wildfire Cannabis Company is in the top 20% of cannabis producers and processors in WA.
They kicked a dead beat tenant out and Wildfire is taken the vacant space to expand.
CGRA also has a lease where they get more and more rent as Wildfire get stronger. I am not sure how much more room CGRA has on the site but their venture is definitely turning out to be successful.
You guys are right.
That 7% down is an opportunity maybe our last one at these prices.
Most likely shorties getting scared and they should be.
This company is coming out with 2 great products.
The cork is also brilliant.
You folks know this right?
Aphria: Invested $8,400,000 in Canabo Medical Inc.
They are not stupid. I bet the clinics refer their customers to Aphria.
I don't understand is why it takes so long to get brine out of the ground. Plus if their process works with waste oil products why aren't they making deals with oil drillers and getting paid to take the stuff away and then turning pollution into gold tomorrow?
Did you see their chart in reference to when they expect to be a commercial producer?
No wonder people are not getting excited.
Looks like a good stock to buy a few hundred thousand shares of and bank for now.
Bumma
Unless they do a news release about the new switch and it is really cool. We won't see any action until a pre-earnings statement comes out at the end Feb or beginning of March. Then with all the action in the pot, gold and oil stocks people are getting impatient just letting their money sit in Capstone doing nothing. It's too bad I see other stocks making a lot less than Capstone in the dollars. I hope their not paying that public relations company much.
Yeah just keep your finger on the sell button. They would produce fake permits if they had to. Like their bill of laden to Lumber Liquidators a while back.
It appears that ALKM drove down their own price by having to sell all those shares to meet the court ordered debt payment dead line. That makes sense in reference to the drastic drop last week just as this baby started cooking they had to make that deadline. The Runway is now clear for take off.
I think news comes out next week about the launch.
I like that there will be different flavors too.
Working with Alkame Holdings’ (OTC: ALKM) wholly owned subsidiary Xtreme Technologies, Puration is now ready for its first U.S. production run of the EVERx Beverage Sports Drink. The initial run will be for the original flavor enhanced with 10 mg of CBD and available in a 16.9 oz bottle. The introduction of two additional flavors can be expected shortly thereafter. EVERx will not only be enhanced with CBD but will utilize Alkame’s patented water technology, which micro-clusters that oxygenate the water, allowing for the CBD to permeate the body’s cells more efficiently.
After several months of working with the Alkame team, Alkame was able to perfect Puration's yet to be announced future flavors. The Company plans on manufacturing the first line within the first quarter of 2017 to begin distribution immediately thereafter.
Anyone who has been around penny stocks for a while is shy of stocks that were previously pumped and ended up in the cellar that being said this one looks like an exception. although I have several pot stocks that I thought were dead coming back to life. Some are legit and some are not.
ALKM has obviously survived until now by selling their alkaline water and there are too many good reviews on Amazon to be all BS. Considering Amazon has been cracking down on fake reviews for over a year now.
Then by luck the cannabis revolution is now being legitimized (literally) and ALKM already has a fairly established bottling and distribution infrastructure.
I would say they are in the right place at the right time and so are we.
I already have a couple million shares and will keep buying in increments as this baby continues to grow.
Oh yeah, there are quite a few multi dollar pinkie stocks that just don't seem to care about reporting I guess because their businesses are doing well and it's not worth the hassle to them.
Go ALKM !
If Trump's promise to re-build the USA infrastructure becomes a reality Magnegas will have distributers in place all over the country for all that steel that will have to be cut. It has to go nowhere but up from here.
It does seem like something is brewing. I think Trump is approachable and if Magnegas can demostrate that clean coal burning is possible. Trump would love to be a hero to all those laid off coal employees.
Not a bad thing for everyone.
In reference to dilution, I found this on their website;
Company has never done a reverse split and became public via an S-1 registration in 2011.
The whole project is not a large investment for the officers involved in this. Dr. Rubin has a great resume and has had a practice in Boca Raton, FL. since 1977.
I'm trying to find independent patient reviews online, not just the ones on their website.
The website ones claim it accelerates scar healing and eliminates post surgery pain.
Hey with recent FDA approval for this price I think I will buy some.
Don't need to start rumors. The earnings announcement will speak for itself. They now have their ducks in a row as far as costs and supply. Their numbers are amazing , they are in the major hardware stores and have the "Hoover' name. Their sales have doubled and they are making a profit all with just 14 employees. I say buy more now before the professional investors start playing games. The ups and downs won't matter if you are in at this price. Just enjoy the ride. How can it go down doing these numbers?
Now MNGA is finally hiring outside professionals. I think we will see a whole new ballgame in the coming weeks and months. Why would any company buy acetylene gas'
1) MngeGas is 10 times safer to handle. ( lowers insurance premiums)
2) The product cost is lower. (more profit) )
3) It cuts steel 30% - 40% quicker ( Lower bids on jobs= more jobs or more profit by saving labor cost)
4) Cuts steel neater too, safes labor cleaning the metal
The items above are all proven facts.
Oh yeah, then theres that "Green" thing too. It burns 10 times cleaner.
A German company is investing 2 to 3 million dollars to bring MagneGas to Europe.
All of Europe is under a green mandate and Germany is both the green leader and industry leader.
There's a lot of ship building and other heavy industries there that will all be buying MagneGas.
I think the potential is now bigger than Santilly knows how to handle correctly and that is why he brought in a real CFO.
GEEZE whats it take to convince people this stock is gas ready to explode. Even the union welding schools in New York are training the future welders of America using MagneGas instead of acetylene.
