Instead of making a new code for BIEL, couldn't the FDA just modify either one of the other codes - where the products are seemingly just out of the FDA's current code specs? This problem is easily rectified, someone at the top of the FDA chain just has to bring it to the forefront, then have a team work a solution, then make it so...Happy Trading everyone.
Me too. I doubled my position when it dipped. Sold just a few at around .006 today.
LOL. Always good to save a few for later on, but I believe most who have been here for the last 3 years at least will probably burn off much of their shares before this hits $1.00; that is of course unless it hits $1 overnight and we wake up to that price on the open. IMO
My hunch is that AW will hold off any "real" sales orders - until - new FDA code is granted to company - to keep momentum - but I also understand that this is all purely speculation.
Not sure who sold - if it was daytraders or just a long lightening up their load, but it looks like right now that if you sell, you better make sure you are happy with pps, because good luck trying to get in on the dip as we are back to .0052....and you will be upset when this hits pennies.....
Raise the "ask" there's over 7M on the 'bid' and very few 'ask' shares available at the moment
Last price: .0029.
I suppose where it says: About BioElectronics Corporation BioElectronics Corporation is an award winning medical device developer and manufacturer of advanced medical devices."
Could be shortened to "Bioelectronics Corporation is an award winning developer and manufacturer of advanced medical devices" so the words "medical devices" are only mentioned once to avoid redundancy? ....No biggy.....
I think BIEL is getting alot of exposure with other interested investors lately (especially now with over a 50% increase today) and April 5th, though no one really knows what can happen - is a potential play for a new FDA code for BIEL - or some other kind of resolution. (Any scaredy pants out there - don't bail just yet, we could get some great news from Gro-International very soon...) IMO
Coming up on 10:00 AM and no volume. Stubborn sellers and buyers. IMO
I mean Oy Vey! We're ready!
Hoy vey! We're ready! LOL
Wel that was short lived for me.... I'm out. I read an article last night that J&J is cash strapped, looking to sell its diagnostic division and interested in expanding other areas. That said the only possible interested parties who would "buy out" this company that I see could be Abbott or Roche, not J&J as stated in that latest article. Also, the litigation with J&J does not fair well for the GenStrips at this time, though this could turn to DECNs favor, but these stocks lately do not usually have anything good happening to them - the "giants" seem to want total control this time. Pinnocchio is probably laughing right now... GLTY
Greetings DECN board. A DECN shareholder was generous enough to share this stock on another board and I believe grabbed the attention of many others the last couple of days. Looking forward to continually increase my position here as the pps continues to move upward. GLTYA
Wow diarch! Nice find! Incredible OS under 12M with a great float. This one seems ready to explode! I jumped in and bought a few this morning.....GLTY
Right! And when they formed the FDA, it was a time when doctors, researchers, universities, and the government actually wanted to help humanity, and were actually able to provide cures, and not just exist to make money as an uncaring business. Now - they are allowing "snake venom" (most prescription drugs approved by FDA), which is far worse than any "snake oil," of which BIEL's products and PEMF technology are not. Ddls, you seem to know someone in the FDA that has already told you why they will NOT approve BIEL's devices to be so sure they won't be approved; and I am 100% sure that it's not because they think it's "snake oil." NASA has used PEMF technology, and I doubt they are into snake oil. http://www.pulsed-electromagnetic-therapy.com/pemf-science/nasa-study/
I hope it works out for everyone. GLTY. (Oops. Texting can be difficult on these small smart phone keypads).
I hope it works out gor everyone soon. GLTY
I do not like it when I hear other people on this board warning new investors Not to buy this stock, because I really do not like the idea of holding the bag. But at the same time, it's really hard to disagree with them now that the pps and share structure are where they are with no hope (except for Gro-International); but like I said - still no hope....BIEL Management clearly has NO plans to move products overseas. It's like building a highway (distributors) with all the signs and lights for that highway (patents and FDA applications), BUT THERE'S NO TRUCKS (sales force) on the highway "moving" the products (Actpatch, Allay, Recovery Rx, or even Healfast) to their destinations, or POS (this actually means Point of Sale). BIEL needs to make many more POSs, instead of acting like a POS (oops thats the other- less popular meaning of the acronym....we have plenty of "roads" (distributors) layed down, but NO WAY to get there!!!! There's and old saying: Those who fail to plan- plan to fail; and they are failing us everday now by not planning and/or addressing their MAJOR sales problem. Does not anybody in BIEL have any ideas that Andy is willing to listen to and act on regarding sales? Next, AW will want to set up a toll both (another pointless gesture) in spite of the fact the "highway" is virtually if not completely empty. Let's get those trucks a rollin' 10-4. (My appologies for my highway analogy).
