We don't want to get in bed with any Chinese lenders. I would vote for another Reverse Split before I would support that kind of venture capital.
You don't know? Really? Seriously?
Did you see CSpace in the WSJ yet?
Because the US Government had funded millions of dollars to far less superior 3D Display technologies in the past.
LOL Samsung debunked you then. They have told several of us that UltraFlix is now available! Good luck to you!
DEBUNKED AGAIN! UltraFlix on Samsung!!!
Samsung support says Ultraflix APP IS AVAILABLE TODAY ON SAMSUNG UHD TV. You can call for yourself 1-800-726-7864.
You admitted that they are in fact auditors for Nanotech. Auditors conduct audits and according to Nanotech, they are conducting audits!
The Sadler & Gibb representative quoted probably only has cursory knowledge about Nanotech and most of their other clients too. Hanging your hat on that is a far stretch from the truth IMO.
I found the link. Its a 3D Hologram for medical imaging. If they can get $10 million from the Chinese, then 3DIcon should be able to get something similar from the U.S. Gov't.

RealView Imaging Ltd., an Israel-based company that develops a 3D holographic display and interface system for use in medical procedures, has recently completed a $10 million investment round led by Chinese firm LongTec China Ventures.
The company’s technology enables doctors to view a real-time 3D hologram of a patient’s anatomy “floating in the air” and interact with it either by stylus or with their hands.
In 2013 the company concluded a clinical study intended to evaluate the use of live 3D holographic imaging in interventional cardiology, in a joint project conducted in collaboration with Philips Healthcare.
As part of this study the company’s system was used in August 2013 in minimally-invasive structural heart procedures at the Schneider Children’s Medical Center in Israel.

In one of the procedures it projected a hologram of the pulmonary arteries of the patient, a 2-year-old boy.
The imaging data came from an system by Philips Healthcare – a set of rotating X-Ray detectors connected to a computer that creates the image of the arteries in real time.
In another case it showed the doctors a floating 3D image of the heart of a 41 year old woman. The patient had an Atrial septal defect, more commonly known as a hole in the heart.
Imaging data in this case came from an ultrasound probe inserted into the stomach.
“This is the first time doctors can actually see the anatomy and not just rebuild it in their minds. We enable doctors to view the image floating in the air from a wide angle and to interact with it directly,” said Aviad Kaufman, the company’s CEO.
Kaufman said that the use of anatomical holograms in medical procedures can make up for shorter procedures and shorter exposure times to radiation for patients.
Founded in 2008 RealView Imaging currently employs around 15 in its facilities in Yokneam, a town located at the base of the Carmel Mountains in Israel’s north.
Following the current investment, Peggy Wang, founder and managing director of LongTec China Ventures, has joined the company’s board.
“Chinese companies looking to invest in Israeli medical equipment technology are usually interested in applications in the Chinese market. This is a market that is going through a transformative change in terms of life styles and medical needs,” says Yair Geva, a partner at Herzog Fox & Neeman law office, and head of the office international M&A China and Asia Pacific Group.
Other participants in this round included the company’s chairman and seed investor Shimon Eckhouse, an Israeli serial entrepreneur.
RealView Imaging expects to have a commercial system ready to hit the market by 2016.
Care to post a link? Many have come in here claiming that some other company is trying to do the same thing as 3DIcon. All have turned out to be different technologies and not the same thing, so forgive me for not buying it.
We already know that they are the auditors and they are performing audits for Nanotech. EOM
Yes, Sadler & Gibb were in recent filings.
On September 30, 2014 NanoTech created a subsidiary, Ultra Media Group, in anticipation of an upcoming acquisition agreement in the content space.
Could coincide with other 4k content announcements. There is also that acquisition news still pending. Hummm, wonder what that might be?
Where is that announcement? Care to post a link that is outside of iHub? I don't see this announcement on Sadler and Gibb's web site.
Call the IR and ask your questions. I get my information from selective reading on iHub.
Financials are being audited now and they have completed 3 of 6 divisions. Division 4 is in progress. Information is given freely to shareholders who ask.
And the UF content is likely to double by the end of the month. Wait, that is this weekend! Woohooo
Wow Niko, UltraFlix being displayed on Best Buy's web site and others is just what the good doctor ordered. No denying it now.
Any split would require shorts to cover. NTEK will most likely do a reverse split after they release audited financials in preparation for uplisting to NASDAQ. It will be based on the pps at that point in time.
Time to gobble gobble up some more shares!
3Dicon is gonna turkey in the tenth!
Does this mean that folks here tell me what they want me to hear? LOL
I think the IR has more accurate information.
You can call the IR and ask for yourself?
NTEK is going to keep growing and generating more and more revenue in the coming quarters despite futile attempts to discredit the company.
UltraFlix is ramping up for more content expansion.
UltraFlix has more 4k content than the others combined. They just need to make sure the general public knows about it and is aware Netflix only has about 40 hours of 4k content.
I have not. Do you by chance have a link to share?
3DIcon is like crack! You can't stop posting!
Unless of coarse, you hit your 15 per day limit!
Anyone else notice the references to military/national security below? Looks like this was really written for a government agency, not for us shareholders!

