Why would Flex-Power take over a pink sheet shell?
Well, with the restrictions in place on OTCQB starting tomorrow, it probably made more sense to spend less money on a pink shell and then uplist to OTCQB after the merger is complete, SS addressed and name changed.
Otherwise, they would have spent more for an OTCQB shell, it would have potentially dipped below .01 prior to May 1st, delisting them from OTCQB anyway.
Also, as far as the 6B O/S, that was not done by Flex-Power it was done in 2009 by previous owners

Reviews up on Bleeding cool
Giant-Sized Action, published by Red Giant
New press Red Giant brought out four FCBD issues this year, each with two tales, making for a sudden plunge into their world of storytelling.
Tesla/Wayward Sons
Tesla is a semi-historical action piece with plenty of chases and intrigue following the inventor under the pressure of sabotage, as well as a budding romance with his assistant. It’s highly readable, though I’m not entirely sure how I feel about the constant rebuff of a female character proving the source of humor and her own mopey reactions. Still, there are elements that suggest she’ll take on a stronger role down the road. Wayward Sons also treads a tricky path in handling Native American elements. I say that because the radar immediately goes up for stereotypes being used. However, so far the characters who possess super powers with a sci-fi twist have some subtlety in their portrayal, and the settings show research.
Shadow Children/Darchon
Shadow Children invites readers into an “elsewhere” reality where children who have been mistreated by adults in the “real” world seem to go under the dark protection of mysterious beings. It’s a Twilight Zoney Neverland where central characters are introduced and many of the interpersonal tensions are established. This book has potential because of its unsentimental handling of youthful aggression and a blending of horror with fantasy. This might be a series to keep an eye on. Darchon is a very unusual book, toeing the line between magic/horror and a discussion of mental illness as a central character becomes convinced he’s the voice of a comic-based sorcerer. The story keeps you guessing about just how dangerous these possible delusions might be to himself and the world around him.
Pandora’s Blogs/Duel Identity
Pandora’s Blogs has strong artwork and winning colors, and makes a valiant effort to be relevant to young teen life, brings in romance, weird tale elements, and of course, high-school drama. It’s hard to tell from this short narrative whether this will be a “monster of the week” storyline, which may be recommended, and if for your sins you’ve ever seen Hemlock Grove, this is like a kinder, gentler version of that soap-operatic Netflix narrative, including an experimental medical center. Duel Identity has an edginess to it that may expand well during full narratives and also some very confident artwork. This superheroine created by a company who owns and directs her actions relishes going under cover as a human and may not be as goody-goody as she seems at first, an interesting ambiguity in characterization. It would be nice if most of the plot of the first story wasn’t about toying with multiple romances and her power over men since the story is doing well to set up a female hero otherwise, but the elements of the story put in place may bring out more substantial storytelling later in.
The First Daughter/Magika
The First Daughter surprised me as a story because its wackiness and leaps of imagination-challenging logic seemed unlikely to win me over in such a short format, however, the artwork is sprightly and confident and the idea that the “first daughters” of American Presidents might form some kind of sleeping super alliance to save the world is, in the end, quite bold and fun. This looks to be a book that encourages female hero identification among young audiences and handles that attempt well. Magika has stellar artwork in painted style and seems to conjure the worlds of video games like Zelda and is certainly steeped in fantasy tradition. It has a simple plot, a host of foes to be avoided, and focuses on a slightly “new” character to the world of Magika to help reader identification set in.
Big wall at .0035 guess they don't want it going over the 50SMA
Further, there has been speculation as to why Flex-Power would take over a pink sheet shell.

IT is not wrong, they are doing same thing all other company;s do when going through a RM with a shell. This is just more obvious as they took over a dormant shell so you know the exact time frame that it started.
In most other situations the shell is already trading so the exact date the the merging company began talks is not known. The filing will be submitted when ready after the merger is officially complete
You have the wrong address, it is actually across the street from the tire shop. they could have an office in there