I went to the link and thought how you have all these corporate executives together & the W's couldn't grab some free advice from any of them - or would that be not the thing to do and be too embarrassing for them; oh that's right, if you do not care about increasing sales then that would be pointless - just keep on doing what you're doing and we can all expect - bupkiss.
"How embarrassing for the USA and the FDA." I do not think that it is embarrassing to either of them at all. See, for them to be embarrassed, they would first have to give a damn.
Less than one month to go for April 5th, 2013 - our next fabulous FDA communication.
MW, Greenwood, every other BIEL distributor, Gro-International; they all seem to have the sane common denominator when it comes to making sales >>> ZERO !!!!!
Well now. What a beautiful trip to London! Compliments of the shareholders.....(using an English accent: Yes, they should have brought back an award, or at least a souvenir from London like a Big Ben (picture) key chain or something, or maybe a really nice pen.....).
At least we know where some of the money went from the recent dilution.
And with way less shares....take your pick....and I highly doubt it would have sustained $1.00
Right, the one in '09 was the WallStreet Innovation Award....if they take this award, then madp may be right about history repeating itself with BIEL, this time overseas.....London instead of NY.....next acceptance in major stores upon publicity.....
Stock, is there any money attached to this award? And do you know what criteria they look for before they assign an OTC Marketing Award? If this award were to be based on BIEL's past marketing - well I think there would't be much of a chance of winning it, but if it's like a grant that's awarded to be used to established OTC sales, then something like that would be better. ImO. (Just trying to figure out the benefits of this award should they obtain it.......)
So your tellin' me there's a chance....What was all that one in a million talk.....
That's what has never made sense. I think Mr. & Mrs. AW, along with PK take sport out of watching people like us look at them in wonder and amazement over the lack of any "real" effort to actually make sales. Here are two "old school" people with at least one of them very knowledgeable in marketing and all we get (not that it matters anymore) is ziltch! So much fluff.....so much fluff.... lacking any substance so far....IMO. a Steve Miller Band song comes to mind..."Go on take the (your) money and run."
Me too! Today are the awards...The award presentation will take place on Thursday, March 7, 2013 in London, United Kingdom.

BioElectronic's ActiPatch® Musculoskeletal Pain Relief Nominated for "Most Innovative New OTC Product Award"
I said I am bieLIEving more and more that that is what they most likely been doing after they probably sold off most of their shares after it hit .12 and got their first push back from the FDA - because I do not believe that AW along with all his experience and his wife's experience at AT&T and Lucent that they neither had connections or know-how to get BIEL to the next level internationally and in a timely manner.
How long before they come out with a PR with Gro-International landing a spot on a shelf in one of their distribution store networks? How long does it take? Oh, I forgot! The store has to count all the items to see how much shelf space they have first....lol.
As this continues in a downward direction (spiral), I am bielieving more and more that they (the Whelans) were already able to cash out starting (3) years ago at the peak with JN, then able to short it on the way down. To me that would explain the intended (false flag) incompetancy of management for the last three years. So my only hope now is for them to turn it around again to make even more as it rebounds, then finally selling it out to whoever makes an offer. (All this I am speculating because of recently discovered connections with Lucent and basing it on Lucent's satanic track record).
Wow gman! - 6 figures? I'm readin' ya. (Also, doesn't that other company have an OS of almost 5B?)
You too. Why don't you give AW or PK a call or email, then you'll see what I'm talking about and how you are treated. I'm pretty sure you will not feel like a valuable sharholder, but like a POS after you are done. (Oh, and make sure you express your concern for the direction of the company). I pretty much know of one stock in particular that will not get any part of my tax return. Thanks.
I agree with you stallion, but look around you - "ethics" as you mentioned, is only demanded of those who are NOT "in charge" of the big picture: like the FDA and BIEL management. Everyone else is to remain ethical for the sake of their profit, while they break just about every ethical rule under the sun or before God, whatever you believe.
I hope it's better than nothing stallion70, because I've been watching this pps "approach" closer and closer to nothing for a very long time. BIEL actually has done pretty good in dilution area - compared to many other pinkies, but comparing one loser to another loser is not too comforting anymore.....GLTY
I've been here to long watching the company singin the same old song; tired of paul - and andy's a dong, at least I have some left, and I hope I'm not wrong. WORD! (Crossing arms with attitude). lol
Unloaded "some" today....
Something about Kid Rock and Malted milkshakes.