We’ve entered the time of year when unexpected weather scenarios can disrupt travel, military operations, and everyday commerce. These disruptions cost the U.S. economy billions of dollars every year, result in unexpected loss of life, and can impact national security.

The company is not at the mercy of its shareholders. They are at the mercy of the federal gov't agencies granting them funding. Shareholders can demand accountability for timelines, show us where things stand, bla bla bla until the cows come home, but that will not change their dependency in getting the necessary funding to move the product forward.
There is also a fine balance between transparency with shareholders and being good stewards in protecting the #1 shareholder asset, which is CSpace. Common sense business practice would be to protect your assets, especially when you are in the R&D stage. If you really want to see the product, make an appointment to go visit Hakki. They will have an NDA ready for you to sign before they open the doors to the lab.

Audits are in the works now, 3 of 6 divisions completed. Once all audits are complete, they will seek reporting status with the SEC and plan to uplist to a higher exchange. If you don't believe it, then sit back and watch it happen.
They are expanding divisions to realign their business. Nonshareholders don't need to worry about the OS.
Benny "BIG" Blankenship invested money directly into Nanotech. See filings for detailed explanation.
LOL. Post of the week!
I don't remember that and really don't care what Foley does with his shares. He obviously needed money like most of us to pay our bills, etc. It really does not matter to the success of the company.

Hakki is the only employee getting paid over $100k, he gets paid $120k and I believe half is paid by the OCAST grant. Vic is not paid a salary. They brought in an expert to help them navigate the federal funding processes, so I think they are doing all they can to get things completed.
He was compensated with shares per his employment agreement and he probably sold some shares for cash after they came off restriction. I would have done the same thing, and I think most here would too. The pps had climbed out of the trips and into penny land by the time he could sell.
Andrew "Dice" Clay says... "he needed the money!"
They need funding to finish the product. That is the game plan and they are sticking to it. What makes you think they are not sticking to their plan or funding strategy? Why do you think they are not working on other product enhancements while the funding process plays out?
Not really for just anyone. There needs to be a good fit with the funding agency. This is an example of another opportunity they have discovered while leaving no stone unturned in Washington. 3DIcon is following the various bureaucratic paths to seek and apply for federal funding. I sense confidence that they will get funding from one or more sources in 2015.
The weather systems forecast market is one of the markets that 3DIcon is exploring. A glasses-free 3D volumetric display would allow multiple meteorologists to simultaneously observe the available 3D data as it streams real time from various imaging systems being used to monitor meteorological conditions and perform timely weather-related decision making. Such a system could be located at one of the many regionally located facilities established by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), the Fleet Numerical Meteorology and Oceanography Center (FNMOC) or commercial suppliers of air, ground, or maritime transport systems.