O/S Per Heritage as of 12:00 today when I called was 4.744B
What are you talking about, O/S is 4.7B and to my knowledge has been that way prior to Flex-Power purchase
In a nut shell, last spike was a bottom bounce play that was aided by twitter and such. Has run in past, last summer for SDCC.
Free Comic book day is this Saturday May 3rd, and is the kick off for the Giant Size comic line. The line is a free comic book that is funded via advertisements that are sold in the books.
the company intends to generate substantial rev's via advertising while building brand awareness that will lead to toys, video games, movies, tv ect.
this is a unique play and was happy to hear than Benny does not consider himself or Red Giant as a competitor or DC/Marvel but as something that can enhance the comic industry as a hole. It is a grand plan that could change the comic landscape.
So if you are holding 10M then why would you tell everyone on the board to sell their shares or else, do you want to create a panic sell off?
Now that doesn't make sense
Just the facts right, yet you post none. At least I provided verifiable support for my claim, where is yours
Lol, when you look at the daily and see those large green bars and how it sent the stock to the moon and then the super small red bars that are bringing it down what does that tell you.
A little bit of pressure will send this thing rocketing back up, it has held its gains quite nicely.
April 1st .0006
April 29th .0028
Still holding over 300% gains on really low volume, just churning, retracing, resetting before the next move.
And looking across the OTC there is a lot of blood today, no worries. Willing to wait for news
I highly doubt that as it would put their reputation on the line. And coming from a company that is profitable, has connections with professional sports leagues, backing of Brewer Sports International and has been around 10 years. Just wouldn't make sense.
My guess is that they want to expand via acquisitions and no better way than to go public. Especially, with the pictures from the conference last Thursday displaying flex-power
Kind of like you on green days, no where to be found
I believe its the same amount that the last person said. Though 4B is a lot we do not know what they will be doing to the shares. I wanted to get a number so i can call next monday and see what the number is to see if they are diluting
4,744B is the current O/S per Heritage
It will only cause a temporary drop in price until the company announces how many shares were purchased and what they will do with them.
They are not buying shares now, what they were saying was when the company starts to become cash flow positive down the road they can buy back shares, decreasing the float and increasing overall shareholder value.
I know it is early but L2 already looking crazy.
Bid 5k .149
Ask 5k .1475
then its .15, I'm sure things will tighten up before open but looking like it will be a fun day to watch
The 15th is the date in which the report must be filed with the SEC, they can always PR before hand. that's what all the big boys do, which is why the releasing of a Q for companies on the NASDAQ, NYSE do not matter all that much. All about PR, guidance and CC.
I wouldn't mind if they waited till Friday, let the name change news carry us through as we will def be popping up on radars tomorrow.
If they come through with Q1 like i think they can, we will be back at .40 in no time.
I think it will touch 20 by weds, may not close there but my guess we cross tomorrow or weds
Though this is not always the case, one can look at quite a few tickers and see the 100-1000% move from trips or doubles followed by a "collapse" only to rebound to new highs and become 10,000%
That's how the saying the rich get richer comes into play. They want as much of the pie as they can get and are willing to loose a couple bucks here and there to drive the price down.
By driving the price they can trip stop losses causing artificial dip or more importantly retail investors get nervous seeing their 100% gain vanish and quickly sell before they "loose" it all.
that's why it is best to take profits and recoup initial investment and let the rest ride. That way you can't loose and on the chance it does dip severely you can simply reload for the next leg.
Thanks Angelo, the thing that bothers me the most is not the rampant manipulation. It's the idea that everyone thinks they will be rich overnight and that stocks will rocket upward with no pullbacks or downward traction.
There is quite the disparity between longs and day traders, but one would think they are the same reading post/tweets as everyone expects the stock to gain 100% a day.
I agree, always take profits on OTC stocks however, do not get scared out of your shares by MM's or chartists as there is more to RM plays that TA.
TA on these plays can do you well if you want to make 10-20% trades, me i look to these RM plays for 200-500% gains. I am willing to wait a couple months if need be and will trim shares on the way up to ensure 20-30% gain from initial investment.
Patience and balls of steel the only way to win this game. The odds are stacked against the retail investor and the only way to truly win is to go long.
The only way to go long is to perform your own DD and know what you own. If you do that you have a better chance of not wavering and holding strong through the MM manipulation. Whether it be short selling, flippers, selling it down for reentry. There are many games they play, but in the end if all of the research performed is accurate you will win.
Look at SPLI, shot from sub penny to .45 just to crash to .05 for no reason, now today name change news hits and its off to the races. that stock will reach new highs in the coming weeks/months but many were fleeced out of there shares due to MM and the fear they instilled.
just be patient and confident that you know what the potential is here. well worth waiting for.
Only took 3 weeks for it to crash from .45 to .05 with the name change news and Q1 financials on the horizon I think it moves back to 52 week highs very quickly.
Nice to see you here Magik, hopefully we will see quite the green year with this, $SPL! or should I say $VPOR and RED!
See everyone tomorrow on the $VPOR board, no one can yell scam now. FINRA went through everything and approved. Now lets get some momo into Q1 earnings
Can someone explain the daily T-Trade for Red Giant, now i know what a T-TRade is but what i don't understand is why here there is one for millions of shares every single day.
Any significance to this, short selling, covert buying, what do you think the culprit is.
No worries, they do not want it to close above .01 which is a big threshold in OTC world.
None of it will matter though when weed conference news hits and people realize that they are already profitable. It might not happen overnight but this will hit .05 by June 15th. And i think we can all wait that long for 500% gain
A close above 10 would be very bullish as it would close above the 60min 50SMA but not sure they will let that happen. Things have slowed down after the initial surge.
However, all it will take is some ask slapping but regardless this was a good day to set up a green next week. As some have commented a double bottom has seemed to have formed. Up, Up and away we go
Well I will be adding on Monday to my 2M shares, i'm hoping for 1 last dip to .0028 on Monday to load for the EOW run
Everyone needs to relax, this has held up nicely after a huge surge to over a penny, this could have easily dropped back into the trips but has held firm between .0025-.0042
Now this has made it vulnerable to flippers, day traders and such as there has been multiple opportunities to make a decent profit within a day or 2.
The point being, it has reached a higher low and has churned/consolidated nicely waiting for the next leg up where we will reach new highs. I know its hard to be in the read, but stocks can go up every day/week/month, there is a natural cycle and we just need to patiently accumulate until our time comes.
Yes, let them short this a ton drive the price down so 1) i can load more and 2) when the news does drop and they all have to cover this could easily do 100-300% in a day
Pretty silly comment, so Flex-Power is diluting shares before they have even announced the merger. I don't think so, plus would make more sense if they were going to dilute to wait till they announced as there will be a pop in share price once it is confirmed.
Trading where we are now as there is risk that it will not happen.
Uncertainty=Risk=Fear=Potential to make a lot of $$$$
I won't mind if these prices carry over till Monday, wouldn't mind getting some cheap shares under .003
Extremely low volume & trading this morning would not be too concerned
Actually on the website they are listed as presenter. If you click their picture brings you to Alliance Creative website. This really brings into question any of your other posts
weedstockconference.com/presenters.html
They are really staking the ask to take it down wouldn't e surprised by a swift hard bounce, IMO it will bounce back hard just like last time. Good time to load for a flip or increase your LT position
Wouldn't be surprised to see .05-.06 as low with way l2 is looking today