I think the crazy money being made on marijuana stocks are re-routing investments funds that would be going to MNGA for now. I am guilty myself, but I never sold any of this money in the bank stock.
You watch any day now or at least until the new financials come out this will go nuts over night.
If you want to play musical chairs with your money. Then this is the stock for you. Out of business for a while now. The only business is stock buyers falsely raising the price. Then selling before the others do. Musical chairs baby, if you don't have a chair when the music stops you and your money are done.
And the hits just keep on coming:
Two Divisions of the New York Department of Transportation Select MagneGas2(R) for Metal Cutting and Repairs
If it wasn't for the marijuana explosion. Magnegas would be exploding!
MagneGas starting to get very popular. Auto manufacturers, bridge builders, hotel construction new franchises growing world wide. The product has to be undeniabley superior. Us longs have been disappointed for a while now but if you really think about how far they have come in less than a year. It may be time to buy more at this bargain basement price.
Cmon the whole business is all about the application. If the application is no good , the business is no good. If Microsoft didn't keep making service packs to fix all the bugs asap in their beginnings. They would not be where they are today. How much could it cost to hire 1 or 2 online techs to help people make the application work on their phones via email or chat? That is so penney wise and dollar foolish.
I'd feel a lot more comfortable if there wasn't so many people complaining about the functionality of the application on the reviews. Don't they read their own reviews on the app store and Facebook. They need to pay attention and reply to complaints on line and maybe advise their potential customers on how to fix their profiles and picture upload problems. Not Good business people.
Wow they must have sold one hell of a bag of goods to those guys who owned the construction company to get them to sign on the dotted line. Maybe there are contracts for the sale of the aggregate in the works that have not been made public yet. ??? They must have convinced the owners that this stock was going to fly somehow.
News Oct. 3, 2016 Auto manufacturer converting 2nd factory in USA to MagnaGas!
Only clue is that 2nd factory makes Pickup Trucks.
New partner Western looks legit on the Better Business Bureau Web Site:
http://www.bbb.org/phoenix/business-reviews/engineering-contractors-general/western-grade-llc-in-show-low-az-1000023190/
Better yet, you should save your money and just forward these scumbag's names to the FBI.
We will be in financial limbo until next earnings come out. The numbers got to be great by then with all these new customers and all the green concerns world wide.
Who knows maybe we will get great news on co-cumbustion and save the coal industry.
What was that date for the final results?
Why no filings?
Why no mention of trucking company on website anymore , never mind the new terminal.
Anyone have info or did they just take the money and ran?
The lack of supply is the only thing that makes sense. They were getting customers before they had the product to sell. Now they have a new facility and a few manufacturing plants around the country. I would say he was BS-ing in order to get the revenue to get to where they are now in a position to supply more than just samples to their customers.
The product does seem to be much superior in every way to acetylene and you know those California people are green fanatics who will probably outlaw acetylene when they get wind of this stuff.
Safer, Cleaner and 35/% quicker safes a bundle on payroll and insurance premiums.
I'm glad I held on and didn't sell at a loss.
Huckleberry is correct. You guys in the penny stock club are used to quick ups and downs. All the playing money is in Gold and Oil right now.
MagneGas is the slow and steady turtle. If you look at all the past postings you will see a lot of advancements in distributors and new large customers have been made in tha last 12 months.
They started with the NYFD, then a large gas distributer in the New Jersey area, then Nasa, then an International Bridge Builder who happened to have built a bridge a few miles from where I live in FL Which is a good sized bridge, they also sell to couple of large utility companies. They setup another manufacturing / distributor in California and Africa.
Any quarter now we will see the big jump in revenue and it will be boom time for all of us longs. Our only regret will be we didn't buy more of this stock while it was in the 1.00 range.
Don't agree with Jacklanvo he must be shorting the stock. MNGEGAS is just catching on. It takes months of being under 1.00 to get delisted, you get warnings ect. Take a look at all the dry shipping firms that were 15.00 a share and have gone way under 1.00 before they started to get warnings.
I would say MNGA is going in all the directions you described. But if you were a distributer of several industrial gases or a large acetylene user in construction I don't think you would want to put the investment of time and resources to make your own gas. Construction companies just care that MNGA is:
1) 30+% quicker / saving a fortune in labor
2) Safer and easier to transport / possible Insurance premium savings
3) Cheaper to buy = more profit their too.
They are in the construction or demolition business not the gas business.
- But 3rd world companies where logistics of obtaining materials is expensive may consider making their own gas plus they would not have near as much goverment regulations to contend with in order to manufacture their own.
The last statement was for the 4th quarter 2015. Most of the announcements in reference to all the new big contracts like the 2 NASA contractors, the international bridge building company and the new distributers were either at the end of 2015 or the begining of 2016.
I'm sure that these businesses all have terms with MangeGas where the first payments arent due for 30 to 60 days after the initial deliveries.
The books won't show the benefits of all this new business until at least the first quarter 2016.
Meanwhile MangeGas has been putting money out for a new facility, building more gas units for themselfs and to sell plus other things like the 2000 more tanks needed to keep up with demand. We are still on the ground floor and should really be taking advantage of the panicked investors and buy more shares while they are cheap.
Keep in mind that there is a lot of acetylene being used out there and MangeGas 2 makes buying the old stuff a dumb business decision. Saving 30% on metal cutting labor allows MangeGas customers to out bid the competition and maybe save on liability insurance too.
