Sure will consider it. Will watch for late day PRs and additional ammendments. Did anyone find out what that one was that they posted yesterday?
I had bid in for 3.5m shares at .0002 for half the day and didn't get filled.
Broke it up into seven 500k lots and still didn't get filled.

Dated 02/27/08:
MainSource Financial Group and First Independent Financial Group, Inc. Announce Definitive Agreement
http://app.quotemedia.com/quotetools/popups/story.jsp
Old info? I know First Independent owns Heritage:
http://firstifg.com/id10.html
More insight as to how these companies are going to fit together? MainSource is a holding company and owns "banks".
My initial investment is at .0015 and I thought it was a good prospect (for gold?) then, so I will be buying in the future to average out my cost basis. I'm thinking April.
Yes, Coke would be better...and a smile!
I'll be adding to my position as well.
My Google search brought up S3I Holdings Inc. SEC 10-K filing explaining them as a company that would try to acquire others just like Nutripure. Also listed are a few other small companies he's been affiliated with (Family Healthcare Solutions Inc, Paradigm Oil & Gas/Inc, Oasis Entertainment's Fourth Movie Project,Inc) that haven't done so well. Will he be interim CEO or take control for takeover company?
I hope I'm wrong, just trying to follow the chain of events/non-events as they come out. Lack of transparency concerns me. Lack of construction activity at Opp concerns me.
PRs of new suppliers is a great positive. Why would he secure suppliers if he wasn't planning to go into production? Point is I think it will be a bit longer than we are anticipating and that will create a loss of interest. Spring is coming and it's time to get busy.
I don't quite see it yet.
My prediction:
Perihelion issues a PR that the plant won't open on time (add 2-4 months), the conditions to the mine won't improve for 1-2 months and the PPS flounders in the .0002-.0004 range until something substantially positive happens and is verified by a second party. Done for good...? Don't know but this is just my opinion.
I'm still hoping Mr. Beebe will let his shareholders know something factual and concrete about his business and financial plans.
The plant was PRd to open end of March. We're nowhere close.
Preferred shares showed on my TDAmeritrade account 1 share short.
Anybody have the same thing happen?
Thanks cash...here is a peak little into CBRE's world of real estate.

Agreed, its easy to be impatient with these pinks. We think that every company has a fox guarding the hen house. I'm doing my own DD and assessing accordingly. So far I have just a small position here, but am interested in the possibilities.
News...

Listed entity in Nevada, for access to the mine?
https://esos.state.nv.us/SOSServices/AnonymousAccess/CorpSearch/CorpDetails.aspx?lx8nvq=1HPIymKMftfyWUJ3lBGuLQ%253d%253d
Hmmmmm.....
Some decent information and updates out last week and I don't see the love either. Would like to hear progress report on access to the mine.
You got me...
Are the bashers and pumpers all in bed and its just us "investors"?
Thanks for your analysis. Really, really good info. Hard for some people I know to get their head around the leverage that exists down here in sub-penny. What impressed me was how the board was run and the hard DD everybody has put in. Hope I can pull my weight...
Sorry folks...41 16.033N 114 1.824W.
Hope this doesn't spoil my credibility.
I say one main, flagship company to spearhead the projects. That way they don't have to try and control the growth of all of them at the same time. After the dust settles then we're looking at merging or being bought.
PHGI mine... 37 25.818N, 122 05.36W
This is as close as I can get without being there. Have cross referenced with paperwork filed with state authorities and BLM. All up on PHGI website. Please feel free to double-check me.
Haven't been able to confirm renovation of existing Jeep trail into road and additional new road to site. Mine location is approximately 1700 feet above desert below. Will need some major haulers to get in and out.
Solazyme, subidiary of Imperium Renewables (they just flew a 747 from London to Amsterdam on their palm-oil biodiesel). Neither are yet listed. Solazyme is producing biodiesel from algea. Completely out of our food chain and out of our fields needed for crops. They actually get more "bio" from it by growing it in the dark.
Hey, I have the actual location of our mine, lon/lat if you want it. Still can't find the 48ac and 251ac sites. Closest railroad is 4.5 miles away in Nevada, through Quartzite Canyon. Any ideas.. know a real estate agent out there?
Let's hope. It does look like Griffin has plenty of resources to bring in that kind of supply. Humanity is always adding more. Could "bio" be the never-ending fuel? Again, let's hope...
Griffin produces their own biodiesel, will we conflict with them or fit our supply into their pipeline?
Or, in our case, chicken fat. Is there a Tyson factory nearby?
Is there still a question about the funding conduit?
FIRST EQUITY GROWTH
TRUST, the funding conduit,
raises money to fund the
BCLOC loans
Thanks cashflo...
Here is a common thread running through all three companies, or is this already known? R. Lawrence Braddock

Remember, MERL is now RELM.
Did someone provide a link showing the 68,000sf office building...or some office at 1300 Madison or "something or other street"?
I believe it spoke of GE Capital or GMAC Mortgage in it. Posted last week I think.
I haven't heard anything about two additional plants. Old news I overlooked or recent info?
It looks like good, solid DD to me. Thanks
As last shown on this forum, Beebe's name is no longer on papers filed with the SEC. Prior to that I could'nt see that he had much interaction with Cosway. I was watching to see if he would set it up as a subsidiary or supplier to PHGI. Or something to do with the construction into the mine.
It's good to see Perihelion hook up with a couple of suppliers that have histories of providing material/services that can help flesh out the base for the company. Maybe now that will add the pressure and motivation to get this new operation up and running. Hope they don't plan to ship much of the product by rail, the old line/spur is across the street.
It would seem to me that an honest agreement could be in place...I'm assuming it would still have to go through the attorneys.
I contacted Mr. Alberts via email on 2/22/08. His name was on the original PR regarding Jatropha feedstock and Clemson University.
This was his response:
Good afternoon,
The university is still working through the study agreement process at this time. The legal ramifications of sponsored research collaborations between universities and the corporate world are sensitive issues to say the least. Therefore, it is important that all parties involved in the project understand their role completely. The university is working through its part of the agreement now. Unfortunately, the process is taking a bit longer than anticipated. But as soon as the legal roadblocks are cleared I will be happy to provide you the website link and other pertinent information related to the project.
Thank you for the note - and your interest,
Jerry Alberts
Clemson University is still working out the contractual issues regarding Jatropha research also.
